"If you don't know, then know someone who knows."
I'm not a business major. I don't know much about o/s, r/s or the other b/s. I don't know much about the evil Magic Markers, and I don't care to see their shorts. But I think the best DD I've done was to find AllStocks, read all the posts, and distinguish the "real deal" people from the frigging morons. Then I weigh what I've read, and then make my own decision regarding the stock.
So DIANA, you're one of the "real deals", and you have earned my trust. And if you, a daytrader's hero, say you're not daytrading this any more (just accumulating more), then that's enough info for me to believe that I made a good decision to hold onto the Q.
Thanks for contributing your talents and all your personalities to this board.
Oh, and as far as o/s goes... I'm thinking the shares I own of QBID are quite outstanding!

I would like to explain my statement, but not on here. You and I have similar personalities, I understand what and why you try to help so many people with trading and also give advice with out expecting anything in return. That is because it is just the way you are. Don't think I don't appreciate your messages, I do, but I'm not much for praise. I like to keep everything factual. Thanks for being so positive and taking the time to post. Its important to realize that most of us invested because we believe in the long term growth and success of this company. Whether the pps is down or up over the next few weeks shouldn't matter at all to the invester. I would love to be in the financial situation to day trade this stock, but I look at this as an investment not a trade. I hope, for Q's sake, that they do hold true to the Hard launch date and talked about contracts with cable and sattelite (sp?) carriers. If they once again push it back, it may lend to the belief that the company is having an extreemly hard time launching. I just hate all of the negitivity that could come from a pr. I have always looked at the pr's as being reassurance that this company is real and trying to communicate to us what is taking place from within. I really believe they will launch, it will be difficult, but they will launch. Just my 2 cents.
Wall Street Tunes into Q Television Network; Successful Industry Launch Generates Interest from Carriers, Advertisers and Investment Leaders
PALM SPRINGS, Fla., Jun 3, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID) announces details surrounding the results of its industry launch, which began June 1.
Within the first day of the network's availability on Intelsat America's 7, 129 degrees West, Channel 1, Q Television received considerable response from potential carriers and advertisers seeking more information regarding the network and its anticipated public launch.
As a result, network executives will travel to New York City June 6 - 11 to meet with private equity funds, hedge funds and securities dealers. All of these firms have indicated a strong interest in the upcoming launch and the opportunity for equity participation.
In addition, the executives also have appointments scheduled with cable companies and advertisers to present the current direction of Q Television Network.
"We anticipated that the soft launch would generate lots of inquiries regarding the availability of Q Television for carriage and advertising," notes president Frank Olsen. "Yet we were amazed how quickly everything has moved forward within the past 24 hours."
The network expects to announce major contracts within the coming weeks.
About Q Television Network

The company's programming will be available on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The network will broadcast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures availability of the network across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

I like these 2 paragragraphs..(coming in PR instead of hotline)

Although this PR didn't have a lot of info people were looking for (names, contracts, etc.); it did have some meat to it. They scheduled the soft launch for a month and within 24-48 hours they have already gotten responses of interest. I think that is great. So for all you guys disappointed with the PR just sell your shares. I need more!!!!

Morning all! Diana, I want to add my thanks to the list also!
I don't know what this PR is going to do to the stock, but I'm gonna miss it... maybe that's a good thing... if it's bad I don't wanna see it... and if it's good, I don't want to be tempted...

My take on the PR, more fluff, but what dissapoints me the most, whether it was Devanney or Q themselves is "Palm Spring, FL" last time I checked, and actually went to the offices it was in Palm Springs, CA. I hope we see green today, but with more fluff, and an obvious error in the PR, I expect red. I hope I'm wrong, but we'll see.

Be very clear about this! There 's a reason it's hard to compile a list of Broadcasting National TV Networks. Tried to explain over & over that even prior to a launch TV Networks had to prove consumer interest.
By the time they actually launch their success is secured.
You can call this pumping if you want but I'm telling nayone that reads this that $1 plus per share will be a reality.
500 Billion Dollar target! We do not even need to come close to a bullseye.
