BIBO Holding, Inc: (0.025 up 150%) seems to be on the verge of a breakout. Here's why I think its breaking out:
Low float (15 million), high buying pressure

BIBO used to trade at around 25 cents. They started to convert their debentures, causing the stock to go down. But now, their debenture issue has been solved. So buying pressure has come back, and it seems to me that they are having a post dilution run. With only 15 million in float, this could be an explosion, if it starts returning to 20 cents. It'sprice is only 2.5 cents right now, so if this goes to even 10 cents anytime soon, I'll be happy.

The company is straight out HOT. They secured $10 million financing in February, plus they just launched a showroom, and they told me that their business is increasing, and revenues growing. So this could be a really good play for the long too.

Chart analysis tells me that all indicators are looking bullish.

I hope this is like ONEV.

This is what I think, Do your DD before you buy please.

I think this company is a gem. Why? well its a very profitable short term trade because it moves easily, the buying pressure is there, its having a nice post dilution run, possible pop.
On the other hand, long term prospects seem good. Their news is hot, they just secured $11 million in financing, and they've already got a successful showroom, and introduced their new apparel brand at a trade show.
If buying pressure continues, BIBO could see a pop this week, followed by a smoooth upward climb over the next few weeks.

Based off the news, BIBO looks like a promising, profitable investment, and the company looks set for growth. Everyone's talking about this, looks like a lot of interest building up. Not surprising, thisis a pretty undervalued company.

hey 15 million is the float after dilution, is that correct? meaning, no more than 15 million shares in the float when we play this monday?

Yes 15 million float on monday could be a real reason why this stock pops. Several boards around the internet are talking about this stock and it appears we will have a lot of buying on monday and tuesday and with low float, this will cause the stock to rocket, making us all winners!!

subpennygirl, yes 15 million is the float after dilution. Their float a few months back was much lower, i do not know the exact figure. But yes, they are almost done with their dilution, and the company told me that the float was going to stay around 15 million for a while now.

thank u captain. As long as it moves, im happy. Personally i plan on trading some over two to three days, and keeping the rest for a longer term. What do u think? coz, looking at their business operations, I think BIBO can be very successful, and the stock will be trading high pretty soon.

I'm a firm believer in this one. Bought in over a month ago and just holding, waiting for the run, which I believe will come strongest around August.

BIBO is relaunching the new generation of the Sasson jeans line, calling it mSasson. Those of us who remember the Brooke Shields modeling days remember the slogan Ooo, LaLa, Sasson. It was a huge trend and very fashionable.

The younger generation knows nothing of this past success and the new line of clothing did well with buyers. The mSasson ad campaign comes out in August, which is when the everyday consumer will become aware of it, and that's when I was expecting it to pick up.

I definately think we'll see slight ups and downs for a while, but I also see a steady climb up, cuz they've already launched a successful line. It just isn't in stores or magazines yet, but the buying is done.

Good luck to you.
Are you gonna play the pop this week if it occurs?

i dont know what u mean by a glitch, but going by the DD, I think BIBO was on watch for quite a while, and as they started solving the dilution issue, buying just picked up.

Yeah I think it was at .02 about a month ago right after I bought in but it kept sinking & just recently hit it's low and bounced.
Access to $10 mil in equity financing at their discretion over the next 2 years. Nice. Only question I have is what has been spent on paying off their "existing bank debt" when they changed their name from Sassoon Group to BIB and what happens with their private financing if their line sinks? Couldn't that sink them?
The line isn't a huge clothing line. It's juniors and only a few items in each category. Then again, BIB Holdings claims to have other labels as well- I just can't find any info on them.
I'm not sure how much I'll play this one. I think the garment industry is too blue chip & long for me. I can't forsee much more exciting news. And I could be totally wrong.

thought I'd post the most pertinent DD:

>> Company Strengthens Financial Position to Accelerate Strategic Growth Plan
NEW YORK, February 24, 2004 - BIB Holdings, Ltd. (OTCBB: BIBO) today announced that it has closed a $10,000,000 Standby Equity Distribution Agreement ("SEDA") and a $1,200,000 Convertible Secured Debenture with Cornell Capital Partners, a private equity investment fund.

The Standby Equity Distribution Agreement is an innovative financing mechanism for publicly traded companies. The Standby Agreement is an alternative to the traditional equity private placement or secondary offering. Under the structure, Cornell provides a firm commitment to purchase an agreed upon dollar amount of the Company's shares. The commitment would be available up to 2 years, renewable thereafter. The program is entirely controlled by the Company as opposed to the investor. The Standby Agreement provides the Company with the right but not the obligation to draw down on the facility. In contrast to a traditional secondary, the Company would be able to raise capital at various "snap shots" or mini-secondaries in the future, at prices the Company deems appropriate. This is a significant improvement in flexibility compared to a debt or convertible structure in which price conversion is controlled by the investor.

Gail Binder, chief executive officer of BIB Holdings, said, "This financing provides immediate capital to repay all existing bank debt and for working capital needs. The SEDA enables us to fund our future development and deliver strong shareholder return. We are excited about our relationship with Cornell Capital and our ability to access, at our sole discretion, $10 million in equity financing over the next two years."

Brian Keane, senior vice president of Cornell Capital, said, "We are eager to assist BIB Holdings in meeting its ongoing financing needs and we look forward to a long-term relationship with the company."

I posted this in the other BIBO forum, as a reply to a member, and I'm pasting it here, this is what i see happening tomorrow:

There is a very high chance of BIBO gapping open at or around 3 cents. The stock has a low float and moves easily. I can see this stock hitting 4 cents easily, after which the breakout will be confirmed, and more traders might jump on. I can see the price then climbing towards 5 cents through the rest of the day, and witnessing more buying in the last half hour, as all popular stocks usually do. Now, if somewhere along the way the MM's decide to do a buyback, then yes i can see it popping way beyond 5 cents. If not Monday then hopefully Tuesday.

Yes, MM's doing a buyback. If you look at the after market for BIBO on Friday, you will see that 3,000,000 shares @0.017. That's the shorts. From observing low float high volume stocks, I can tell u that if this goes high tomorrow, the MM's will have to cover their shorts. I'm expecting some short covering at 3.5 cents, thats just my opinion.

navia, Im not sure, but i think the short covering takes place at the end of the day. From what i know, if the shorts aren't covered by the time the market closes, the MM's have to cover their shorts based on the closing price of the day. So they tend to wait till the end of the day to see what happens, then if the stock is going to high, they usually try to buy heavily to cover their shorts in the last few minutes. At least thats what ive observed.

the BIBO chart shows that it is about to break the 0.025 resistance. There is consolidation near the upper bollinger, and i think tomorrow morning, the bollinger will be surpassed, implying the stock is heading for a breakout.
As for how high it will go, well im sure 3 cents is easy, and going by the frenzy, i can see a good chance of BIBO breaking 4.5-5 cents tomorrow.
I'm basing my entry exit price off the above guess.
