That link shows them on the Berlin Exchange now, most likely they got listed on there without their knowledge. The Berlin Exchange allows naked shorting. Look at TSBB.ob and TSBB.be on finance.yahoo.com and look at what TSBB did once they got delisted from there, obviously today's news has pushed it much higher, but look at last week.

yw/thanks... CESY was doing quite well and everything looked good last week, and then I noticed they were listed on BE, and that was all she wrote Some companies don't do anything about it.. IBZT (or atleast it doesn't appear they have as the charts show them listed on there since January), others like TFCT and TSBB popped some as soon as they got removed.

Source: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=IBZT.BE&t=6m <-- ibzt chart on BE

Hello all!

I would suggest you all telephone "BIBO" or email them and let them know you are very unhappy they are now listed on the Berlin Stock Exchange. Ask them to please "delist" and place a PR regarding the delisting process as soon as possible in order to "save face" with their many investors.
Inform them of the "naked shorting" through Berlin Stock Exchange.

Keep in mind, not all companies listed on the Berlin Exchange choose to be on this Exchange. Many companies are listed by other parties without permission/authorization from the company, and therefore may not be aware until someone brings it to their attention.

Just a suggestion.

Phone Number: 212-896-1296 or 212-896-1299
I got those phone numbers from an above mentioned Yahoo finance site & scrolled to the bottom of the article where it gives the company contact info.

If all who got so excited would call and e-mail... you might actually be a part of the solution to this problem. Wouldn't that be a novel idea?

Best Wishes to all!

I know how you feel, but I did not buy this, for pump,I double my position today,Iam feel good about this stock, and is shortedd??? well what stock on OTCBB land it's noy shortedd, give me one and I will bury there 5k tomm, I don't think you will, give me some, and if not gonna be shortedd, then gonna be diluted, well how I set before BIBO-strong bull for me at these lavels acumulate try to double your position, support now is .0147 if we break this then I would be wory, after mark.2mil traded up .0175 tommor, gapper on opening.
read cerafully last 8-k you will see there is no reason to panic, sell at these prices that sorth can, just laugh from profit,I don't think my post is pump and dump,it's my opinion. holding now 220k,100k will not go lower than .07 good luck and all the bast.

what do you mean Klempar? You will not sell below .07?

I technically only have paper losses with BIBO now, but that is still very nerveracking. I should have had a stop/loss order in place at 10% max of my investment. But after losing over half my money on UVCL I thought I could make some back on BIBO. So far that plan has gone to $!*%. Now I'm torn between averaging down to minimize my losses or just selling all my piece of *^#! BIBO stock.

Klempar, are you still strongly bullish on BIBO even after the shellacking longs took today? If you are, which it sounds like from your previous post, please explain?

vtcp

yes I am strong bull on BIBO,I don't whanna sound like pump, you know it's everybody own action,em sory for your los,but tell you what doing trading now,5y next mont and, ferst 2y I lost 70k!!! my wife almost killme well anyway Iv learn to do not sell on panic and do not buy for rumors and news!!! BIBO settle pretty good his finace, read again cerafuly last 8-k,there is no reason to sell now!!! this stock gonna trade higher it's fact for me,yes I will not sell 100k below .07 but tomm. morning I expect. gup up,so I will sell 70k in the gup for .022-0.023,and then buy beck, for .016 if shorth will play this game again, but if don't know how to swing than just hold you would not be sory with the low float at these levels one good PR and this gonna fly to .10 strong bull for 100%

all the best.

This company is real but the stock price looks to be in a death spiral. It is being shorted but I think it will go up again. Have patience. I bought high and sold at a loss. Then bought at .03 thinking that was the bottom and sold at a loss when it kept tanking. I finally just bought as it was going up with momentum and sold 3/4 at the first sign of tanking. Sold most of the rest today based on what it's past performance has been. Cornell Capital may not be shorting all the companies they finance but someone is. The rules always were to buy low and sell high but there was always some wiggle room in the past-you could make a mistake and not get killed. There are so many companies being shorted right now it is hardly worth playing unless you buy at the bottom and watch what is going on like a hawk. IMO-DD-GLTA-Debi

Klempar,
I'm thinking about getting into this one tomorrow but I was curious about your statement. They filed an 8-K in January but it was just to announce a change in their fiscal year. Did you mean their latest 10K from March or their 10Q from earlier this month?

This stock is being shorted by the Berlin Stock Exchange!!! It's been mentioned in other Bibo threads. Stocks are running to get delisted from Berlin, and then the stock can rise again. I suggest to keep away till they get delisted.

Check out TSBB to see what happens before and after the delisting. GL.

I agree but it doesn't seem to have the same effect on all stocks. BLYC was just delisted and it just continues down. You're right though, best to avoid it for now. Thanks!

Yeah- the Berliners are shorting it. Just like how the Americaners were shorting the h*** out of it before April 1st- and look at how much it has soared since April 1st...
