I agree, for instance Cash brought up SIRI as an example.

1.24B O/S
3.16PPS
Just anounced they had reached 400K subscribers and they are negative 314mill net!

Funny, they only make money off of subscribers right...no advertisers. QBID has more to offer. There are more options for the future.

I do believe that to do this right with a NASDAQ future we need an R/S to bring the share price in line with financials.

The last time we heard anything offical about issued shared and outstanding shares was in Feb. Frank said then that there was 15 billion shares issued and 7.5 billion shares outstanding. I know he said in the same article that they planned a buy back in the future but heres my problem.

They needed to issue those shares for a reason. It was to get this network started. I really don't think they knew how fast the stock price was going to raise. Secondly, have they issed new shares to company's to air this test, to start airing the soft launch? No one know because they refuse to tell us. If they had already bought shares back, I think they would be more then willing to let us know because that would be great. But as I said earilier they need there money to run the business. They have no ads yet to pay the bill so our money is it. I understand that. That doesn't bother me but to lead us on about a possible buy back with no way to do it does bother me.

This leads to the last question. Lets say this goes to .10 or more next week, which I think it could. To buy back 7 to 10 billion O/S shares would cost 700 million to 1 billion dollars. Because they need to have only around 500 million shares to make this a legit company as far as Nasdaq is concerned. I think they can only make this work with a reverse split unless they want to be a pink sheet forever. So please, $4.00. No way without a R/S.

Rick

Lot's of good points Rick but I have to think that they have already started the buy back. There is no way to know that but I place my reasoning on the possibility of some backing we don't know about. Too many loose strings to tie up all of this but my speculation is that they have started this buy back with funds from some source of capital we know nothing about. I say this because I don't think Frank would make the
"no R/S" statement without some hole card. He is too smart. Two months ago I would not have thought this due to the past failures of the company. He has followed through on many, no most, of his statements thus far. Since the soft launch went as it did I have to think the possibility of this being a scam is getting more and more remote and it is begining to look like a real business plan unfolding before our eyes. Nothing is forever nor is it always smooth sailing in the buisiness world but I know a good plan when I see one. If this does fail, it will be after the people on this board have long been gone with their profits. Bashers like "Chitlin Boy" will fall by the wayside or crawl back into their nest or go look for other great stocks to bash. I'm long and strong with QBID and I refuse to let anyone who doesn't even own the stock smack my legs out from under me. We owe lots of thanks to many people who have lead us longs through this and if we all get rich, great and wonderful things will happen. If we make a profit and move on, so be it. We will be wiser for the trip.
I just felt I needed to say this and will move on to the new thread now.

I hope your right, and if they would say we are buying back or have bought back thats one thing but they haven't. They keep putting it off. "We will let you know something later about buy back. That just makes me think it wishful thinking on there part.

Not bashing, I think we still have a lot of life. I am betting on a 1000% run. Not many stocks can say they can do that.

I sure hope you are right. I will say this: There is one thing that will really hurt us. That is if we get bought out. Me and U4 talked on this a while back. He does not think that will happen until we are way up in share price. I hope he is right. I sure hope we do not get sold down the river for .20 or SO. I SAID IT ABOUT THE BUY OUT. ME AND ONLY ME. 007 Now lets move on.

Hey Bart. Did you and U4 have an estimate if there is gonna be a buy out, about how high the share price may be then? Any ideas maybe?

I can not remember for sure. It seems to me to be around $2.00. If U4 is looking maybe he could confirm. This was quite a while back. I am very concerned about a buy out.
After $1 no big deal to me. But before that. I would not want to see it. 007 I just hope it does not happen period.

Thanks Bart, man that would really suck. If they do the buy out, I wouldn't care if it was 4 or 5 years down the road and the share price over $4.00. I doubt they would do one before a year is over, they know they can make tons of money, so i don't see why they would do a buyout before that, even if the price were over $3.00 or more. If I had like 4 million shares, I would sell some this year, then hold off for a while. I don't have millions in here, and also getting taxed about 30% in less than a year having these shares would really stink.
