now what we need is news on the OM companies in the AM. 35 aquisitions by june is great news though. they are moving everything about this company in the right direction. I have my short term sell set at .24

I don't have the PR to post but it was mentioned in the last couple of months that after the restructing is complete they plan on taking OM to the AMEX. THAT will be big. Anyone have the info?

It looks that we are on the way to close the gap and then to move up again. 0.034-37 might be quite good entry.We'll see on THU. JMHO

That figure was only staighted as asset value not PPS! Furthermore after completly reading all PRs from website (out of date since 1/22/04) and news wire! I have come to the conclusion that some things repeat themselves here. On 8/4/03 they retired 215 million shares ( staighting shareholder value and no dilution)giving them 48 million left issued and outstanding. Then they issued 18 million or so as a 40% dividend to shareholders. That would have given them 56 million O/S. Now they are canceling 225 million leaving 82 million. Im left with a very big question! What the heck is going on with this company? If history repeats itself! A spin off or dividend PR is coming very soon!
The last PR had no news at all about the OM companies that they said would close ahead of the planned 4/25 closing date, why? This company looks great as far as asset value goes, if they do all they say there doing! Why no numbers? If there turning all this cash they say they are why not release some real numbers? they said they applied for OTCBB listing back in DEC 03! Still no filings or even a local audit that they could show as proof of this revenue they say is comong in and project for the future!
Im hoping they do very well, but I done care for the many unanswered questions i came up with in my small amount of DD.
Time for some real answers Mr.Rhoden and Mr. Duffy!

Well news seemed ok, but not spectacular, Explained a whole lot a nothing as far as I was concerned. Share retirement was nice. I thought 73% share retirement would have created a little bit more of a run.

This is an INVESTMENT as such it is subject to REVIEW!

Im not getting down on the company. i just found several unanswerable questions. The biggest being.

Did they retire the shares they said they were back in DEC 03 or are those the same shares there retiring now?

If they retired those shares staighting no un-nesessary share dilution. Where did the 225 million there retiring now come from?

My last question is about the OM Companies that by the way unless they closed on the deal without telling us they don't own yet. They had staighted that they should close ahead of the planned 4/25/04 and that date is this Sunday. Are they or are they not closing ahead of time or even on time? This closing played a very big role in my choice to invest here and is or will be a great portion of the companies worth, as such it is one that needs an answer.

I see a great future for this company if they do as they say. Lets hope they do!

Double looking at VNCO's chart and a few of there PRs Id say there is a jump to .06 in the near future and that .04 looks like an entry point for a few shares.

Jan. 22, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Vision Real Estate Management and Development, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VRMD ), today announced that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire, Ambica Corporation, Ambica II Corporation, Jagdamba Corporation, Jagdamba II Corporation, Maha Laxmi Corporation and Maha Laxmi II Corporation solely for stock in Vision Real Estate Management and Development. Upon the closing of this acquisition, Vision Real Estate Management and Development company will spin out its present assets into a newly formed subsidiary. Vision Real Estate Management and Development and Meridian Construction, Ltd and Meridian Piling, Inc. have canceled their previously announced letter of intent by mutual agreement.
Ambica Corporation, Ambica II Corporation, Jagdamba Corporation, Jagdamba II Corporation, Maha Laxmi Corporation and Maha Laxmi II Corporation had combined revenues of over $7,500,000 in 2003 and net assets of approximately $7,500,000. Jagdamba Corporation, Jagdamba Corporation II, Maha Laxmi Corporation and Maha Laxmi II Corporation are current owners of franchised companies; Albany NY based Super 8 Motel, Saratoga Springs NY Based Super 8 Motel, Albany NY Based Golden Corral Restaurant, and Saratoga Springs NY Based Golden Corral Restaurant. This could be the last day to qualify for the spin shares if they close there 7.5 million dollar deal on the 25th and PR it on the 26th monday. Given the three day rule!

this stock is gonna open over .06 on monday and if it doesnt hit .10 by close monday I'd be very surprised!

Is everyone on this board so stuck on there own personal stocks that they can't see a gift horse when its looking them in the face. Anyone who isn't buying this at the ask on monday. Will miss a huge boat coming in! If it opens anywhere under .07 its as strong a buy as I have ever seen!

Just to get back the 50m there buying its gonna go to .10+ I'm giving this a short term sell of 1.00. 32m O/S has to be one of the lowest of any pink Sheets stocks. When they throw in the spin off of the new OS companies 7.5 million in assets wow!

O/S 307mm down to 30mm PPS was .02 now .049 think about it! It belongs at .20+ just on the math alone! If it were to stop there its a 300% gainer! Its a no brainer!

I agree Rickpic, this thing is gonna fly. Duffy also has a few more tricks up his sleeve to get this price where it should be. With Duffy buying up to 50,000,000 share in the open market, he can hopefully increase buying pressure when the MM's try to take it down.

We are now going to finally see Duffy's RoadMap to increase shareholder value come into play!!!

I really wouldn't be surprised to see this open over .07 The buying preasure is going to be emence! To know that the buying is being retired is more than i can even fathum! I've been sitting on this thing for a week and even when it dropped I couldn't bring myself to take any out. The OS Companies aquisition there closing on was all I needed to keep me in, but I never in my wildest dreams figured that this was coming even befor that! At the moment the income they have coming in is higher than the total value of the 32 million O/S that will be left when they get done! There also giving us a spin on the OS companies when they close! At this point Im just gonna watch it rise because I've sold lite on way to many rockets in my trading history! at this point we don't need luck all we need is a good hard drive so that the sreaming trades doesn't lock up the hard drive! I'm guessing this trades more than half its present 82 million O/S on Monday alone!
