Maybe one to watch with the opening of an office in New York scheduled for July. They are just getting started and this offers opportunity to ?maybe get in on the ground floor with a company, and their drug kits are guaranteed to have no false positive results. LAPD and NYPD are in the final stages of the testing kits. May want to get in while it is low and hold for the grand opening, and finalization of sny contracts to be awarded.
Nothing great on the "Barchart" opinion, but I think it is because they have been developing the kits, and sending out test units, but are now ready to actually sell them.

On May 16, Identa (Pink Sheets:IDTA) was granted Approved Enterprise status by the Investment Center of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor. This process is designed to promote Israeli industry, and only a select number of companies who apply are awarded this status. The process is lengthy and the Ministry studied data on Identa from all aspects, particularly with regard to the company's potential to export and sell its products.
The Investment Center granted Identa a full tax exemption from company tax over a ten-year period. It should be noted that this tax is currently assessed at a rate of 36% and, according to a recent government decision, the tax rate will be reduced to 30% over the next four years.

JERUSALEM, May 5, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Identa Corp. (Pink Sheets:IDTA), a leading developer, manufacturer, and distributor of on-site drug abuse test kits, reports heavy international market activity in Romania, Australia, Ecuador and in the United States.
Identa has shipped out the first batch of an order for thousands of its test kits to the Ministry of the Interior of Romania, the organization in charge of Romanian police. This was the first order of such magnitude for Identa Corp.
Identa is at advanced stages of negotiations with local anti-drug authorities in Romania as well as with the Romanian Ministry of Justice, which is responsible for the Romanian prison authority.
The Australian Customs Service has completed a ten month trial of Identa's testing kits at all of its stations. The Customs Service used thousands of kits during the trial period. The decision of the Customs Service is expected to set precedent for the use of Identa's products throughout Australia, as the remaining professional authorities in Australia are awaiting the results of the trial. In the coming weeks, Identa expects to begin receiving orders from additional professional offices in Australia as well as in New Zealand.
Identa is waiting for a payment schedule from the Ecuadorian National Police for an order of approximately 15,000 kits. The company expects the schedule to be finalized shortly.
In the United States, Identa has made significant progress in trials being conducted by two sizable police departments.

On February 18, a meeting with the NYPD and Identa representatives resulted in the decision to run an
independent assessment for and by the New York Police. Identa has just supplied samples for this
assessment.
Identa Corp. representatives are scheduled to meet with the Los Angeles Police Department on March 30.

1.Mr. Yaacov Shoham, Identa CEO, held a press conference with Mr. Pavel Abraham -Secretary of State - Romania, in charge of all the anti-drug agencies, -January 30 Bucharest Romania.
The press conference was held prior to the deployment of the Identa Stinger (series) kits in several law enforcement agencies in Romania. Several romanian law enforcement agencies will start using Identa`s kits in a few weeks.
2. Identa presented the Identa drug detection kits before the Polish anti drug committee, including members of the parliament, and officers from different law enforcement agencies in Poland.
The meeting was held at the Polish parliament at February 8th. It took place in a special day orginized by the President of the Polish anti drug dommittee.

Major penetration of the American Market
