I am 23, an Infantryman in the U.S. Army. I have been watching and learning about stocks for 5 years since i first was in college at 18. The military has been a great opportunity for me to invest since they pay for everything such as rent, food, etc. I have maybe 2 small bills per month. my current plan is investing 1 million shares into 6 companies each month that i have left in. i have 41 months left so 41x6= 246 companies holding at a minimum of one million shares each. CRAZY you think? well perhaps, but i can afford it and while im young and risk tolerant i figure why not. this total investment will cost over 3 and a half years $24,600. im sure at least ONE...just ONE of these small companies will grow to make a return. it would not be out of line to say one of these companies will hit .50 cents, and at 1 million shares? goodbye army! i suggest anyone else in my shoes try it out.

good luck to all of you! dreams do come true!

oh and when i said goodbye army i didnt mean i hate it...i just would love to settle down and live the good ol civilian life again in style

I'm 39, this year the big 40. I have been in various investments for years, but new to the pennies. Allstocks has been such an awesome resource. Purlgirl, Bob Frey and others have taught me so much without even knowing it. I wanted to take that opportunity to thank them.

I work as a Production Supervisor on Swing shift at a distribution company I wish would go public, as its business has increased steadily (15%) over the past ten years or so, as well a getting more efficient in operations. I am also a pastor of a church I started as a missionary of the Nation's largest protestant denomination.

You guys keep posting, I am learning so much and have already made money. Thanks again!!

BTW, I suggested under another thread, that you post your yahoo messenger name if you have one. Mine is kscoffey64. Would love to chat during the day if anyone has an inkling.

Life is GOOD.

32/Houston/Patent Attorney - just started pennies in Aug. '03 and have been fortunate to catch a few good rides early (CYPT, GZFX, LBTT, etc.) Still riding plenty of losers as well... but learning every day.

26 - recently laid-off web developer - trading pennies since January. Turned $4400 into $5885 in three months. Also opened a joint account with my GF - we each popped in $1000 and now we've got $3302 total. Not bad for beginners, though I wonder how much of this was skill vs. good luck.

Made most of our money on GZFX, some on IBZT, AACS, IDGE, FXGP... big losses on CYTP, LSTA and IVOC. Currently holding GZFX (bought at .049) IBZT (bought at .033) and QBID (bought at .0169).

Now am a very successful mortgage broker which also allows for daytrading. Over the past few years, I have made tremendous moneywith little losses. Knock on wood. LOL Just starting to learn the penny market about 6 months ago. Its exciting but kind of nerve racking sometimes. LOL well good luck to all and GO QBID!!!!!

21 -- Started trading based on hype about IBZT. Fell victim to "get rich quick" visions and lost 50% in the 3 months Ive been trading. Started back in late Jan. w/4 grand, now got around 2300$... Frustration would be the death of my trading aspirations however my confidence (ignorance) helps balance things out. I do believe this is what I am most interested in, and vow to gain before my portfolio (poor-fool-io) matches my IQ. Falling victim to emotion Ive watched 400$ gains turn into 150$ losses numerous times. Hopefully Ill learn my lesson, correct my strategy, and not repeat mistakes but only time, and hard earned money, will tell...

20---> I'm an electrical engineering student in northwest ohio. I started trading stocks about 2 months ago when some guys that I work with made over $30,000 on biph.ob. Since then i have managed to turn $3,000 into a nice profit of over $6,000. To me that's a lot of money. My girlfriend has told me that i'm officail addicted to the stock market. I think she is absolutely right.

I'll be 25 soon. I'm a medical student and have done pretty well in the past few weeks. The nice thing about pennies is that many typically swing 8-10% in a given day. Trading with a large enough principal allows one to make nice profits with a quick 5% jump. I mean last week, there was a time when QBID was going up 5% every 30 seconds.

Today is my 57th b/day and I've been
on lock down, at home for about 6 months
with Congested Heart Failure.. but doing
great and getting out more...
Have been trading the pennies now for about
6 months and "love trading"... struck it rich this week with "QBID" and waiting for "CMKX" to make me a multi millionair..(lol)
I will stick with the pennies,,, easier to make money.. but don't listen to me, as so many have not!
I wish you all the best of luck
with what ever you do!!

Hello,
22 y/o Library Science student.
I usually just lurk on this as well as other boards but I thought this was a neat thread.

BTW, I bet some of you would be SURPRISED on how many people read these boards but aren't registered. I personally know of 4 just on my campus.

Thanks to this board I have made good money on WNMI(still holding, can't wait for it to pop again, QBID(could have, should have made more), and GZFX(Still Holding free shares). IBIZ and LBTT are the only two I have lost on so far.

Thanks largely to the boards knowledge, I now have a profitable hobby. I may even start posting every once in a while.

30, US Navy Computer Tech. currently at the Pentagon.

Been playing since I saw an ad for the virtual keyboard from IBZT, and found out it was a penny stock. The research led me here, and to other stocks I shouldn't have bought!! I am down about %50 so far, almost all of that loss was due to PAVP/CDVJ. I am not a good trader, so I am going to stick to my original plan and just let my money sit in IBZT for a long time. I really like reading everyone's posts, however it gets me "itchy" when I see the runs in other stocks, ie QBID.

31 years old. Just transfered into the Air Force after over 10 years of Army life. Now Im STILL stuck in Texas. Been trading the QQQs for over 8 years. Got into penny stocks about two years ago and am still amazed with the fast "make or break" moves. Its two seperate worlds to me. I trade the QQQs based strictly off Tech Analysis. The pennies are mostly fundamentals. Love taking in free shares (the only way to trade pennies in my opinion).
GOOD TRADING!!!!

36, oil worker, single father of three girls. Been trading pennies for about 2 months. Been investing in other stocks for 10 years. Made good money on QBID, AIDO, LQMT, IBZT, and a few others. Started with 15000 in my portfolio 2 months ago. Now up to almost 100K. Pennystocks are the way to go for the rush and the cash.

Hey opiate94,
Not far from you. I am over near Anacostia. I know what you mean about Qbid. That is always my luck. I managed to pick up $200 at .0020. I remember trying to pick up quite a bit at .0001, but it took off with out me.

Darogo!! I know Sandy K!!! She used to work here too!!! But no, I'm not currently at the place you mean. (But I know lots of people there too.) The only reason I don't want to give my name/employer's name here publicly is because I have a Yahoo "mobile device alert" set on my cell phone to tell me when Qbid hits $1, at which moment I'm giving my employers approximately 10 minutes notice while I pack my things. So, you can see where I'd like that to come as a surprise. But I do see Sandy once in a blue moon, so I'll say "hello"! Nice to bump into you here! Best of Luck!

I have been trading for 2 months and started with $1000 and it is worth about $1750. I own too much CDVJ and not enough QBID. I am 43 and teach middle school science in western Montana. I am surprised at how young some of these people are, 18 year olds and so knowledable about this game. GLTA Greenhorn

<--- 28, male, WI. Been actively trading pennies for about a year. Almost retired off of MDDM and IPIX, but will for sure if we get GZFX off the ground here as well. My original investment was $2,000 that I all but lost before learning the real art of chart reading! ALLSTOCKS.COM has helped me get to where I always wanted to be! Please feel free to ask for help, because I sure have received it from others here! GLTA -Jay

24 - Indianapolis, IN I own a small coffee shop and do some IT work for a local company. I got into pennies at the end of February. I am up 50% so far. I have a lot to learn, there have been some obvious entries and outs that I have missed. I love the pennies though. Want so much to learn about technical analysis, but don't know where to start. I love reading this board, and now that I have registered will post, if I feel I can be of value.
