If we take assets, earnings... into account
and a PE of 12. I would think that the stock is a bargain at < .012

As sales begin to flow then the value
should increase dramatically.

Most Caribbean islands do not have testing facilities on site to test for Dengue Fever and have to send blood samples off island for analysis which results in a substantial delay (20 to 30 days) in diagnosis. Medical Services Completes Detailed Testing in China

The testing just completed by regulatory authorities was to verify that the VScan HIV test kit picked up subtypes of the HIV 1 virus. The tests completed were for subtype A,B, E and G respectively and other tests were for subtype C and subtype B'+C. The specificity of the VScan HIV test kit related to these subtypes was 100%. The overall specificity related to this set of tests was 99.5%

Often individuals with HIV have the presence of Hepatitis B&C, TP (Tretonemapallibum-syphilis), RF (rheumatoid factor) and/or Hepatitis A as well as HIV. The VScan HIV test kits were tested using sera (serum) that had HIV as well as the other diseases listed above. The test performance of the VScan HIV test kit was not affected or influenced by the presence of the other viruses.

In many kits, if the other viruses are present the results will show a false positive. The tests completed show that the VScan HIV test kit has NO cross reaction and therefore will not give a false positive for HIV if these other viruses are present.

Medical Services is already approved in several countries in the Caribbean and will continue to apply for approvals in all of the Caribbean countries. While individual countries may not have the population base for significant orders, collectively the Caribbean region has a permanent population base of 14,000,000 people and a transient population base of another 30,000,000. The approvals that are obtained in the Caribbean and South America allow the distributor for the region to sell the kits on a retail basis through pharmacies. With the large tourist population and the high incidence of HIV in the Caribbean there is a significant demand for a HIV rapid test kit in this area. The Company believes that within two years it will sell over 2,000,000 kits per year in the Caribbean.

Medical Services International Inc. Completes Testing in the United States

The last independent testing was completed by the University of Maryland and demonstrated that the VScan HIV rapid test kit was 100% accurate using whole blood in a live testing scenario or a "Finger Prick test." This completes the testing in 5 different and approved sites in the United States. The Company will begin compiling the data to allow our consultants to submit the required information to the necessary regulatory bodies. These test results once again show that the VScan HIV test kit is fast and very accurate during live testing using whole blood. This makes the VScan test kit ideal for use in remote areas or areas where testing needs to be done without the use of medical facilities or refrigeration.
In a press release by Chinese Officials on July 4, 2004 it was indicated that there are many people in China that may have the HIV virus and don't know it. They specifically cited the central province of Henan where people were infected because of unsanitary blood from blood banks. This situation, while unfortunate for the individuals involved, is the ideal environment for use of the VScan HIV test kit as large groups of people need to be tested quickly using whole blood, particularly since many areas in this province may not be able to do the testing due to lack of a lack of medical facilities with the right equipment and lack of refrigeration for the blood to be stored until it can be tested.

Medical Services Receives Invitation to Attend Meetings in China

(Pinksheets: MSITF - News) is pleased to announce that it has received an official invitation from officials in China to attend meetings in July related to the opening of the Shanghai assembly facility. The Shanghai facility was built in anticipation of the approval of the VScan HIV rapid test kit in China. This facility will initially have the ability to produce up to 4,000,000 VScan test kits per year with the capability to be expanded to 8,000,000 VScan test kits per year. The Company currently has confirmed orders in China for 1,400,000 VScan test kits

Medical Services has also agreed with officials in China to immediately ship additional VScan TB rapid test kits to be used for further testing related to the approval of this test kit. China currently does not have set standards related to TB testing. The results obtained by the VScan TB test kit in China have been so good that it is expected that these results will be used to set the standard for TB testing in China. It is reasonable to expect that TB testing in China will exceed 2,000,000 kits per year. There is no other TB test kit available that compares to the independent test results obtained by the VScan TB test kit.

Medical Services Attending Meetings in Shanghai

(Pinksheets: MSITF - News) is pleased to announce that it was invited to attend meetings at the Reijian Hospital in Shanghai. The Reijian Hospital in Shanghai is the largest and best hospital in Southeast China. It has been appointed by Beijing as the facility to be used by officials from Beijing that need medical attention. It is one of the few hospitals in China that has been approved by the SDA to do clinical trials.

Prior to this invitation being sent to Medical Services, this hospital has never been opened to foreign visitors and at no time previously has the hospital invited foreign visitors to meetings at the hospital. Officials of the hospital indicated that the hospital sees 16,000,000 patients per year.

Medical Services was invited to the Reijian Hospital as they have expressed an interest to partner with Medical Services to distribute the VScan products through the Reijian Hospital and the other hospitals that they test for. They do the testing for an additional 60 hospitals. While at the hospital an impromto test was done on an active TB sample using the VScan TB test kit and a Chinese rapid test kit. It was known in advance that the sample was positive. The VScan TB test kit confirmed within 5 minutes that the sample was positive while the Chinese test kit showed that it was negative. Officials from the hospital were very impressed with this result as well as the test data that they have reviewed for the HIV test kit. The company was extremely pleased to see how well the VScan TB test kit performed during this imprompto test. Negotiations will continue throughout the week.
