The site looks much better than what we've had to look at(the plain blue and gold), but it needs a lot of work on the links, most of which don't work yet. I'm excited that it is beginning to look like something is about to happen.

Now we are back to the original. I guess only a few people were able to get a sneak peek at the new look.

It is THE COMPANY WEBSITE. It isn't the site where you can rent DVD's and games, but it is coming.

Already sent them a email on that (SIGH - SIGN) and the fact they are posting two different prices on membership, $18.50 and $19.95 on the FAQ page and the Terms of Agreement page.

Sirius is in the same boat, 2nd, and they're worth 2.95B, even though at one time they were a penny stock (.38). That would mean gzfx could be worth tons in two years.

Yeah, I do admit their new site does look very promising. As long as they bring the site into a fully functional state within a reasonable time period and have all their DVDs as stated, we are in for a good ride!

B: AdSouth Partners Engages Dennis Cole for GameZnFlix National Television Campa
gn ( PRNewswire-FirstCall )

FRANKLIN, Ky., Mar 4, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- GameZnFlix,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GZFX) is pleased to announce that AdSouth Partners,
Inc. has engaged Actor Dennis Cole on the behalf of GameZnFlix's first national
television ad campaign to begin in late March, 2004.

John Fleming, CEO/President of GameZnFlix, Inc., stated, "Being able to have
someone like Dennis Cole speak for our company is very exciting for us. The
professionalism that Mr. Cole's vast background of television, motion pictures
and Broadway brings to our first national television ad campaign will assist
GameZnFlix to reach a vast television audience."

John A****o, CEO of AdSouth Partners, stated, "AdSouth is excited with the first
ingredient of the long term marketing plan for GameZnFlix.com. I believe Dennis
Cole will really kickoff this national television campaign for GameZnFlix.com."

Dennis Cole is celebrating 35 years as a performing artist; Dennis Cole's career
has covered almost every area of the performing arts. Starting as a motion
picture and television stunt man, dancing in many film musicals, his acting
career was launched with a starring role in ABC TV's "Felony Squad" with Howard
Duff and Ben Alexander. Another major television role was that of Lance Prentiss
in "The Young and the Restless."

He guest starred in a host of television shows, such as "The Love Boat,"
"Charlie's Angels," "Murder She Wrote," "Silk Stalkings," "Pacific Blue" and
"Baywatch," among others. After performing for many years in television, Dennis
became involved in theater when he landed the leading role in the Broadway-bound
show; ALL THE GIRLS CAME OUT TO PLAY. Looking to add yet another dimension to
his career, Dennis performed his own musical revue at the famous Gazzarri's on
the Sunset Strip and at the Debbie Reynolds Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Dennis has previously toured with Ray Cooney's British farces: RUN FOR YOUR WIFE
and OUT OF ORDER. His most recent production was as the Narrator in BLOOD
BROTHERS at New York State's Art-Park and most recently played the infamous King
Marchan in the first National tour of Broadway's Victor / Victoria.

GameZnFlix, Inc. currently markets its video game rentals through its wholly
owned subsidiary, www.VeeGeeZ.com and in the very near future will be opening a
new website www.GameZnFlix.com to offer DVD movies, video game rentals and other
entertainment products.

AdSouth has been at the forefront of the direct response business for years and
prides itself on the results the company produces for their clients. The
services include a full spectrum of DR opportunities from print and broadcast,
long and short form, radio and more. In addition, AdSouth provides marketing and

Who is Dennis Cole? I want John Madden . . . and some other sports figures to promote the games, and Mel Gibson or other kickass actors to promote the movies. We'll see how Cole is though - It can't be bad considering GZFX subscribers are growing at 35-40% a month already.

One Year Target: $5.63

Who are they trying to target using Dennis Cole, geriatrics? I guess a video delivery service would be great for the homebound, but I wouldn't have invested so much $$ in this company... I'm diggin the background music on his website. Love is in the air...

What should we have seen earlier? Are you just now figuring out that subscribers will be able to rent DVD's from GameZnFlix?

Good news for now at least - VIEW is far down the ask list at .071

Unless another MM is taking his place today. Possibly TDCM?

I have a question for all you L2/MM guru's out there.

I just subscribed to Ameritrade's L2 system and I've noticed a strange thing happening on the 'last sale' screen. What happens is a sale will go through for x numbers of shares shaded in green, then almost immediately afterward, a sale shaded in red goes through for the exact same number of shares. Is this just two normal investor transactions (such as you and I) and a mere coincidence, or is this a tell tale sign that the MM's are buying from each other?

TIA!

Fozzy
