And hopefully sooner. You know every stock in the pennies that I own, I go to that board and you seem to have the same stocks. You must have great taste, lol.

I also have had no delays but I'm curious as if my location (Virginia) may be close to one of the distribution centers. It's slipped my mind but they're are two right? And they were looking into adding another? Correct me if i'm wrong. Thanks guys.

Nate

At the onset, Veegeez was given the role of sole distributor, but they found that the demand exceeded their expectations, so they opted to outsource distribution operations through National Fulfillment. Veegeez was then merged into a single entity with Gamezflix, so at this point, as far as I can tell, National Fulfillment is handling all order distributions from their centers in Nashville and Los Angeles. I have not heard of any plans regarding either party adding another center, but it would surprise me if they weren’t looking into either opening several this year, or further outsourcing through other pre-established centers: turnaround and delivery time is the key to this market, and I am certain that Gameznflix realizes that continuously adding new distribution centers has been a major key to Netflix’s rapid growth.
Any rentals sent to Virginia should be shipped from the Nashville center. Such may not be the case, however, if regional demand for a certain title exceeds the current inventory available at the nearest distibution center. Such an anomaly may warrant the need to distribute further copies of that title from surplus inventory at the west coast center. Once Gameznflix gets a good demographic picture of their clientele and their interests, they will be able to accomodate their needs much more proficiently: unfortunately, this is not something that they can just call Netflix up and ask them for their research on.

"last house on the left" frank zappas "baby snakes" and "blue velvet" that was april 25 and i'm still waiting. when i emailed the ceo all i got was emails about the commercials. this is not bashing. i want this company to succeed, but i want them to get their **** together before they run commercials.by the way i live in pittsburgh, pa. so i don't think i'm too far from their delivery area. i'm a little concerned about gzfx. i've thought about selling and getting out but i haven't yet.

That wait is too long, and there is no excuse for them dropping the ball. Unfortunately, the hardest person to reach at GZFX these days is the CEO- the man has a lot on his plate. As for inventory, and problems with back-orders and older movies,I can only offer this, based on the most recent 10QSB. Gameznflix is supplied as needed by Ingram Entertainment, which has 2 headquarters and 22 distribution centers located across the United States. Of course, that doesn’t mean squat if you have been waiting on a movie for a month or more, but if it were within Ingram’s immediate reach, I would hope that it would have been forwarded by Ingram to one of National Fulfillment’s two distribution centers for forwarding to you. In your case, such has yet to take place, and that is abysmal. I am not blaming Ingram- it is most likely that GZFX has dropped the ball on this, and I am sure that concerns all of us.
It is not, however, unique to Gameznflix by any stretch: I have found many links with regards to Netflix users waiting months for selections in their queues, including older movies and movies which most people would not consider to be high-demand titles. Some of those links were two years old- but many were within the past two months. In fact, several Netflix users have bemoaned Netflix as becoming 'too big for their own good'.
In fact, what has happened to you is why online rental companies have the 'dream-lists' with many selection spaces- because they know that from time to time, they are going to have to send you some lower selections in an attempt to buy some time
while they locate the upper selections. I know that's like saying to you "We're gonna have to give you a Ford Escort to drive for a month while we try to find out what is wrong with your brand new Mercedes", and I hope that they understand that your concern is legitimate.

I found this while doing a web search on a major competitor, and while they were set up from the onset much differently than Gameznflix, I found this to be interesting reading for all who might wonder if our major competition went through what we are now going through

Motley F@@l regarding Netflix, June 2002, right after NFLX went public:
http://av.rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A9ibyK7o0bpAbAoBgkKFBqMX;_ylu=X3oDMTBwMjNqdWVsBHBndANhdHdfd2ViX3Jlc3VsdARzZWMDc3I-/SIG=11m2o7gaq/**http%3a//www.fool.com/news/foth/2002/foth020610.htm

Even with a strong IPO and all of the funding brought in by it, Netflix was no sure bet by any stretch. Netflix started out on Nasdaq- we are starting our new life in penny land. There's a lot more room for us to grow, starting down here in pennyland...

I am not trying to excuse any issues with Gameznflix, but every time that you hear something negative about GZFX, check these links out:
http://www.manuelsweb.com/netflix.htm http://www.attrition.org/movies/netflix.html http://www.consumeraffairs.com/entertainment/netflix.html http://www.texturedigital.com/netflix.html http://dvd-rent-test.dreamhost.com/ http://dvd-rent-test.dreamhost.com/letter-to-netflix1.html http://www.webhobbit.net/archives/00000009.html http://www.billsaysthis.com/blog/blogarch.phtml?archdate=2002_04_28_blog_archiv e.phtml#85048266 http://www.unix-girl.com/blog/archives/000886.html http://www.videoasylum.com/films/messages/5028.html http://www.videoasylum.com/films/messages/5300.html

Keep in mind that Netflix has had 4 years to work out their bugs: in fact, many people are stating that Netflix’s service is actually getting worse, even while their rates are rising.

Wow, this thread has fallen to the second page!

I am thinking that June will be a much better month than May was for this stock. I am going to get back in this morning. Hype alone if nothing else should bump it up a few cents; June 14th will be interesting.

I can't get into the board but could go directly to a thread ????? Oh well, Looks like we are in for a ride. Great news out. Don't know how to even respond to it. It is better news then I would have ever expected. Running commercials on the Fox network and trying to get a 2005 Super Bowl spot, wow. Got to love it.

The reason you never see any price change despite heavy volume is because no one knows how many shares there are. This company hasn't released any type of SEC filing in years. We don't even know who's[/i[ trading; it could be casavant dumping shares, buying shares, or just shady mm's trading with each other all day. It's a complete mystery and until Casavant steps up to the plate and lays out all the numbers I don't even consider this a real company.

BTW I have 10 million shares that I look at as a sort of lotto ticket. They'll just sit; [i]something's bound to happen eventually.

Press Release Source: GameZnFlix, Inc.

Ben Curtis' 'GameZnFlix Guy' Debut Will Appear on Fox Television National Primetime Schedule
Tuesday June 1, 10:07 am ET

FRANKLIN, Ky., June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- During Fox's encore presentation of the "The North Shore" on June 17th, the viewing audience will be able to see two of the three new Ben Curtis television commercials. The "GameZnFlix Guy", as Ben is known in the commercial, was named national spokesperson for the company in April 2004. Ben has completed the taping of a series of three television commercials to be used in the national television campaign for GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GZFX - News). AdSouth Partners, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ADPR - News), who represents GameZnFlix, Inc., has selected Fox as the television debut network because of its younger audience and its increased popularity since its broadcast of American Idol. The spots may be previewed online at http ://www .whitesnet .net/GZFX/GZFX .htm

The national Ben Curtis television campaign debut will be followed by more than $600,000 worth of targeted national media buys on such networks as MTV, E!, ESPN, WB, Lifetime and approximately 20 other top targeted local markets on networks like ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC. The entire media schedule, with airtimes, will be posted on the Adsouth website www .adsouthinc .com and GameZnFlix website www .gameznflix .com after the Fox Network debut on June 17th.

John Fleming, CEO/President of GameZnFlix, Inc. stated, "We are pleased to be able to launch our summer television campaign with Fox. I believe that we have a great combination with Ben Curtis as our spokesman and the use of the Fox network to launch GameZnFlix .com across the United States. I forward to the AdSouth completing our current negotiations with Fox for the upcoming 2005 Super Bowl spots."

"After the first couple of days of the Dennis Cole commercials we observed a significant increase in web traffic and new members. The advertising selected for the initial campaign was targeted to a much smaller audience so we could gauge overall traffic versus the number of new members. We are excited by this debut and the follow on advertising campaign as the campaign should scale up the ratio between traffic versus new members," states John Cammarano, President of AdSouth.

AdSouth Partners, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ADPR - News) is located in Boca Raton, Florida and is a based media placement and creative marketing firm. AdSouth specializes in direct response television marketing for clients that advertise their products or services on local and national television networks. For more information log onto www .adsouthinc .com

GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GZFX - News), is a company that offers both DVD movies/video game rentals on the Internet with access to over 28,000 games and movie titles. Beginning at $18.50 a month subscribers can rent a combination of both DVD movies and/or games with no late fees or due dates. Beginning in mid-June GameZnFlix's website will also be offering its subscribers the option to purchase both DVD movies and video games along with the continued rental program. Anyone curious about how in the hell GZFX will be able to afford a Super Bowl commercial? Are they just going to put their entire budget for the next five years into this one-time deal to see if it pays off?

I tried to post a reply about a half hour ago. I guess it didn't go through.

The board was real slow for me but it seems to be ok now. My last post was just before the press release. I was trying to be cheap and get in at 0.096. Should have gone for 0.099. Oh well, hind sight's always 20/20. I'll keep my eye on it.

Remember when Master Lock used to do that? They used their entire annual advertising budget on one Super Bowl ad. I'm thinking Master Lock is larger than GZFX (although this was a few years ago, they don't do it anymore), and I don't think it would be a wise move at this point. I wonder if Netflix is planning something similar; that could have something to do with it.

I'm glad that they're talking about the Superbowl- it shows that they plan on being around for a while. That may sound trivial, but you can bet that some of the stocks that people are posting on today won't be around by then.
As for paying for it, well they still are holding a lot of unissued stock, and everyone who has been paid in stock thus far, as far as I can tell is still holding... just goes to show that their stock means something to people whom they are doing business with as well.
P.S., welcome to the forum, TMCS- don't be shy- if you see something that everyone else hasn't (i.e., the news on Fox), be our guest, join in and share the news.

Did you guys watch the 3 commercials with Ben online? They are pretty good and remind me a bit of the Dell commercials, which is a great thing. Ben is a very recognizable personality and I think his presence in the commercials can potentially make this stock fly.

There are two things about the commercials that struck me:
-They left me with the gutt-instinct that these are not the last of Ben Curtis that we will see regarding him doing commercials for Gameznflix- they seemed to be setting the context for another series of Ben Curtis/ Gameznflix commercials in the future,
-I would have liked them much more if the laptop that he used in them was a Dell, and was taken out of a briefcase that had the Dell emblem on it.

Just had to bump this one to the top. I can't believe everyone chats so much about QBID and noone discusses the best long term hold IMO on the board. No offense to the QBID people because I made my $$ on it (and got out)... but GZFX is a higher quality stock people IMHO. Being advertised on FOX network is just unbeatable for the pennies! ... Nevermind convincing people -- I'll say what I always say:
Put it on the watchlist

Well, thats part of the problem, The people that know about GZFX don't need convincing and are in this for the long haul. But in a way its helping hold this down because no one wants to sell. lol

Rics ... I've been watching your posts on it. I've been in since .06 and have taken some free shares but to be honest I just took a whole bunch o' money and dumped it in around .08 and I'm letting it sit until next year! I've made an oath to not sell until at least $3.00! I play more with the subpennies because I like the thrill, and their awesome if you know how to play swing trades, but as always beware. Am I sure it's going to hit $3.00 ... absolutely not, because nobody knows what happens in the market. But of the stocks out there, this has one of the best chances if not the best. JMHO Good luck trading people ... and to you Rics

I think all those people sold long ago! I've been in since about 0.025. I had the opportunity to buy more at 0.017 but at the time I thought that was too much!

I also think it's a little irksome that QBID and CMKM get so much attention vs. this stock.

Bought in at .058 sold at .14 bought back at .98 and holding long.

Let me ask a question here. I see a lot of people come in and say they own a stock and bash it, but claim not to be a basher.

If you own a stock, why would you downgrade it maybe causing the shares to decrease? Isn't that beating yourself out of money?

To me you either want it to go down to buy more or you are a basher who doesn't own any shares. I think if you feel the need to talk bad about a stock you should say, I don't own it and this is why so we can do DD for ourself.

Some would try to say that your a pumper if you only talk good about a stock but paid pumpers go and an try to manipulate a stock price. Yes if you own a stock and feel strongly about it, I think you should praise it. Not lie but give its stong points to make some money because that what we are all here for, the money.

I say this because the only time I ever see people talking bad about this stock and others is when it starts to run or good PR has come out. Then all of the sudden people come out of the woodworks bring up bad points (valid or not) stopping the run in its tracks. Saying they own the stock. Don't you want to make money. It doesn't make sense to me.

Oh well, my ranting has put GZFX back to the top again so it wasn't for nothing, lol.

My 2 cents...

Just because someone asks a question or makes a point about a company, doesn't necessarily mean they're a basher. I own GZFX at various prices between 4.9 cents and 12 cents, and I've been a member of their site (cancelled after 2 weeks and one movie). I have legitimate concerns about their business model, specifically inventory and provisioning, and I'm also concerned that they're spending all this money on television/super-bowl ads when that capital should be going toward improving their customer service.

Personally, I think the stock will jump back into the 14/16 cent range immediately after the ads run June 17th, but after that I'm very skeptical about any future growth, unless they seriously improve their business model. The CEO update gave me some hope, but I want results, not promises.

GZFX remains about 60% of my total portfolio, so believe me when I say I'm not wanting the price to go down. I'm just asking realistic questions.

I never do this but they are trying to improve customer service by upgrading the webiste, and running ads:

Akamai Technologies is the world’s largest distributed computing platform with 15,000 servers, 1,100 networks in 70+ countries, 1,000+ customers of which half are listed on the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Such clients like GM, FedEx, AOL, Best Buy and Coca-Cola. Akamai Technologies knows how to assist us to get our website to reach Internet users at record speed. By delivering the GameZnFlix site (screenshots, image, objects) from the edge of Akamai’s network, site performance will increase on average by 247% (Gomez test).

The Backend (How we get supplied, control and ship)

On the backend of our company we have been working closely with both Ingram Entertainment www.ingramentertainment.com and our new fulfillment company National Fulfillment, Inc. to decrease the delivery time of our inventory and provide the most up to date information to the members. National Fulfillment, Inc. of Nashville is handling both shipping and inventory control. NFI has locations in Nashville and Los Angeles and can reach most of the US via regular mail in 3-4 days. The National Picture (How we reach new subscribers)

Our first series of national television ads with Dennis Cole began in April and has been well received. They air almost daily across the country and have been seen on shows like Bravo’s West Wing slot, Dr. Phil, Ellen DeGeneres, and many other time slots.

This summer we will be launching our new, three-part Ben Curtis television ads. The airing of the Ben Curtis national television ads will be announced shortly as we are finishing off negotiations with the networks.

Online Direct Advertising

We are in the final stages of our online Internet advertising campaign, which we have kept in the box until we were able to gauge the television response. We are planning on launching this campaign during June, 2004.

Coming events

Also, on June 17th we will launch our "Thanks to the Military" discount campaign. This will make us the only DVD and Game rental company shipping to the APO and FPO addresses necessary to reach our service people around the world.

Summary

Over 5,000 people have used our new service since April 1, 2004 when the current website was launched. We continue to grow and look forward to an increasing membership.

Our current inventory plan allows our members to select from over 28,000 titles. Our inventory continues to grow as we strive to meet requests from our members. We started with 1,000 top titles and since have been building the inventory based on members’ requests. While this “virtual” inventory method has caused an initial delay in providing service to some of our members, it does allow them to obtain difficult to find titles that otherwise would not be feasible to stock.

GameznFlix Inc.(OTC:BB GZFX), is a company that offers both DVD movies and video game rentals on the Internet with access to over 28,000 games and movie titles. At $18.50 a month subscribers can rent a combination of both DVD movies and or games with no late fees or due dates. For more information log onto www.gamezflix.com
