I agree justplayin. I hate it when people act like 10 year olds. I am currently holding this stock and cant wait for the website to launch. I hope this thing goes through the roof!

The man asked a simple question and everyone here decides to slam him. That is the problem with these boards. You are all a bunch of keyboard warriors and wouldn't have the sack to say the things you say to his face. I have been his friend for over 24 years which is probably longer than most of you have been in this world just judging by the comments I have read. Hey if you want to stay in the stock, great! Do as you wish. He is simply asking a question that actually has relevance. If you don't have the answers than don't post your infantile comments.

Just learnin, it is a shame to loose posters that brought many good stocks and gave all their DD.

I also hold quite a bit of this stock and want to thank Mach for the insight.

Allstocks, I think you need to monitor about 6 posters. I REALLY feel like some do NOTHING but attack posters without any backup.

I hope you can reel this in as I do not want to give my hard gathered DD to a board which will ridicule without due course.

That's funny...I might unload verbally or physically for unwarranted cutting remarks...To unload stock is based on other information. Is there a reason why you would say that other than just to try to put me down.....have you seen the Fraklin Kentcuky office.....I have....It was just sent to me by a partner of mine....I'm on the phone with two other men right now...Thanks to getting bashed for just posting a simple comment with the best intentions and no hard feelings toward anyone. But now, time to get serious when playing for money....
So no thanks Tigerontop to your advice and try to get it straight...I respond to any attack on me personally....and respond financially in a tempered way....like anyone should.....I'm on a conference call as we speak and John Flemming is out of the country until next week.....but you can rest assured I will be talking to him and so will my other partners in refernce to their affilliate program, advertising, website click through price, warehousing at the Franklin facility, etc etc...just because I see an unwillingness to discuss in any civilized way the stock and other peoples trading experiences. We invest, not trade. I don't go head to head with mm's, that's a loosing proposition, if you want to trade. Investing is much different only most traders don't find that out until they have lost most of their original capital investment.
The GZFX chart looks great and has for quite some time....the only thing that I have been somewhat concerned about in the past is the float and a possible reverse split...So about 2 months ago I called the company and asked if that was possible and the response was yes, it is possible someday but no plans as of yet. IMHO it is still possible but we will cross that bridge if we have to.
So, Tigerontop, kiss off....and go trade to your hearts content.

Then why don't you do something like delete his posts if you are the administrator.

It was a simple question and deserved an honest answer not some wise A** remark.

Not sure what you mean by "Here's a deal"

KC, thank you for the time you give to DD. I hope you will share with us the information you gather. As for those who only have opinions without information, please don't let them discourage you from sharing.
We investors and traders should appreciate any and all information. It is up to us to make a decision about our own portfolio's.

what do you know alex? Why would you be keeping secrets. All I wanted to do was to turn attention AWAY from bickering, and back to the stock on hand! What better way to do that than with some nice L2!!! But what do you know? It's nice to share the knowledge!

"Has anyone seen a pump and dump stock before and does this stock have the same characteristics?"

How is this DD? Or a question that will result in an insightful anwser? Most everyone here believes that this is a real company with real promise and about the farthest thing from a pump and dump on the OTC.

If you and your parnters hold so many shares, why are you just asking this question now?

I'm all for ANY DD or questions that focus on GZFX, good or bad, but I don't see how this is one was meant to result in any helpful insight.

Goodluck to everyone.

another one from the yahoo board

Wow - I'm impressed.
Just one problem: When I looked at their web site I could not find a single movie title! until you've now listed http://gameznflix.xplorex.com/.

They do show 4 movies on the front page! Great start! But every search I've made came with big Nothing. And I've tried hard (I'm short on nflx after all...:-)

I've searched for Foreman, Polanski, ... then even for Gibson.
In a final desperation: Schwarzenegger came with 1 (one!) movie.
I'm overwhelmed with joy and anticipation :-)

Will this mess up the beta site???

pwm, welcome to pennies. Investor sentiment and emotion has more to do with price movement than does charting and histograms. Maybe a rumor of a pump & dump would allow investors to get out at a profit, wait for the rumors, and buy lower and ride the next wave.

(1) Since I do own the stock, and yes, a considreble amount......repeating rumors is not a good idea to me...so I simply asked a question hoping for a response from a witness to an actual pump an dump incident so I could refer other people who are considering investing with me more money, mainly to calm their nerves about pump and dump scams since I have only witnessed one myself and it was on the NYSE with many big losers at that time. But I have not witnessed this in pennies yet myself, only hearsay. This was to hopefully show a difference between the two stocks, GZFX and an actual pump and dump......as a refernce only, but as you see I have not been given any stocks to reference only name calling and some kind of jibberish about move on into mutual funds...! Nice....I prefer to talk in a civil way but it has been my experince that some people can't handle that and therfore I step into the darkness with them and go as base as neccessary
This whole conversation has let me know that there is probably about 5% or less real people to talk to on this board and the rest are pipe dreamers who at the first sign of dark clouds stick their heads in the sand or want to burn a person at the stake like a heretic or witch that has brought them a bad dream or prognostication.

LOL KC...

Want pump and dumper check the paid promo sites like S u b w a y.

Most all of the stocks that hire folks like them is someone wanting to dump after or into a pump.

I understand. That explaination was good. If I were a new investor looking at a penny stock for the first time, I may wonder about a "scheme" of some sort. Point all new investors to the great DD done by members on this and other boards. And let them make the decision for themselves. Asking about a comparison to past "pump-n-dumps" leads us all nowhere.

But can you understand that your comments at this time could have been seen as a way to bash this stock and to lower the price? Look at it from that point of view.

Good luck,

pwm

Hmmmmmm that really makes me think about
bashing, I would really, really love to buy much cheaper. Why? Time and again the real money in Pennies are real companies with huge potential, they are the only ones to make it out of pennyland. And the most money is made by those that buy when they smell the sizzle, not those that see the steak, and the potatoe, the side of shrimp. Hmmmm...now I'm hungry.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17, 2004 10:09 AM

A recent Hototc.com alert noted that GameZnFlix, Inc (OTCBB: GZFX) is a penny stock to watch.

KC, I apologize but the way you came across was to what I responded to. I have been in GZFX back in October ans am staying to the end. Now this is just a question, but why ask this question if you have been in this stock for so long? Do you read all the PR's?
I got a response from DennisCole himself just when the announced his name and he told me the commercial was just filmed.
John Flemming dose not release fluff, just solid stuff.
To answer you first question with all do repspect, NO this does NOT follow these same characteristics af a P&D.

PWM and others.......I can't say this will be the last post, but it might be for the day. There is no way to prove to you all that I am an actual investor in this stock so I'm not going to try, but I also don't have to check in with you on what day I ask a question, or what kind of question to ask. If someone has seen the ads and have seen the pr about the upcoming commercials and talks to me about the stock, but then says "hey, are you sure this is not a pump and dump" I can tell them all day long no it isn't and show them what you and I have seen up to this point but I actually haven't seen one myself....so who do you think I chose to ask but the other people who know as much or more about it as I do.....You people have allot of nerve I must tell you, and so do I...Talking to people as if they have to check in with the god af allstocks to have a converstaion.
