SAN DIEGO, Feb 24, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- American Fire Retardant Corp. (AFRR) announced today that they have completed their purchase of the assets of National Certified Fire Retardant Inc., a fire retardant paint and varnish manufacturer. NCFR is located in Huntington Beach, Calif. The final payment for the purchase was made last week and the assets of NCFR are now owned by AFRC.

Stephen F. I was wondering why the price was dropping. My guess is the purchase was done with shares that were dumped on the market and supply exceeded demand. I have shares of AFRR and expect that the selling will decrease as those shares are absorbed by new holders and hopefully we have some added value from the purchase of NCFR.-Debi

they have several products out but none are all that. plus the fact that they can dump as much stocks onto the market as needed hurts us .
