American Fire Retardant Corp. Announces Completion of Acquisition of Assets of National Certified Fire Retardant Inc.

SAN DIEGO, Feb 24, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- American Fire Retardant Corp. (AFRR) announced today that they have completed their purchase of the assets of National Certified Fire Retardant Inc., a fire retardant paint and varnish manufacturer. NCFR is located in Huntington Beach, Calif. The final payment for the purchase was made last week and the assets of NCFR are now owned by AFRC.

Stephen F.
