PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Feb 26, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- It has come to our attention that some shareholders are posting negative, harmful and inaccurate information on financial websites. Mr. Olsen states, "Anyone posting false information regarding QBID and Triangle Multi-Media (QBID, Trade) will be subject to legal action within five (5) days of said posting. We have had to do this before as it is a serious detriment to our company and it's investors. There is no reason other shareholders should be victims of false information, gossip and rumors."

If you go through and research the company, you will find that they were dealing with alot of issues which they have stated are no longer a factor. Every business has rough start, just imagine trying to be the first Gay TV in America. One thing was infighting, come on we all know Gays are catty, lets be honest, is it such a stretch for a Gay business to have infighting?

GORDY, I'M NOT EXACTLY SURE.

THERE IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE A "GROUP" THAT "DISCOVERS" INFO AND WHETHER OR NOT IT'S TRUE IS ALWAYS HID BEHIND "FREE SPEECH".

I CAN FIND MANY PEOPLE WHO WILL TELL YOU UFO'S ARE REAL, CANCER HAS A CURE, GOVT. CONSPIRACY ON ALL THOSE AM RADIO STATIONS.

I WILL SAY THIS, THE STOCK IS REALLY LOW TO VALUE RATIO SO EVEN IF YOU DROP JUST $50 IN THIS STOCK AND IF YOU BLOW THE 50 BUCKS, THEN REALLY SO WHAT. .0015 X $50 = 33,000 SHARES. CAN YOU AFFORD NOT TO TAKE THAT RISK?

ON THE OTHER END, THE STOCK FLEW UP TO $1.00+ ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO AND IF YOU CAN DUMP THOSE SHARES AT THAT PRICE, IT'S A EXCELLENT VALUE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE STOCK IS "FOR-REAL" OR NOT.

MY PERSONAL GUT AND RESEARCH IS THAT THIS IS IN FACT REAL EVEN THOUGH I POSTED THE INFO STATING OTHERWISE.

THE TIME HAS COME FOR A QUEER BOYS IN DEMAND (QBID) AND ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THE RECENT "NEWS" ABOUT THE MARRIAGE ISSUE, THE TIME IS RIPE FOR THIS TYPE STATION/PROGRAMMING. THE TIMING IS NEAR PERFECT FOR QBID, THE CURRENT PRESIDENT WANTING TO MAKE FEDERAL LAW AGAINST THE GAY MARRIAGE AND THE SOON TO BE LEGAL BATTLES WHEN THE FED. LAW TAKES PLACE AND BUSH TRIES TO INVALIDATE THOSE PREVIOUS MARRIAGES.

THE ONLY THING I THINK QBID IS MISSING TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT THAT I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A REAL OPPORTUNITY IS FOR "NAME-BRAND" GAY PEOPLE TO COME FORWARD TO SUPPORT THE STATION. ADDITIONALLY, THE NEWS OF RECENT IS ALL THE CRAP THE CEO'S ARE BEING BUSTED FOR SO FOR A QBID TO COME ALONG TO SIMPLY "SCAM" INVESTORS I THINK MAY BE A LONG SHOT; ESPECIALLY WITH SUCH A LOW SHARE PRICE WITH OUTSTANDING SHARES.

I don't know if they are scaming or not. I hate risk and, as always, regardless, of what others say or do, I only invest what I can afford to lose...That being said...Qbid, along with a handful of other micro cap stocks looks like a favorible risk vs. reward situation. If I thought otherwise I would not invest, nor would I try to bash the stock as someone may know something that I don't. Then when they made a boatload of $$$$ of of their disposable income, I would not look like a complete homophobic idiot! No risk (of disposable income) no reward.
2-3 bil. shares a day coming soon to a theater near you!

I am in the same boat "buyrsell". the risk vs. reward I believe is in our favor at this time. If I had a diffrent attitude towards it I would not be posting here, or investing.

U4 I would love to see $1 but with this many shares they would need to become as big as a network like TNN, mabey bigger. The only way I see that, is if everyone would have the network as part of their regular programing package, which could happen a few years down the road. Or if the company becomes completly over valued. I am sure we will all be very gay (happy) when May 1 comes around we just need to sit tight.

I was going nuts the day it hit .0034 I got in at .0021 I should have sold everything at that point. Later that day I saw it hit .0013 I thought o boy here goes my one grand. Talk about a emotional roller coster.
Now if GZFX would just start to go up which I bought at .093. And LBTT does well selling their product at the up coming shows I will be a happy camper. Also ICMH should get it together soon, which you guessed it i bought at.01 and it closed at .0067 today.

All of these I am holding for a month minimum. GZFX mabey a few years.

WELL FISHSTIX, I UNDERSTAND.

3+ YEARS AGO, THE STOCK HIT $1.00 BASED UPON THE PREVIOUS BAD STUFF I POSTED EARLIER. ALMOST DID THEY BROADCAST AND $1.00 THEY DID IN FACT HIT WITH THAT.

THE TIMING OF QBID IS RIPE. THAT FACT IS UNDISPUTED AND WE CAN GO BACK AND FORTH ON DOLLAR ISSUES ALL DAY LONG BUT NEITHER ONE OF US CAN PROVE WHAT WE SAY EITHER WAY; HENCE WE'RE AT .0015 TODAY AND THAT IS PROVEN.

I CAN'T ARGUE WITH ANYONE JUMPING THE BOAT AT .01 FOR THAT IN AND OF ITSELF IS A EXCELLENT RETURN ON INVESTMENT. I PLAY MY PICKS AS THOUGH I'M A 401K ON NASDAQ OR NYSE WHICH PUTS ME IN A UNHEARD OF CATAGORY FOR PINKIES INVESTMENTS.

THE ONE THING I WILL CORRECT YOU ON IS THE AMOUNT OF SHARES VS. SELLING PRICE. MARKET CAP MEANS NOTTA AND EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE LEARNED THAT WITH THE INTERNET BUBBLE FROM 1986 THRU 2000.

THE KEY FACTS I SEE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. VOLUME HAS HIT 1,500,000 CASH TRADED IN A SINGLE DAY WHICH IS INCREDIBLE FOR A STOCK LIKE THIS. WHEN A STOCK AT .0001 JUMPS TO .0025 WITH ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS TRADED SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO TELL YOU THAT MARKET CAP DOESN'T MEAN SQUAT. YES I KNOW 1.5 ISN'T NEAR MARKET CAP BUT THE LOGISTICS OF THAT AMOUNT ON A PINK STOCK OF .0001 IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND ALMOST UNHEARD OF.

2. CEO POSTS THAT NO REVERSE SPLIT WILL HAPPEN WHILE HE'S IN OFFICE. THAT'S A BOLD STATEMENT TO MAKE ON A PINKIE STOCK WHICH IS LOOKING TO UPGRADE.

3. CEO POSTS A STOCK BUYBACK PROGRAM. JUST AS AMAZED AT NO. 2 AS I AM WITH NO. 3 HERE. A BUYBACK ON A PINKIE? INCREDIBLE.

4. 10-YEAR CONTRACT WITH TIME-WARNER. SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

5. SATELLITE LINK-UP'S ARE COORDINATED.

6. CBS/VIACOM BACKS OUT OF IDENTICAL PROGRAMMING CHANNEL. EVEN IF CBS DIDN'T BACK OUT, I WOULD STILL FEEL AS STRONGLY CONSIDERING WE HAVE 10 ZILLION HBO'S AND MILLION CINEMAX'S. MY LOCATION ORLANDO FLORIDA HOME TO DISNEY HAS 8 OTHER MAJOR THEME PARKS THRIVING IN BUSINESS.

7. 2004 IS PRIME TIME WITH ALL THE STUFF YOU SEE IN MEDIA ABOUT GAY/LESBIAN/MARRIAGE STUFF.

8. WHO-EVER MAKES A PUBLIC STAND AGAINST QBID WILL IN AND OF ITSELF CAUSE THE STOCK TO RISE TO $1-$5/SHARE AND BEYOND. I THINK THAT WHEN THE CHANNEL IS AS LARGE AS HBO, TNN, CBS THEN YOUR IN THE AREA OF $30/SHARE AND NOT $1.00.

NOW FOR THOSE OF YOU READING THIS, GIVE ME A VALID GOOD REASON WHY THIS STOCK WONT GO UP. VALID AND GOOD REASON IS JUST THAT, VALID AND GOOD AND NOT SOME "WELL COULD BE" REASON THAT IT DIES.

MY LIMIT ORDER IS IN AT $2.00

guys, I just had an interesting (DUH!!) thought. You guys have probably already figured this out, but it just hit me! We have established that buys are outnumbering sells by as much as 5 to 1, and still the PPS remains the same. Wouldn't these be the symptoms of a buyback? Maybe Olsen is working with MMs if that is possible? Since the public doesnt realize that the float is decreasing, PPS remains the same until the disclosure. Any opinion/feedback?

My guess is they started their buyback on about Feb 23rd.

200M per day x 18.75 days = 3,750,000,000 shares. Which is half of the estimates 7.5 billion outstanding shares.

So as of the close yesterday, I am guessing they have already reduced the o/s shares by 1.6 billion (200M per day x 8 days).

Just a guess. But if buys are beating sells by a 5:1 ratio, it makes sense to me.

That would be nice, but at an average price of say .0015 that would be about $8 million. Do they really have that much cash to put into a buyback?

They could indeed. But wouldn't they put that money to better used by using it to get on the air? Maybe they've been able to get funding for both. I really hope they are buying back a lot but if they've bought back as many as was suggested then I'd think the price would be going up simply because the supply is greatly reduce. Of course, maybe the outstanding was much more than the 7.5 billion.

I dont think that 3.5 billion have been retired, but I DO believe that there have been shares retired. I think the plan was to keep it as discreet as possible to as to prevent the share price from jumping. just think: buying back shares at 0.0013 or 0.0014 is 1/3rd the cost of buying back at 0.0034

$8 million is a lot to you and I -- but it's a bargain to companies like Time Warner, or celebs in Hollywood who would like to bring to fruition this gay/lesbian channel.

I have NO sell order--I continue to hold---i think U4$ is right on here folks---
it will go---if they get on air---write letters to the company---help them motivate-
-if you are a shareholder --they work for U-
---anybody find the Unitarian Universalist Church yet and alert them?---They are a MAJOR force in the gay community----as much as 30% of their membership is OUT of the closet and close to 100% of the community supports coming out

Does anyone recall reading that QBID was trying to force the return of appx 2 billion shares from previous execs/owners/investors?

I had assumed that this was their "buyback", and not them actually purchasing on the open market!

Grunberg Returns to Triangle Television
Thursday March 4, 12:55 pm ET

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., March 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Triangle Multi- Media Ltd. is pleased to welcome back Steven Grunberg in the capacity of President of Programming and Acquisitions. Grunberg, a motion picture/television industry executive for over twenty-five years, will bring to light the vision established by CEO and President Frank Olsen for a 24/7 Gay and Lesbian television network. A graduate in film and television from UCLA, and with a background in marketing, distribution and acquisitions, Grunberg will continue a career that began at Filmways and spanned stays at New World, Orion Pictures, Trans World, Epic, and Columbia Tri-Star International.
Frank Olsen states, "I sought out to rehire Steven Grunberg because other acquisition professionals knew nothing of the gay market and several of them were so ignorant they didn't know where to begin. Steven has the capabilities I need to schedule a well-rounded broadcast day for our audience."

Triangle will have additional good news in the middle of next week.

QBID Overview

The Triangle Television Network (the 'Company' or 'TTN'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc (QBID) was organized to create and develop a network devoted to providing both television programming for the gay and lesbian community. While TTN expects much of its subscriber base will be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. TTN's programming will be provided on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The Triangle Television Network will broadcast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures availability of the Triangle Television Network across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
