ASKING IF THEY FELT THIS WOULD BE A POTENTIAL FORUM FOR GAY/LESBIAN RIGHTS. ASKING IF THEY BE WILLING TO ENTERTAIN THE IDEA OF INVESTING IN A POTENTIAL GAY/LESBIAN T.V. NETWORK. AND ASK FOR COMMENTS AND A GENERAL DISCUSSION. IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO GET REPONSES IF ANY. THERE ARE SO MANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAVE REGARDING "WHERE THIS COMPANY IS AT?" on this site, when you click play a little video plays and it flashes some names of TV programs that ive heard about other places too. NOt sure if they are sitcoms or what but i would assume its a mixture.

Yeah, I called the three cable companies in my area so far and the two sattelite companies and asked first if they have any all gay tv channels...interesting responses. The two sattelite companies said not yet....means to me something is up. one cable company said not yet as well, the other two just said no. The three companies that said not yet I then asked if they had any idea what the name of the channel would be....obviously they said they didn't know. But indirectly they confirmed the exsistance of probability. The responses I received along with QBID's TEN YEAR CONTRACT WITH TIME WARNER could easily lead one to believe that we are in the right company at the right time. Granted this is all speculation but it is promising speculation. As far as getting the word out? I will be calling Glen Beck in the Am of monday, I will also be calling Sir Rushbo in the PM, I also plan to send e-mails to Bill O'Riley, Sean Hannity and Dennis Miller. My Belief is that Rush will not wish to talk about it as to avoid giving the company PR, I figure O'Riley will be the same, However I have a feeling Glen Beck will wish to make fun of the idea, and I'm pretty sure that Sean Hannity is dim witted enough to let the cat out of the bag. wonderwoman! i need some advice...im a little worried about being able to get in on time. its at.0016 right now, im worried that if i try and get in monday morning at that it might not let me and maybe bounce up a little as we get closer to may 1st.
would it benefit me to put the limit order in at .0017..would that make it more likely to go through? Cuz i cant sit around and look at it all day cuz i have some appointments to meet.

Well that was another interesting post. You completely support most things I said in a earlier post again. Again in concerns to AOL/MICROSOFT you claim they had no funds/profitability. I will tell you there is a big differnce. What they both had was monster revenues. Huge amounts of cash pouring in at the onset of their buisness model. Micro was profitable almost right out of the gate and AOL took a bit longer but the commom thread in both was a huge revenue stream. Amazon was kept alive by billion dollar yearly revenues even though they lost millions for years. Do you forsee this kind of billion dollar revenue stream for QBIB? Keep your fingers crossed because thats alot tougher space than your examples are in. They were both pioneers in their field. Think about how many broadcasters are out there? QBID does not own any pattent on GAY tv. Your other examples had a pattented product. Now another of your examples you continue to quote these huge share prices from the INTERNET BUBBLE. You go on to state well heck, If those stocks flew up on the internet bubble then QBID will be just as lucky. The funny thing about your post is that you answered yourself. As you see those high flying prices are now gone hence your examples. All have come to realistic price levels. The internet bubble is long gone and the street is most likely not to repeat it any time soon. The street is also very hard on these stocks that have dismal revenues. Not profitability---but revenues. Back to QBID, can it go to your lofty levels....sure. Only with a monsterous reverse split though but its still great to dream. Thats what keeps us going in life.

hello all, i am not in on this stock, still reading all the posts and trying to do as much dd as i can, i did find something at http://www.glinn.com/news/rtv1.htm tht was disconcerting to say the least. it also seems that for a national network set to go on the air in two months to not have any specifics on programming, no advertisers or links from their web site. what evidence is there that this company is for real? obviously some of you have made significant gains with this stock but what happens if nothing changes on May 1?

"Triangle Multi-Media President Frank Olsen, who was not available for immediate comment, has stated previously that he hopes to have a 24-hour transmission of sample programming available by May 1 to be distributed by satellite, and to theaters and hotel conference rooms" so as to solicite advertising, etc.

TEN YEAR CONTRACT WITH TIME WARNER says alot. QBID has tried in the past to launch a GayTV, however never did they have a TEN YEAR CONTRACT WITH TIME WARNER, nor did they ever announce a launch date, I guess if you are really concerned/ worried/ frightened/ quivering, then you should sell all your shares and watch from the sidelines. This is what I found as far as past QBID efforts, much of this I am sure is the reason for buying back insider held shares to avoid infighting

NOVEMBER | 2000 Launch plans for Gay Television Network again delayed.
JANUARY | 2001 Officials with the Gay Television Network reschedule the channel’s launch to Jan. 23, then move it again to Feb. 2, on the Dish Network. Dish later says the announcement of an agreement with GTN is premature. GTN called the digital satellite provider "homophobic."

Yes, that "article" was old, however it was the only link other than message boards that any of my search's turned up - itseems kind of weird to me that there is no mention of the contract with time warner on TTN or time warner/aols' web sites. It seems like TTN would have that flashing across the screen, no?

QBIDs contract with T-W is basically of no value to T-W until TTN can get its signal up. At that juncture, T-W is just a conduit who will receive money from its subsidiaries and affiliates who choose to take that signal.
The contract simply provides a vehicle for T-W's subsidiary distributors to obtain and provide the TTN channel to their subscribers. First the subscribers have to request the programming from their cable/sat source in sufficient numbers to justify carrying it. Then the advertising has to be sold. Some time after profitable revenue is realized - then T-W itself might sit up and take notice.
I equate the situation to one of Service Master having a national contract with Ford, but the actual work takes servicing of the Ford dealers at the local level. After a multitude of Ford delears start having successful relationships with Service Master Ford HQ might consider letting them clean production plants and/or the HQ.
It's not a guarantee, it will take time, and QBID is going to have to earn it with hard quality work (...a foreign concept to Fwankie, IMHO ).
No launch - no money, no money - no expansion; "..............WHERE'S THE BEEF................"?!?

I tried to research a little to substantiate this, but, I just talked to my brother who was in Manchester, England this last week, and he mentioned that he heard some BUZZ on the radio and TV about a new "GAY" TV network that will be available through satelite coming soon. Could it be TTN???
