Berlin Stock Exchange
FRANKLIN, KY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/09/04 -- GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC BB: GZFX), formerly known as Point Group Holdings, Incorporated (OTC BB: PGHI), an online video game rental company, announced today that it has been granted permission to trade its shares on the Third Market Segment of the Berlin Stock Exchange. The German trading symbol will be "PQJ.BE" and the German securities code: (WKN) will be 164641.
GameZnFlix CEO John Fleming commented, "We are very pleased to have been approved for trading on the Berlin Stock Exchange. The Berlin Exchange should make buying and selling our shares less problematic for German and European stockholders and should provide help to assure improved liquidity in our common stock overall.
Mr. Fleming continued: "We are striving to enhance our corporate visibility in Germany and expand our corporate presence to a broader financial community throughout Europe. We believe this prestigious platform will assure that our company story reaches a much larger European audience. GameZnFlix, Inc. currently markets its video game rentals through its wholly owned subsidiary, www.VeeGeeZ.com and in the near future will be opening a new website www.GameZnFlix.com to offer both DVD movies and video game rentals. i cant log in to my ameritrade account, i've been on hold for 45 minutes, a little pissed to say the least.. can someone please give me an update on what the stock is doing? thanks!

Etade did really srew up on the name change im showing a hell of a loss !!! If it was correct I would very depressed ;-( Thankfully itys just a f**kup so I hope they get it right quick. I was told 5- 7 working days

MyTrack .... $12.95 per trade, a few dollars more than what you pay, and I have NEVER had any trouble like you guys are haveing. Name changes, symbol changes, they take care of it and are ready the same day at the opening bell. User friendly software, excellent customer support. I wish I had bought shares in their company. It has gone up pretty well in the past 2 years or so. Anyway, something for you guys to think about.

wow i guess was way off. i was under the impression that there would eventually be one site that offered video games and dvds. that seems like the strategic route to go. i thought they were trying to offer something different than netflix and such. maybe im missing something. hope i am.

I think they will have two sites. One for games and one for DVD's. They will offer membership packages that work for just games, just DVD's, or both.

If you look at the name "GamezNFliz" you can see that the GamezNFlix site will offer both games and flix (DVDs). Veegeez will continue to be the hard-core gaming site.
It is my impression that GamezNFlix will use the same game database as Veegeez along with offering DVDs. It will be a portal type interface into Veegeez.
The new site will be the bomb. As someone already pointed out this baby is being designed by THE TOP DAWG in the industry. I know who it is but I will not disclose that information so do not ask. Just know that it is in very capable hands and you will all be impressed.

The point I'm trying to make is that I know that the design company is one of the biggest and best available so trust me. However, I'm not at liberty to disclose who it is. I wouldn't have said anything at all but obviously you guys have figured some things out based on the PRs. Just thought I could instill some confidence in some people's decision to hold.

The reason I say don't ask is because that's what everyone will do and I'm just nipping that in the bud before it starts. If you would like I'll just keep my comments to myself. I wanted to make it known that it is not just speculation on my part.

I'm gonna hand my portfolio over to veegeez to manage 'cause right now Ameri-sucks is doing a pretty lousy job. Does anyone know when this name crap will be straightened out with ameritrade, because no one there seems to know
