Closed at 0.098. Im content with this. Its slowly inching its way back up to where i bought it, which was 0.1. Im in this one until it gets to about 0.2. All the competition GZFX faces is making me nervous. They arent advertising enough. They need to be like NetFlix if they want to get a good subscriber base. If i had a dollar for every NetFlix popup ad ive seen in the past month, id have like $50! Posts: 423 | From: Westchester County, NY | Registered: Jan 2004

If what distinguishes this company is the selection of games AND flicks, it may not make sense to start any kind of serious advertising campaign until, or shortly before, the GameZnFlix site is launched. Blockbuster plans to enter the marketplace in the fourth quarter. If this company can get the GameZnFlix website up and running sooner rather than later, coincident with a strong advertising blitz, we should be ok, in my opinion.

Tim, you need to have patience. This is a new company. They just hired a very GOOD pr firm, but they haven't had time to DO anything yet. When they do, the stock will go up. WAY up. I have been in since .03 and wish I had listened to Mach and bought at sub penny levels. Anyway, if you sell at .20 then I feel you will be sorry in the long run. When it hits .20, sell half your shares and get your investment back, then ride free shares if you feel you need to do that.

I think you should get out sooner than later. GamezNflix has a long way to go to get deep pockets like Netflix has for advertising. I you think GZFX is going to pop to .20 soon, you have another thing coming. The competition is and will be Netflix and Gamefly. These guys are directly the best in the industry. When in time GamezNflix builds itself up and poises itself to take on both simultaneously, you can't expect this to happen over night. The PPS was .002 this past summer of 2003, so it has come along way in a very short time. The PPS can't constant;y just keep going up, it needs to retrace to fill the gaps it created from "popping". This is the best case scenario for building a strong PPS. - Marty

if you got enough shares and your still lookin for a decent return, why don't you just hold on to at least 1/3 of your shares. your 2/3 will still turn a 100% profit. let your 1/3 ride for a while. even if GZFX tanks to nothing(which would happen only when hell freezes over), you still come out 33% in the black overall. just a suggestion.
i'll eventually sell some myself, but will always hold on to some. im up 400% and haven't sold any yet. if anything, at least i hold some as an experiment

Why are you telling him to get out sooner than later?

For the sole fact they do not have the patients to with stand the long term.
Next question.
This one is for you Tommy. Did you or did you not say when the last S-8 requested for a additional 100 million authorized shares, John Fleming was not going to issue any out of that 100 million. That one of the reasons it was there, was for a preventative of a take-over? Just a simple question, do not make it any more than that. - Marty

A bunch of us got worried about a possible dilution and we emailed him with the question about the 100M authorized and he did tell us that no dilution was going to happen anytime soon. That's as far as I know, that's all he said at the time the S-8 was filed.

It bothered you then but it does not now? This was the only reason I posted because I thought this was a concern for you, and merely pointed this out. Oh well, we shall see in due time, who and what the shares are compensating. - Marty

Marty, I was worried at the time because we didn't have the new site and we didn't know which direction the company was gonna go. Now we have the new site and we also know that DVD's are coming with the new GamezNFlix.com site.
That's why I'm saying that I'm less worried now. Of course dilution is never good per say, but if it's accounted for, then it's not that bad. Let's see where this is all going.
GLTA!

I hear yah. If someone did not have a little concern of the every increasing issued shares, there should be a problem. I have faith in management and I know you do. As we both stated, in do time we shall see where this is all leading. -

It appears to me that the S-8 shares are in fact being sold into the market. 5 Million shares between Feb 9th and Feb 17th, 5 Million shares between January 27th and Feb 9th, 5 Million between January 16th to January 27th....totalling just under 50 Million shares being added to the float since January 9th and roughly the same for increase in shares issued.
All of these numbers are based on data that you obtained from the transfer agent.
Tommy may not care about these issues, but roughly 1 million shares a day represents a significant percentage of shares traded.
Your thoughts???
On a separate note, what happened to the PGHI thread on RB...is it me or is it gone?
Cheers

Yes, as I noted in my last post to tommy it is a concern. I have watched this on a weekly basis and since the 7th of February the issued shares have increased 34 million. Mind you it is not a going concern at this point for me to worry. It will be questioned.
The PGHI has changed on Raging Bull to GZFX.BB, Until next time. - Marty

Holy crap! Check out the inventory stats...
76.53% of games in stock right now! 57.35% of new releases in stock right now!
New releases were 80% this morning. The site is really dragging lately as well. This is good news and bad news. Good news cause subs are growing rapidly. Bad news because we aren't keeping up. I sent Lance an email about the sluggish site. We'll see what he says. IMO, Need to add more servers.

sorry to touch the subject again, but for anybody that is still confused as to what JF has planned with GameZnflix, just look at this excerpt from the January Billboard article:
quote:PGHI has already established an online videogame rental service through its 18-month-old Web site veegeez.com, which will be incorporated into gameznflix.com next month. Fleming would not disclose how many subscribers use veegeez.com.
sorry if you all noticed this already, but to me, that pretty much sums up the JF's plan - you should be able to rent dvds and games from GameZnflix.com, which is still tied in with Veegeez.com. It's just that you'll only be able to rent games from Veegeez.com, no dvds. There will probably be some sort of link and what not that will take you to GameZnflix if you want the dvd/game package. If this is the plan, im sure JF and team has decided it is the most cost-effective way to do things. i apoligize to anyone else that has already posted a similar solution (i know you have tommy, i think). mainly i just wanted to highlight the excerpt that seems to explain the confusion. ok, im done. we can talk about bigger and better things now.

I wouldn't worry too much about the timing of the release of the new website. It is obviously just around the corner, and I would prefer them to get it right than to get it quick.

It doesn't matter what % the new releases are in. You have to focus on the total games in stock. The % of new releases can change drastically just by people returning older releases for new releases. If the % of total games in stock, drops severly, then it would cause excitement. That would mean that the number of subs. has risen.
I like your idea about presenting the "fund raising" idea to organizations that normally do fundraising, such as schools. Since VeeGeeZ will offer $5 per referral, seems a good source of grabbing more subscribers. You may want to share that with JF. Cheers!

Not my idea. What idea is that exactly? Can you post it. I think I missed it.
