OT: According to a book I'm reading "The Market Maker's edge" by Josh Lukeman, averaging down is one of the worst things you can do.

Well, typically the market reacts favorably to litigation being brought in circumstances such as this. Personally, I'm glad to see they have finally shown some spine and stopped playing games. On the other hand, it's a bit depressing, since I was still hoping that Enterprise would come through and IBIZ would suddenly be announcing that certification has been received and all is well... orders being filled. I think today's news does confirm dire news as far as the keyboard goes... don't count on that revenue anytime soon. Being the first to bring it to market in the USA has gone from a near certainty to fairly stiff odds against. It would still be great to have it shipped in late fall (possibly coming from China), but the advantage of having first (sole) ownership of the VKB market right now is that large retailers are going to be placing orders for Christmas inventory NOW... during the summer. Having a viable product hitting the shelves right now makes it kind of easy to fantasize about a news announcement that Wal*Mart was placing an order for a few..... hundred thousand. OK, back to reality. The suit may do nothing more than recover money already fronted to Enterprise, but then again, there could be a nice chunk of additional cash depending on what charges are filed. This has absolutely cost IBIZ monetarily, far beyond the cash they put up, and they will likely go after Enterprise from that perspective. Naturally, the suit will easily drag on into next year, as the defendants won't simply cross their fingers and hope all comes out well for them. They will hold the cash and delay, delay, delay for as long as possible. That's just business. What IBIZ needs to follow up this news with is an announcement that a new manufacturer has been contracted with and that keyboards are projected to be out this fall. That may take them back to the .03-.035 area just on speculation and renewed interest. I wonder how feasible it is for them to again front the cash to yet another company while they wait to get something back from Enterprise. Just please please please don't let me hear that they are going to churn out another billion shares of stock to pay for it all!!

Has anyone noticed that IBZT has yet to be delisted from the Berlin Exchange. I sent IR an email requesting the official request to be delisted and the date that the request was made. Here's the response I got.

IBZT has made arrangements to source the manufacturing of the virtual keyboard to another company to supply the product. It is a large, reputable firm that will supply a finished, deliverable product, along with all necessary certifications. IBZT can not yet disclose who the source is or the timeline. When appropriate, IBZT will be issuing a press release announcing the firm and the timeline.

Of course my reply to this was to have him answer my original PHOCKING question and I'll post the result if I ever get one. Seems funny to me that they seem to dodge this question and it's been almost a month since the PR about delisting. Others have been delisted in a week, so what's up with the guys at IBZT. Also noticed that the SEC is conducting an informal inquiry. MHO is that management is completely incompetent.

I'd like to beleive that this company could do something but right now I wouldn't trust them to tie my shoes for me.

Sorry to be so negative to all those who have high hopes for this. MHO is that you'll have to wait until this time next year before you break even. If they can't get through the VKB they'll never get the bluedock out.

If this thing ever gets up around .015, I'm out. Best of luck to all holding large and long.

I'm just PISSED.

I just read the iBIZ statement of claim, and a few things stuck out in my mind. First, the iBIZ claim states that NO keyboards ever arrived that weren't defective. Not just that they didn't have the proper certification, but that they didn't work right. Where is the guy who was posting on here that he had one... did an online review, posted a link etc...? Would like to know a little more about how that came about! Secondly, the claim states that they paid $400,000 for 4,000 VKBs. I'm not a mathmatician, but I got as far as Calculus II back in the day, and my 6th grade nephew confirms my numbers here - it comes to $100/VKB. Now, if these things were being listed for sale (retail) at $99, then Circuit City (and other retailers) must have been ordering them from iBIZ at enough of a discount to be able to sell for that price with a standard mark-up built in. I suppose the question I'm asking here is what kind of a loss per unit iBIZ was planning on taking. Makes me a little glad that the units never shipped. Thought number 3 - iBIZ states that Enterprise had claimed a relationship with VKB which gave them licensing rights for marketing in the USA, and that iBIZ was in turn granted this right by Enterprise. The claim further explains that Enterprise, in fact, never actually had been granted this right by VKB and was not authorized to grant it to iBIZ. If this is the case, then it wouldn't matter if iBIZ found another manufacturer or not... they don't have the legal right (authorized by VKB) to market this product. This isn't simply a matter of needing a new manufacturer... they don't presently appear to have any authorization to even bring this product to market. Gee... now that IS a little problem! I'm glad to know iBIZ is seeking damages beyond the $400K, as this will certainly devastate their business reputation when it comes time to market BlueDock and other products. Actually collecting on a settlement may be a different matter though. If the 3 amigos (the "Israeli connection") skip town and disappear, then iBIZ has nothing but what may turn out to be a shell corporation (Enterprise) to collect from. Maybe they can get a few used desk chairs or something. I once posted that all we needed was a monkey and an organ grinder to complete the picture. I think I hear Chim Chim warming up! At this point, about the only other thing that could possibly go wrong would be if the SEC started an investigation! UM... oh yeah... there is THAT little issue. Guys, I'm going to hold my shares long. Not adding to my position though until I feel that I have gotten sufficient entertainment for what this has cost me so far. When I see the whole thing as an interactive comedy or possibly a real-time virtual legal drama, it suddenly has more value in my eyes again. Can hardly wait for the next news release. This is as good as watching the Sopranos... except it didn't cost me $20K to watch THOSE episodes.

All I've got to say is IBZT has been a HUGE disappointment to me, the virtual keyboard has so much potential, and the recent events have turned this whole thing into a huge debacle! No VKB just a bunch of mucking around and a$$ covering! First a vendor bashing pr, then a lawsuit, now the SEC steps in.

Did any of you notice the PPS declined more than usual the day of the vendor bashing announcement that came out after the close? We were all expecting an announcement the VKB was finally shipped to customers at that time, the PPS should have been going up in anticipation of this. Perhaps the information leaked and there were a lot of sales and the SEC suspects insider trading? Did releasing the pr after the close give those who were "informed" time to sell? If this is so, I hope they all get burned, they did all of us shareholders a disservice with their poor vendor management, prs which were totally misleading and meant to fool the investor into thinking the VKBs were ready to ship, and now the possibly of insider trading. If the SEC is inquiring, they suspect foul play, they wouldn't be involved otherwise. Normally I hate bashers but with IBZT I've sort of become one but look at the facts, its hard not to bash!

No! He already owns a boatload. However I choose to believe Ken was in such a hurry to be successful he did not make sure the manufacturer had what it takes to deliver. Even with his trip to Isreal. He either allowed himself to expect more than this company could deliver or outright lied to us. Might not make a lot of difference to most but I genuinely hope he did not lie to us.

This is the first itme I've been unwilling to buy for quite some time.

No offense, but I think you guys are reading waaaaaaay to much into that 'backordered' crap. They just had to get rid of approx. dates.

We're losing a LOT of money here, and as pizzed off as I am with KS's LIES and PHONY PRs, it kills me that he'd let all the FREE TV, magazine and newspaper press go to waste. Normal businesses couldn't afford to BUY all that wonderful FREE Press this guy was GIVEN. If this was just a P&D for him and his cronies, then a hope they get hung. He was in trouble with the SEC BEFORE for phony PRs to pump up the price, but only fined $20,000. To these SOBs that's a 'cost of doing business'. The slime would probably try to write it off as such too! I should have known that a leopard usually doesn't change his spots. I'm still hoping for the best here as my family members and friends have lots of money here too.

Good Luck everybody,
Steve

PS: I think this lawsuit stuff is also just another ploy for them to get away with plain old STEALING. They're just trying to blame the other guy. As long as it's in court - I don't think (I'm not a lawyer) KS and MP can be charged criminally. We'll see.

Thanx GOD you guys starting to see it my way... This stocks is nothing but stalling and stealing to me... I say we investors should all together have a suit against this company and CEO himself... Please gather all evidences...

Love the Market, I really like that quote... "I should have known that a leopard usually doesn't change his spots."... That's a great quote to use in a cheating relationship too... Nice...

Law suit doesnt mean a thing in other country... In US, it's important and shiit but bringing it to another country with a law suit, it's like talking to a wall...
So let me know how this "law suit" going... LMAO...

Whoever bought more and more... Have fun, but you might as well give the money to charity rather than giving it to Schilling for him to go on romantic aniversary trips with his wife...

Hit .012 - that's almost 30% increase.
Will it stay?
