news after the bell...

Enterprise Capital AG Continues Virtual Keyboard Shipment Delays

***

PHOENIX, June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT), an innovative manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDAs) and other handheld devices, announced today recent information has led us to believe that Enterprise Capital will not meet their latest agreed upon delivery of virtual keyboards. To date, a very limited amount of keyboards have been delivered to iBIZ. These keyboards, which were to be "finished product," were not. Among other issues, they lack any of the required certifications. Additional inventory, which was to flow at a rate that would include fulfilling outstanding orders by the end of June have not yet been delivered, nor do we have any indication from Enterprise that the Keyboards will be shipped. Since January there have been reoccurring delays in production, remedial advances in the assembly process after our factory visit in February led us to believe production output would be adequate to meet the product demand. Enterprise's inability to meet agreed upon delivery schedules even after prepayment for goods, has forced iBIZ to pursue other venues in an effort to safe guard our existing orders as well as fulfill future orders for the Virtual Keyboard. iBIZ Technology has made tremendous advances providing product awareness to the Virtual Keyboard technology. As a result of the overwhelming success we have experienced in this regard, it is our intent to build a redundant supply chain that will support our ongoing efforts. As new developments come to light we will continue to inform the public of these changes and advances. Man, what a fricken mess! Waiting for months now and this is what we find out. They didn't know this was going to happen three months ago when they didn't receive a normal shipment! Didn't Ken go over there and see it...I guess he had his eyes closed...and what with the certification crap. He was blindly hoping the company would provide the certifications? And what about the ones he already received way back...they didn't come that way?

What a waist of time and money!

Just wonding what Ken was thinking? Gee I hope by some miracle that they can produce all back orders in a month...the first delay should have had him asking questions and looking for alternatives....makes me wonder about bluedock problems when they come to light.

Think I can kiss my $500 goodbye tomorrow. I would be very surprised if we didnt go sub-penny tomorrow. At least I made some money off of CMKX before it dropped too. QBID should start its upward trend between PR's as well this week, so I guess things arent too bad.

What was Ken doing on vacation for 2 weeks.
This is the biggest product of his life and he is blowing it.
He reports pidly sales for the first quarter that tops the last 2 years, BIG DEAL.
He could easily sell a million in this country alone within 3 months for 100 million in revenue. word of mouth and coolness will sell.

Maybe the Bluedock people - Synosphere - could put the dam thing together.

Perhaps some big boys like Siemens or Panasonic could put this out.

BUMMMMMMMEEERRRRRRR!!!

Hahaha 500?!? lol I threw 1700 in this at .042 If it falls to subpenny I am SO averaging down. I mean this stock hit .07 less than a year ago. On ANTICIPATION/Emotions of the VKB. Sooner or later they'll get the shipments. Now Stoned Pigeon, any ideas on how low this is going to sink tomorrow??? Not that I can even buy IBZT this week...

Just think, by the time the VKB comes out
we can use the Lower Capital Gains Tax Rate
for stocks held over 1 year.

We could hit a record low this week. Someone said we could see subpenny soon. Yeah - how about 10am???? Ewwwwwwwww - Wish I had money to buy a ton around .0005 or less. I hope it doesn't OPEN less than a penny - but that's a good possibility.....
I'd like to get out with at LEAST .01 - Who the hell EVER thought we'd be saying THAT????
Good luck all,
Steve

Be COol:

Believe me - imo - and I DON'T want to see it - been here since Dec. - but we are going to crash in the morning like 1987 & 1929. EVERYBODY will be trying to sell at open and most WON'T be able to. It may open sub-penny. Could be a BIG Gap DOWN.
Will he go to JAIL this time? We've read that Ken Schilling has been fined by the SEC for phony PRs to raise the pps before. Given what's been going down with Imclone, Adelphia, Enron, HealthSouth and others - I HOPE he at LEAST goes to JAIL this time, whether we all file a class-action suit or not.

Good Luck all,
Steve

Are you guys BLIND??? Or is it just me!??? Wat the hell...

Keyword in the PR: DELAYS!

More like stalling, cause there probably IS a virtual keyboard, but they just cant make enough to go into release...
Something is kinda dumb, if they moved to another manufacturing company to manufacturing their product faster, don't they need to build electronics and computers etc etc etc to make these chips and lasers lense, and etc etc?

Stacking up at .01 for open.

Price getting too low to worry about selling now when I know long term this will be back to .03-.04 prices once they do deliver.

.01 open is not happening.

This is the MAIN reason why every day trading book I have read suggest not to leave stocks in your portfolio OVER NIGHT.

Shot through the heart and IBTZ to blame, you give sub penny a bad name!

Wait for the slow down and find the bottom. Even if you can make 10% back that might help. .0065 + 10% = .0071

This might be a good day to double, triple or even quad down.
Or, one might wait until dark and have a "personal visit" with Ken S tonight.

The support level is around .0076 currently, keeps bouncing off that, just watch NITE bounce from the bid to the ask and you can see the support and resistance.

The drop was not that bad considering the bad news yesterday....looks like very strong support at 0.0080...

Current PPS at 0.0097...so it looks like it will probably close over 0.01 today....
