What spin-off are you referring to? I missed something.

Thanks

I think people will certainly welcome the virtual keyboard but I definitely think someone else should be distributing them 'cause IBIZ people (at least, a salesman named "Tom") are rude, sarcastic, and condescending. Tom: "You wanna pick one up at our site? You got a ticket to Israel?"

Other than the fact that the people at IBIZ are rude, condescending, and sarcastic, does anyone know why IBIZ is down 10% today?

I emailed someone at the loacl NBC affiliate in DC beacuse i saw that they did a piece on the VKB in 2002. i informed the tech editor or whoever it was that there was infact one being released. He said he knew aand he had been waiting for 3 months to get it. When i asked if they would be running ap iece on it if he liked the unit he said he would if he ever got it (in an obnoxious manner).

I have a pretty good idea. Not sure you will be happy to hear it though.

I wrote Ed Lewis, the IR for IBIZ, and asked him why IBIZ's stock symbol is listed on the Berlin Stock Exchange. Management has apparently not authorized their stock symbol to be listed there. I believe it is being victimized by naked shorts through this exchange. That would also explain why we could not break 4 cents last week with the PR we got.

TIDE.OB on May 6th issued this press release stating they are also a victim of this scheme. Please read their PR. http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/040506/dath037_1.html

Here is the response I got from Ed when I asked him about this listing.

"According to Mark Perkins, Executive Vice President, IBZT was listed on the Berlin Exchange. The company is looking into having the stock removed from the Berlin Exchange."

...my whole portfolio are RED today :-(
....only RASCALS (RSCA) is UP +15% !

IMO this is a political stock exchange day ... but political stock exchange days in most cases does have "short legs" ! If the PPL see that nothing's changed they will come in again and buy (not only IBZT)!

Ciao

Link to REVISED 10KSB AND 10QSB
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/filings.jsp?symbol=ibzt

What do you all think the REVISED 10Q will do to the PPS?

A $5.1M operating LOSS on $152K in revenues!!!!!

Heck - I'd PUMP - IT - UP better than the SNL DUO for $4.7M in consulting fees!

Bart could feed quite a few Monsters with that kind of cabbage too!

the 10q is only up until 1/31/04. This does not include the Circuit city order or the VKB revenue that started coming in last week. Keep that in mind.

I still own free shares in IBZT. But as I said months ago. IBZT is not going up until we get some #s. I still believe it. I will not come back in with more cash until I feel we are going to get some good #s. I still have not gotten my VKB. This is for the long haul now. Good luck. See you all in about a week or so.

yes, but it only goes to january 31st, 2004. This is too early to see the hige revenues generated by the circuit city sales and comp usa sales, and also the vkb revenue that will start coming in starting last week (i heard they are billing credit cards).

The penny stocks are getting it today. IBZT is getting a butt cracking. Its all about the pr at this stock. We have broken the .03 base and where we settle remains to be seen. Hopefully the carnage is over soon!

People panic selling... sheep led to the slaughter. They will be buying back on the way up. And this is how the market makers laugh all the way to the bank.

I've seen this happen dozens of times before. Stock goes up on rumor. Delays allow more time for hype. Stock continues its rise. Product finally announced and the floor falls out. The weak sell. The wise are contrarian, and buy buy buy.

If history repeats itself, those who are seeing loss on paper today are going to be very happy once numbers start coming out.

This is why penny stocks are not for everyone. Patience is the key.
