Tim, if you have the guts it could be a very good move but I'm not in that kind of position to do that so I haven't considered anything like that. This will probably make a few roll with laughter, but my commission charge is $20 plus 2% of the principal which when I got in was about $150. While I have an account with Ameritrade I'm doing this on an account through Vanguard on a Roth IRA thus the time factor doesn't mean much. The idea is that I can't afford to buy into MicroSoft or something like that buying 10 or 20 shares which will be steady but with a low share count it won't move. So I took 10% of my IRA and deemed it disposable and went looking for some high risk high return stocks. Being that it is a Roth IRA it is all tax free so while those trading in the market have to deal with the IRS all my gains will be nontaxable. So if I can get in on the ground floor and with a little luck ride for a good while I may not be a millionaire now but I might just hit the lottery when I retire. The big question is how big are your balls? Right now it's exciting to speculate what will happen but the higher it goes the bigger they have to be to hold on. Take a look at some of the posts and the share counts out there. If you're looking for the big payoff at $1/sh. do you check out with a million $$$ or do you believe in the company enough to hold out to $5-7/sh.? Given the numbers that are running around now I feel that the company's disclosures have been a bit conservative. If the magic number is 100k units in the US I can see .75/sh realistically even with the OS. What about Japan the techno-novalty capital of Asia. How about China and the rest of the world? I see incredible possibility throughout the world. Is the VKB gimmiky? You bet! Was the pet rock? How about those quirky cyber pets? And this is just the opener. Look at Japan and the amount of space people have over there. Do you think that people over there would like to have more space that is being occupied by a keyboard? What about the Bluedock? Now there's a handy little gimmik that makes PDAs more interface friendly. How about this- Do you think that computers are going to remain big bulky 19'X 18'X 6' boxes or do you think that they will keep getting smaller and more powerful? Intel already announced that they have come up with a way to reduce size, current loss and heat generation in their CPUs (expected within 5yrs) Do you think that PDAs could actually be the future of PCs making both PCs and Laptops obsolete? You can see where I'm going with this. I don't believe that PCs will be extinct any time soon but I can see products like these having a major impact on the direction of future technologies.JMO
Happy Trails!

Hey guys, tough day, huh?! We'll be alright. I got some info, take it for what you want. I called 3 different Radioshacks, and none of them have even heard of the VKB.
(Honestly though, all 3 people I talked to sounded like unconcerned register jockey's! haha). I also emailed ComUsa basically asking when, and they emailed back this "No, we don't know when they will be available." Finally, there is a guy on ebay selling a VKB, and I emailed him. Here is a copy of the email and response:

How he know's Feb. 15, I don't know, but it's damn good news! I'm trying to sell this damn CTKH stock I accidentally bought too much of(long story). Once I do that I am hoping IBZT is still down this low so I can buy MORE!!

Waiting for the train, or Monster, or whatever it is that will make us some loot!!

sorry i hit reply before i started to type.

i agree with the patience you are calling for here, and that this could shape up into a tidy chunk of change by christmas. i called for people to excercise caution and take profit as this ran up stating i thought it would settle in an .04- .05 channel until there were numbers to give it a sustained higher share price. since most of my 5.5 m original shares were bought around .003, and as low as .0022, i felt compelled to recapture my principle and take profit. i am still sitting on 2 m shares and have a 130k profit so far (without reviewing the exact figures). this is formula investing and has produced consistant profits and a 38 stock portfolio that is over half free shares. i like this post because it speaks to long vision when a stock has the potential to turn into an island in the carribean for a sharp investor. the trick imho is to remove the risk and if you are lucky enough harvest a little profit. a part of the windfall from ibzt has allowed me to aquire a 34 million share position in afrr, and a 2m share position in tfct. and has seeded the nursery part of my portfolio with some plays which also might become keepers.

the thing to remember about searching for that next qbid ot buying into the run of an ibzt hoping for fast easy money, is that most investors leave a trail of their own money along the way. so as this gentleman said, let some of your stocks that look good ripen, dont pick all the blossoms before they fruit. just enough to give you big choice fruit.

i will once again call your attention to a stock that traded for as low as .17 last year and as high as 8.60 since then. it is one of my trees that financed an orchard of other stocks. i sold it all along the way and after taking CONSIDERABLE profit on my 180 k original position, i still hold 4 times my original investment for that rainy day. why did i sell along the way? because i saw better opportunity to diversify. at 8.50 there was allot more space below than i saw above. think geometrically and only play those short "lines" if the stock is all hype, and then only when you have been drinking too much. that way you have an excuse.

I got into this because I thought it had excellant possibilities in the long term. I'm not so interested in that magic .1 or .2. I think it could very well pop up to that soon but there are so many players that have their eyes on that number that when it does get there a big sell off should be expected. I plan for this ahead of time so that I don't get spooked by the hype and the sudden drop and sell. Unfortunately I can't afford to jump in and out and pick up shares so I must find good looking stocks cheap and ride them out. I'm thinking that there will be a big push up to about .13 in the very near future followed by a retreat back to .08. from there it will bounce back and forth with high volume until it settles around .1 then a slow steady rise through the summer with another big push in the fall with the advent of the Bluedock. By Xmas I'm hoping for .8-.9 and depending in 4th qtr results and the Bluedock release I would expect a rise up near $2 by 4th qtr next year. If all that holds true the next goal would be AMEX or NASDAQ picking it up then mutual funds buying in around $5. After 5yrs price will be $7.40 after 3 splits. Pipe dreams? Maybe. If I'm wrong you're all invited to chew me out in 5yrs. If I'm right...I might let the group know the name of my island in the Carribean for a reunion!!
Happy Trails!

I just called Mobile Planet at 1-800-675-2638. Talked to a rep called Victor! I ask him did they get in a shipment today of the ibIZ virtual keyboard! He said he did not know because their comp are not updated with todays shipments! He said all the shipments are in for the day thou! I ask him if I ordered one today how soon could I get it! He told me that I would go on the list but the very earliest would be the middle of March because of the HUGE backlog in orders they have! Sounds good to me! You might want to call and see if you get the same story! Just to verify!! Eat MONSTERS Eat! Patients is a very point for me but I am forceing myself with this guy! It is going to be big! Then we get the BLUE DOCK and the CELL PHONE! We have the BIG three in the line-up for us! Hope this helps a little! Good luck to us all! Patients, patients, patients trying to stay focused on the BIG PICTURE and I will! $3 min partial sell price for me! Always will hold a nice share count for future rewards because this stock has been very good to me so far and I am sure it will cont!

Glad for the verification! NEO I will order one tonight over the internet! I want to commend you on your stand on the QBID stock! It is refreshing to see one have conviction and stick to them even in the face of possible big money! This is a lost art now! I commend you again! Back to IBZT! I saw a movie once where this guy said "I have the patients of JOBE". With this guy it might take that but I will have the patients of JOBE! Eat MONSTERS Eat!

Thanks Bart, yeah, telling people on a board like this that they should ignore the money and be morale doesnt go over to well. lol owell. As for the keyboard I am thrilled to hear they are doing well, I am wondering has anyone heard how many keyboards have been produced and shiped, cause if every one is back logged It may mean production is not as quick as we would like, .... did they only send 5 to every store in america.... Just wondering..either way should be good when some news comes out... I think that every one that is in on this one is sitting there stairing at the screen drooling... not selling not buying .,.. thats why volume is so low... everyone is just stareing...well I ll be stareing away aswell

Hooter, I love the way you think.
Just a side note on Japan. They are major cell phone users over there. Just about everything is thru the cell phone. They send email thru the cell phone. But they are limited as to the number of words per email. My girlfriend's cousin is so fast on her cell phone that her thumb is a blur. I just don't see someone pausing to pull out a cigarette sized transmitter, plugging it into their cellphone...oh wait, I need to find a flat place that isn't too overly lit...and yada yada yada.

You see my point. But I agree with you that this type of technology will impact future products. And that is why I'm in for the LONG haul.

I wish us all the best!

This is for real... a taste of what is to come for IBZT..

Trading OTC.BB Stocks
Sunday, February 08, 2004

NEW YORK, NY --(WWW INTUIT_BUSINESS WIRE) --2/8/2004 9:40pm The Virtual Keyboard has become a virtual wild card for iBIZ Technology [IBZT.OB] allowing the company to leverage all their PDA products with a ‘product line offering’ for retailers. The buzz after tomorrows Business Week promotion; anticipation of the VKB sales at Radio Shack stores from coast to coast.

IBZT recently reached a milestone financial settlement agreement with; The Laurus Master Fund, The NIR Group, Lites Trading and LH Financial to settle all remaining Convertible Debenture [CD] debt. What does that mean? Keep this penny stock on the top of your Hot $tock List as momentum into the teens is just around the corner.

“We received more pre-orders for the Virtual Keyboard in the first twenty-four hours on our site than any other product we have introduced sold in an entire month” said Ken Schilling, President & CEO of iBIZ Technology Corp. “That is unmatched in our four years of providing PDA accessories. Our own web sales for the Virtual keyboard continue to grow”.

Schilling recently commented, "Today is a monumental moment in the history of iBIZ Technology Corp. We can proudly look back on the last several years knowing we survived industry downturns and a depressed share price."

“Buy aggressively when the IBZT share price pulls-back to discount levels. Take advantage of the opportunities, this is how you ride the coat tails of the Market-Makers, this is how you create wealth” said Lavery of Zugal-Lavery Capital Management NY, NY.

A majority of Main St investors believe the good news [news with substance] is far from being factored into the stock price. In early January the share price ran up to 8cents and the Market-Makers slammed the price to 6cents going into the close at below 0.05 Friday.

Presently the stock is selling at a 40% discount to the recent high price of 0.08 and Smart Money will start accumulating, Why? The big money that controls the market-cap refused to pay the Convertible Debenture sellers a premium, "that’s why you see resistance at the current price levels". Smart Money knows every detail of the deals on Wall St. and knows the CD sellers will always take their money when they can AT WHATEVER PRICE The Market is paying because they know if the uptrend continues they can always day-trade the stock.

Smart Money knows that IBZT now has a capital structure in place which will not be impacted by further dilution not to mention the real revenue potential of the VKB [this is cutting-edge technology in an untapped multi-billion-dollar market place].

Timing the spike-ups and the pullbacks is risky business for Main St traders but the professionals know it can lead to substantial profits. Until the “real news” hits the PR wires the Market-Makers and Big Money will manipulate the price and they will continue playing that game until the SEC decides to step in [and that won’t happen any time soon, not during an election year].

As the various legal departments continue working on contract specifics the IBZT buzz gets louder and louder and the share price inches higher as decadent attorney’s have a way of sharing inside information at Happy Hours or at their respective private Country Clubs. Some things will never change on Wall St even as Martha Stewart appears in court again Monday.

For now it’s all about the unit sales numbers for IBZT’s VKB and what management has earlier announced as strong results. This more then likely sets the stage for a few more rallies for these high-tech shares, in particular because of the rising volume recently.
http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/marketsummary/screener.asp?exchange=118&view=6&lookup=Look+...

IBZT is a daily fixture on the OTC.BB Most Active List and that’s a sure sign more news is coming. In the meantime it’s a question of how the Market-Makers play the stock through naked Short selling [and that changes Feb 20th as per the new SEC naked-short-selling rules]. "IBZT is one of the hottest stocks in town, the volume proves that".

The Intuit_Information Newsletter price target for IBZT before Spring 2004 is .20 to .30cents. When Spring arrives IBZT’s shareholders could see a nice 300%+ net profit from current price levels.

This is the type of insight you won’t find watching CNBC or reading the Wall St Journal.

Steve good point on ordering through iBIZ. I will do that tonight! I had not order it yet! No I did not buy any QBID! My MONSRES say it would leave a bad taste in their mouths! (Get the drift.) I'll get it for that from ??? As for PG! Now I do not go on the sites she's on! This is the one thread that I do not find her own! I have not seen her on here so safe for right now! (Oh don't you go tell her either! Just kidding I know you want!) But, if she comes I and others are ready! She is not after the MONSTERS! I like that one person on that site said everyone was sick of the MONSTERS! Funny thing about that, I have looked all over the place and never seen that name anywhere else! On IBZT just setting and waiting on the run! It is like a time bomb just waiting for something to set it off! Oh so soon now!

Sure are some posters with some wacky math.as we all know the VKB will sell for 100 bucks. IBIZ will net maybe 25 if they are lucky on ech after the bills are paid. The have to move some serious units to make some cash on this thing.

sync... they will make more than 25 dollars per VKB... trust me ... they have a pretty high profit margin on this product.. they have almost covered their developement and research (including patent and legal fees) through capital and various sources of funding... this will take off before ur pants are back on... one of the few good penny companies... its kinda relieving when you see you can actually buy a product of your stock.,.

I must have called every last cotton picking Radio Shack in Texas today! Every Radio shack I called new about the product and said they are waiting on them to arrive from the distribution center (Note: All told me to take a number they have waiting list), about 4 of them did not have it on the merchandising list but have called in to get them due to customer inquiry! WOW!

these keyboards are being produced by vkb in israel and sold under a licensing agreement by ibzt. assuming a keystone markup to RETAIL of $99 i would be amazed if ibzt netted over $25 per unit on a wholesale level. the ones they sell through their site is another story.

OK! Lets see now! Lets say they can get an avg of $25 profit per VKB. In the US the CEO said they estimated that they would sell 100K per month at least (that is just retail sell's not counting the internet)! OK, now they have a world wide licensing of the VKB! Now, I think, I am very very conservative here! Asia 60K a month, Europe 60K a month, rest of the america,s plus Canada, Mexico etc etc 60K a month. Now put in all the other countries not included in the above and give them 20K. Now thats a very conservative 300K a month! 300K times 25 is $7,500,000.00 a month times 12 months is $90,000,000.00 a year! That is not counting selling any of there other items they have now! There company is worth only about 20M now! There debt is approx 5M last I heard!
That gives them a profit of $85,000,000.00 after paying off their debt! IS THERE ANY OTHER STOCK WORTH .046 CAN SAY THAT! Plus they have the BLUE DOCK (which will be bigger than the VKB coming in the 4th qtr)(iBIZ having the patent) and also the CELL PHONE coming in the 4th qtr (with iBIZ having the patent)! This company should be rolling in the $$$$$$$! The 2nd year the CEO said they would even sell more! Orders are backlogged everywhere I and others have checked. You have to get on a list to get one! The demand must be HUGE! This is my attempt to put some figures out that I feel are lower than what it will be! Please add your opinions and maybe we all can get a good feel for what we all think and or know! Eat MONSTERS eat!

I strongly agree with Bart. I am getting excited just reading all this DD. I feel that StockguyDD and Bart's posts really give me that extra information I need to invest $35k more to my current investment of $20K into IBIZ. My advice to all is to buy this stock while the price is low because wants its starts moving there is no looking back.

the unknown in the formula is vkb's ability to fill the production demand. 10000 units a day even on a 24-7 schedule will require more than small shop tooling. that's 1 every 10 seconds at 300k a month. i hope vkb is up to it and can produce QUALITY units until ibzt can develop a manufacturing source in the orient. throw in packaging and billing and shipping and this is a handful for a couple of companies with tiny staffs.

i don't want to sound like the devil's advocate, but just want an open discussion of what can really be brought to market. i'm sure if all parties meet the demand we will see this played out to a rock and roll melody. if deliveries are slow, that changes the projections, and perhaps the future of this keyboard. canesta is breathing down their neck and is backed by some big institutional investors.

i know there were some posts stating vkb was having difficulty in mass producing a lens unit with consistant quality. i have not verified this. does anyone else remember the source of this post?

if these vkb's are going to perform well, the units themselves will be the best advertising. there is an immense need to get the first million units delivered to the first "gotta have" buyers because they will drive the future demand more than anything else.

believe me, i hold 2 million free shares and would love to see this charge past a dime and never slow down till ibzt was a nasdaq stock. investors are waiting to see numbers to back up the words to make it happen IMHO. i haven't booked that suite on the queen just yet. but i think i might have to buy a couple of new suits before this is all over....lol

Milty! Here what I found out. Go to this forum: Micro-Penny Stocks, Penny Stocks under .10 PAGE 7 (could be on page 8 by the time you get to it). Thread IBZT time to buy Raymax04 Post 3 Feb 04 16:16! Heres some of the statement! (phone call on 2 Feb between Raymax04 and dbleagl). "There was a minimal hold up in production as the lens in the unit is proving harder to mass produce than expected." Will ship to retail customers first he thinks 15 Feb. HSN and QVC want to sell it. They are leaning towards QVC! "We have been receiving so many orders for the virtual keyboard iBIZ is already making plans for production in Asia. The first group of VKB's will cost about $40 ea to produce. After that $20 ea! "iBIZ will be selling the virtual keyboard globally." Hope this helps. I new I seen it somewhere but I had to search and search to find it! Eat MONSTERS Eat!

Good job Bart and Bo!!

Bo's card was charged.. means keyboard is shipping!!
Bart found out that it costs $40 per unit, after that $20 per unit to produce. This is huge. They are selling at $99!!
I sure hope that HSN gets the deal on IBZT rather than QVC. HSN does a better job at selling.
Too bad I am out of liquidity hahaha or I'll buy more.
Ride the tidal wave!

Just to clarify PL's post.

I haven't ordered one from on line. I will likely be purchasing from local retailers.

My post above shows the first and second people I'm aware of that have had a charge on their cards. The first to post was actually a sweet grandmother of all things.
So much has been anticipated and written, and here is her humble little post (and a couple other quiet posts)that changes everything. Enjoy today. Bo
