Looks like the market is down overall. As to this stock going up and down: Just think of it this way, we are getting one of our down days out of the way.

Agree......I was thinking about this while I was out driving around on an appointment. I think what we are seeing is a combination of several factors:
1. A lot of people knew about the news in advance....why it gained yesterday. Many bought on rumor...sold on news. We hear that mantra all the time for day/swing trading.
2. People unsure what the S-8 means as far as new shares entering the market.
3. Down day overall in the market
Maybe I'll have time to make some real money for my account and buy more soon! There is much more good news in the pipeline as we've talked about before. Nothing goes straight up. I'm holding strong here. I believed in this company at the start of the day....as Mach says...nothing has changed.

Plus, I'm still miffed that the news wasn't picked up by Ameritrade (and who knows how many other services).

Hi guys, I've been watching the board for a few days and decided to register. PGHI looks very promising and I can't wait to see what it looks like at the end of the year. Loaded up today at .048 (I know, I know, it was early in the morning and I panicked, thinking it would take off) and the bulk of my order at .044. Wish I would have had access to the internet later in the day to get in at .037! Oh well, those are the breaks! Go longs, go PGHI!

Welcome to the group Fozzy. If you are not afraid to hold....I think you'll be greatly rewarded (I hope so for my own portfolio's sake)! You've still got a few minutes to try to grab some at .038 before the close!

Looks like the SEC release placed a hold on our rally for a day. That's ok. Remember nothing goes straight up... there will be many up and down days ahead. Accumulating. mach

Thanks, PSU it's good to be here. One of the things I really like about this board is the lack of constant bashing back and forth. The people here seem to lend actual KNOWLEDGE instead of "this stock sucks," or "this stock is going to make you a millionaire!" like other boards (yahoo for instance). That bugs the heck out of me.
More on the topic though.....
If I could add more now I would, but I'm pretty much tapped out at the moment. Sold off IDNW to pick up this gem. I'd like to keep both, but I think PGHI will accelerate faster in the near term. Picked up around 286K in total today. I'd like to sell some off at the .10 mark to buy a ring for my woman. I hope it gets there by the end of '03!

I know what you mean. I'd like to accumulate more, but right now....I'm accumulated to the max <G>! You got a nice chunk of shares today. If this goes like many of us expect....you will get that ring and a lot more! We aren't normally big pumpers here, but I think we all have PGHI fever!
I've been in and out of IDNW myself (out right now). Another one with some real potential IMO and it stays on my radar.

Does anyone know when vegeez will begin to offer DVD movies as a part of their lineup? I thought I read in one of these posts (Lord knows I can't keep up with 22 pages of them ) they were going to do this in the near future? I'd suspect a nice spike in price if they announced that.

holding PGHI long term is an excellent idea, but i've noticed that it is EXTREMELY volatile during intraday trading. I believe it was last Friday when this stock traded between .029 and .037 and today it bounced between .037 and to the mid .04s. If it keeps up like this im gonna start day trading this baby...

It kinda makes me mad, this whole press release. In my opinion, I feel like someone screwed it up. Its not even on the VeegeeZ web site, however it is on the PGHI website. And from what I heard, its not on all the news alerts...RRrrrrrrr.

Agree BetNitAll......I sent John Fleming an email this morning after Moose brought it to our attention. Basically told him my concern that his news release wasn't being picked up by everyone. Anyone with the same concern should drop him (and equitylink) an email.

I've thought about that too, but there's only one problem: most brokers won't let you daytrade bulletin board stocks. I have Ameritrade; I could have sold this morning but I don't think I would have been able to trade with that cash the same day in order to buy it back. I got in low enough so I'm just holding.

I invested four grands on this baby in 0.032/0.37/0.038/0.47. I bought some of them this morning( 0.047).
All I have to do is wait paiently, see how this takes me.
I have more faith on this Baby.

i called Ameritrade customer service explicitly ot ask that question, in other words the 3 business day policy they have. They told me that this policy applies only if you want to WITHDRAW cash. He told me there was no problem day trading otcbb stocks. I have yet to try it...

I have a hard time believing that anything too big is going to happen tommorow. Everywhere I have read for the last couple of days has said to buy this stock. The copmanies future is bright. I just through down 5 large at .049 in addition to what I had at .031 and .037. As soon as the new web site is up, we will be running again. Maybe even before that. If it takes a dip in the price to get there then so be it.

sheesh!! take a day off to take care of my mexican business and look what happens. LOL. i am still up 18% from where i got in. 10 years worth of bank interest in a week. since there really hasn't been any significant positive press yet, i am pleased with the current price. sure, i am like anyone else and prefer to see continued gains, but this is far from alarming. i see this as a long hold and i'll spend more of my time trying to get a computer system up and running again and paying attention to the higher risk beta plays than i will watching every tick on pghi. i will pick up $2-3 k more at every penny interval it drops unless it really drops quickly. i can't really do much in the way of research or charting, as i am stealing computer time from the system used for the non profit corporation we run (actually my wife does most of the computer work for it). i need to go back to p.v. tomorrow and pick up a new desktop.
i haven't really read the s-8 since i just got home a few minutes ago, but if this company is going to grow, like we all have been talking like we want it to, raising money and compensating the people that will gain personally if they make the stock value grow, is good business. yes, it could cause some immediate share dillution, and could still cause a further price correction. i will take advantage of the opportunity to buy more, or if you don't want yours, i'll trade you some of my 14 m shares of afrr for it. LOL. (almost).
once again that's where diversity comes in. my microcap portfolio dropped by less than 1% today, and am still up ~2% for the week so far.
off the subject, i couldn't find anything like my current computer (toshiba p-25 s607) in puerto vallarta, and wonder how many of you have first hand knowledge of the sony vaio desktops? there wasn't a thing with over 256m ram in the stores, and no memory upgrades like you all have hanging next to the chewing gum in the usa. the sony desktop that was at least pretty hot, is a 2.66 ghz with 256m ddr ram and an 80 gig hard drive. i can get it at the new office depot which is the only place that has an extended waranty available. it has a flat panel ttf 15" lcd. it has a dvd rom and cd rw drives. out the door it is about $1550 with the 2 yr extended warranty. any opinions?

Uncle Milty, That is way to expensive. I could build you a better one for half that money. You would be better of ordering one online from Dell.

Hello. I have ben reading this board for a little while but registered today. I invested in PGHI and am disappointed in the stock's performance today. I can understand a down day but a down day on a news release is disappointing. I feel that by the press release not being on all news alerts has hurt the stock today. I wrote the ceo and told him my concerns. Hope, tomorrow is an up day because I got in this stock for a ride up and not to lose my money. I realixe that stocks have up and down days but it is disappointing to have heard such hype and have expectation of an up day today and NADA. It went down. Hey...I advise others to email the ceo and express their concern regarding the press release. The press release did not show up on Ameritrade streamer and did not show up on AOL.. who knows how many others?

Does anyone think the drop today was caused by: A: Major profit taking, or B: The addition of a hundred million shares to the market. I truly hope it is A

My opinion was that it was more of profit taking and then fear. Once it starts going down from your 100% gain, most would get out. Atleast thats what I would do if I didn't have a lot of prople I respect telling me otherwise. The SEC filling didn't help, but I doubt it was what made it fall. Thats just my opinion. Anyone else have any ideas.

Profit-taking more than anything... why else did it retest resistance at 0.049 and crumble back down... the first half hour was out of this world. Its better for us long termers because we shook off weak hands and MMs loaded themselves. As long as MMs help thrust this up with their massive investments, we gain.

I agree it was the profit taking....probably a lot of triggers were tripped as 100% gains were met. I know I thought about it, as I had an average of .028, so the mid to upper .04's looked mighty inviting, BUT, I didn't, instead, I bought more. Hope others did as well. I am holding this one for a while....looks way to promising...and I don't want to end up chasing this one later. Mach, where are you tonight? I think we all need some of your motivational speaking!!! Thanks, Uncle Milty, for your words of encouragement. I won't be selling you mine.
Go Chiefs!!!!

I am still new to this so don't just listen to me. However, all I know is that the news of the SEC filining didn't show up on Ameritrade. My, (remember I am new) opinion is that it was profit taking. We may see a little drop tommorow but it did the same thing not to long ago. Went up to almost 4 cents, then dropped down to around 2 cents. Then went up again.
