Also, on Dec. 23, I will be going to Eastern Kentucky for the holidays. I am planning a couple of hours extra on the drive out there to go thru Franklin, KY and take a look at their new building. I will take pictures hopefully, and have them available. I will update everyone on what it looks like. I only have 42000 shares, but hopefully, some day soon, it will become a nice return....lets shoot for a dollar!!!

Interesting thought here. I have heard from more then one person that NetNFlix became known to them through circuit city. If I remember correctly, there was fliers in the DVD’s referring to NetNFlix. It would be nice if PGHI could get some kind of advertising campaign like that. An announcement like that would make their stock take off.

I could be wrong....but I don't think they are a public company? I think GameZNFlix will be the only publicly traded video game rental company at this point in time? I think I read this on RB, so it certainly isn't set in stone!

I agree that getting veegeez good exposure is important. I don't want to "pump" the stock itself because 1. This isn't a "pump" scheme in any sense of the word and 2. I don't believe in pumping stocks -- let people reach their own conclusions based upon DD....

What I do think we can do is let people know about veegeez. I emailed epinions.com and asked them to permit veegeez.com to be reviewed (you can review netflix). Likewise, I think that we should use video game websites to get the word out and get some good press that way.

If 500 investors in PGHI get just one person to sign up for veegeez each, we have added over $100,000 in revenue to the company per year(500 X $20.00 X 12 months).... I am sure that Mr. Fleming and the rest of the crew are doing a lot to advertise, it can't hurt for us to do our part if we truly believe in the company (as I definitely do).

I havent been trading penny stocks that long... i was way into nasdaq stocks before the bubble bursted in 2000. I know we all dream here that one day this stock will hit a buck, setting aside all our enthusiasm and hype, lets think in reality - how possible is it for PGHI to be trading above a dollar by summer or winter of next year? I really never search for stocks that i think will grow while doing DD, because i look for a quick 50% and leave. However I feel PGHI has the POTENTIAL, but can it really trade above a dollar?

A couple of quick things. First, the money issue…..A couple of bucks difference in their price from their competitors is more of a long term issue. Next, as far as this stock getting to a dollar…..I know that if this stock gets to .10 a share I will be looking at taking out my principal. Of course this depends on what’s its doing at the time. This along with LBTT are two companies that I will be keeping a few bucks in because of their potential.

Betn... If is not the question... The question is when... Less than 4 weeks away from .10. Then .30 within a few months. As far as $$$$$$'s go... Let's take this one step at a time. MultiPennies are a great start. mach

Yes... it can... as a matter of fact... multi dollars is possible. If a company like Netflix can trade to $60 in less than 2 years from $4... there is no doubt in my mind that another company with a similar(and i think better) achieve the same success. As I follow this stock... and the development of the company... I am quite impressed. As I said... this may be a once in a lifetime opportunity. It is like buying NetFlix at the beginning... or Ebay... or many of the successful .com's... The futures so bright. mach

I think I need to reiterate this post. mach

O.K. If you are to become a true long... I can elaborate. This baby is poised for a big move. imho... it has several things going for it that are a super plus.

One includes the business model: Similar to NetFlix... and it actually appears to be better... Given that NetFlix is trading above $50 now... it's not unrealistic to think that we can in fact be trading in the $Dollars range within the next year.

Second: The fact that we have been trading up on no news at all is an indication of what will happen when there is actually positive news released... to the moon!

Third: I love the fact that we are talking .com here. .com's have taken off once again in the past year or so. If you want to look at a good trading pattern for a .com that recently moved from subpenny to .30 in less than 3 months... look at zkid... They have a sloppy site... but there stock exploded... There are many other examples... but keep in mind NetFlix... which surged from $4 to $60.... How many people made millions trading this stock.

4th: Industry: I posted an article written in Fortune this past weekend... It's on this thread and it talks... about where the big money will be generated soon... the "new thing" video games... My point... we are in the right market....

5th: On that note: The corporate name will be changed to gameznflix.com... That name itself has this ring... this catch... to it that says... I'm going to be hot!!!!!!

6th: The overall market is hot and pulling up anything and everything with it... especially the bb stocks.

6th: The techs support an enormous move forthcoming.... I predict a that we will see .30 within the next 8 weeks on a very explosive move... This will not be overnight... and yes there will be many ups and downs... and head fakes... and people wondering what to do... but if you hold strong ... you will be greatly rewarded...

There are too many times in the past few years that I could have made hundreds of thousands of dollars on stock picks... and simply missed that opportunity. And I will not miss this one.... This is one of the biggest opportunities you may ever see in your life... and when we make our hundreds of thousands... we will celebrate somewhere in the world... and I have a feeling that it's not too far away.

So when you buy... hold strong and don't let anyone shake your shares and you will be greatly rewarded. I usually recommend stocks as a short term buy with 50-100% potential... but if you note my original post here... the very first post... I predicted a potential 10000% gain from .02 where I entered which is $2.00. We may find someday... that that was an understatement.

I will stand behind this stock on the up days... and more so... on the down days... stay strong. Patience will pay.

Excuse my grammar,

mach

After limited searching, the competitors of veegeez seem all to be private companies. There are a couple services that claim to be the industry leader, but looking at what they offer, and the titles they have, veegeez is right there with them. The new site should add even more value to the veegeez name. Looking good!

After looking at all of the competitors it appears that NetFlix and VeeGeez are the only traded companies.

Can't wait to see the new website for "GamezNFlix".

Gamefly (a competitior) has a website almost identical to NetFlix. Researched management for both and they appear to be unrelated.

The future is so bright. I also emailed my ideas for products, advertising, etc., to VeeGeez/Mr. Fleming.

Should be interesting to see the KY warehouse location through KC. Big props to KC for that trip!

Thanks, COOL- I will post my "review" immediately, and then my pics upon my return home.

In the meantime, another PGHI holding is a natural herbal drink, which I think we could all use to keep us calm until we .10. Note the benefits of the drink:

Subsidiary Of Point Group Holdings, Inc.

Botanical Chi, The Product (32oz Bottle) $19.95 + S&H

This herbal drink was developed by Dr. Michael G. Samuels during a 9 month period of time in 2000. It was then market tested, to determine the efficacy (or effectiveness) of the herbal combination. During the nine

months of testing the only change that was necessary was a slight alteration of flavor.

During the testing many end-users reported the following benefits:

Enhanced calming

All levels of stress reduced significantly

Mental acuity and performance enhanced

Physical performance, endurance and recovery improved

Non-insulin dependent diabetics improved blood sugar control

Hypertension improved

Arthritis or arthritic conditions improved

Energy levels improved

Sleep improved

Gastrointestinal function improved

Constipation improved

Irritable bowel improved

Fibromyalgia improved

Psychological improvements in such areas as anger, depression, irritability

Some skin conditions improved

Alleviation of post chemotherapy symptoms

Botanical Chi the product is formulated using 17 herbal ingredients. Each ingredient was selected by Dr. Samuels personally for either their scientific validation of effect and/or personal clinical experience.

Botanical Chi helps produce energy at the cellular level. Every cell in one's body requires energy and

cofactors to drive biochemic processes. Significant research has shown that plant based or nature produced vitamins and minerals are significantly more efficiently utilized at the cellular level than synthetic vitamins and minerals.

With the energy provided by the nutrients in Botanical Chi, the cells, whether liver, kidney, brain, muscle or heart, are driven through the biochemical pathways to perform optimally. Using an "adaptogenic herb", of which Botanical Chi contains 4, a plant that works as a "biological modifier", Botanical Chi will:

1) cause no harm and place no additional stress on the body,

2) help the body adapt to many and varied environmental and psychological stresses,

3) have a non specific action on the body, instead supporting all major systems, such as the nervous system, hormonal system and the immune system,

4) has regulating functions, e.g. blood sugar: if it is too high, an adaptogen will lower it, and visa versa.

Botanical Chi helps to:

Nourish and nutrify the cells of the body

Fortify the cells and tissues of the body

Balance the organs and tissues of the body

Strengthen the immune system

Neutralize stressors

The product, Botanical Chi, is based on several scientific facts. First and foremost there is a Canadian doctor by the name of Graham Burton who published an article on plant based Vitamin E. He demonstrated that plant based vitamin E was easier absorbed and thus utilized by our cells versus the synthetic brand of vitamin E. Subsequent to this article there have been over 90 articles to substantiate this fact. The two mot interesting studies were performed over a 10 year period of time by the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association. During this 10 year period, both organizations did numerous studies on beta-carotene and vitamin E, with results that would show effectiveness and others that would be inconclusive. In the last study they both compared the vitamins to fruits and vegetables. The end result is that the plant based vitamins and minerals out performed the synthetic vitamins used, therefore the new pyramid of how to consume foods, versus the old method of the 4 basic food groups.

The next important scientific fact is that liquids are easier and faster absorbed than capsules or tablets. This is well documented in medical pharmacology courses and the Physician Desk Reference.

The last important reason for the development of Botanical Chi is that when choosing each of the ingredients, Dr. Samuels looked at the scientific articles and literature of the active components and placed that (clinically or scientifically supported) dosage in the final product Botanical Chi
.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stocks look ready to rally when the market opens on Monday after the capture of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein (news - web sites).
In fact, analysts believe Saddam's capture will give a general boost to equities around the globe, as well as to the U.S. dollar and U.S. Treasuries.

"Initially, there's little doubt that it's a boost for the market," said Milton Ezrati, senior economic strategist at fund manager Lord Abbett & Co. "A major uncertainty has been removed, and it also gives hope that this situation, on a fundamental basis, will improve.

"In the end, the market is going to look at the financial situation, and that will depend on the United States' ability to transfer power and withdraw and relieve the financial strain of this whole exercise."

John Davidson, president of PartnerRe Asset Management, believes Saddam's capture probably will give the blue-chip Dow Jones industrial average(^DJI - news) a reason to rally above last week's climb over the psychologically sensitive 10,000 mark.

But he questioned how long this lift may last.

"We might see a pop," Davidson told Reuters. "Stocks are pretty fully valued, so whether this results in a sustainable rally from here is in question.

"It might put a temporary pause on the rise of the euro," he said, noting that capture of the former Iraqi leader should lower the risk of attacks against the United States, which had been weighing heavily on the dollar.

"There is a risk premium in there for terrorism against the U.S. and this takes a little of that out," Davidson said.

Earlier, in London, Hilary Cook of Barclays Stockbrokers predicted Saddam's capture will help equities, especially in the U.S. and UK markets.

"It's broadly positive for equity markets," said Cook, director of investment strategy at Barclays Stockbrokers.

"U.S. and UK markets could have the most to gain because war is expensive," Cook said, referring to investor concerns that occupying American and British forces might get bogged down by a worsening security situation in Iraq (news - web sites) after Saddam Hussein's regime was toppled this spring.

TEMPERING HOPE WITH CAUTION

Spirits also should be lifted by the Dow holding onto its five-figure finish at Friday's close and the prospect of closing out the market's first winning year since 1999.

But some may think it's time to sell as valuations peak.

"I would love to see some consolidation in the market," said Sandy Lincoln of Wayne Hummer Asset Management in Chicago, who manages about $1.2 billion of assets for wealthy individuals and institutions. "It's a perverse wish -- but some of these valuations, particularly on the tech side, seem hard to fathom."

Stocks like the world's biggest chip maker Intel Corp. (Nasdaq:INTC - news) and Internet high-flyers Yahoo Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO - news) and eBay Inc. (Nasdaq:EBAY - news) have led the market higher over the past nine months or so. But some investors worry that stock-price growth is getting ahead of profit growth, like in the ill-fated tech bubble of 2000.

This week could be the crunch time to decide whether to sell before the end of the tax year, or hang on in the hope of more gains.

"Valuing the market, based on historical reported earnings, makes it look very expensive," said Gordon Fowler, chief investment officer of Glenmede Trust Co. in his weekly outlook. "Valuing it, based on projected operating earnings, makes it look reasonably priced.

"The truth lies somewhere in between."

More huge gains may not follow like the first time the Dow broke 10,000. Back in late March 1999, when the Dow first held above 10,000, the index took barely two months to add another 1,000 points and top 11,000.

This time around, investors are a bit more cautious after weathering more than three years of a bear market.

Few seem to expect the Dow to run up to 11,000 again any time soon. But there's no sign investors are ready to bail out of stocks, either.

"There's a lot of momentum in this market," Lincoln said. "Clients have been wanting to get on this bandwagon, and really reluctant to get off it."

Last week, the Dow climbed above the 10,000 mark and the Standard & Poor's 500 hit an 18-month high, thanks to broadly good economic signs and the U.S. Federal Reserve (news - web sites) commenting that inflation is not a problem, suggesting that it won't raise rates for some time to come.

For the week, the Dow Jones industrial average rose 1.82 percent to 10,042.16, its highest closing level since May 24, 2002. The broader Standard & Poor's 500 Index (^SPX - news) gained 1.19 percent for the week, to 1,074.14, its highest close since May 28, 2002.

The technology-focused Nasdaq Composite Index (^IXIC - news) finished the week up 0.57 percent at 1,949, below the 2,000 level it broke through briefly the previous week.

For the year, the Dow is now up 20 percent, the S&P 500 is up 22 percent, and the Nasdaq is up 46 percent.

This week, investors will focus on Tuesday's Consumer Price Index (news - web sites), due at 8:30 a.m. (1330 GMT), for the latest read on inflation. Economists expect a very modest 0.1 percent rise for November, according to a Reuters poll.

Among earnings reports this week are tech bellwether Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq:ORCL - news) on Monday and Wall Street heavyweights Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS - news) and Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MWD - news) on Thursday.

What is an Online Game Rental Club ? Online Video Game Rental Club or online DVD Rental Service works on similar principle as your local library with a few important exceptions:

1. You never have to leave home -- you make all your selections using the internet.
2. You pay a monthly flat fee -- how much you pay depends on how many games you want to have checked out at any given time.
3. There are never any late charges -- this is how your local game rental store makes a lot of money, at your expense.

With most online Video Game Rental Clubs you go to their Web site and create a list (or queue) of the titles that you want. You then rank your games on your list in the order you'd like to receive them. Based on availability and your ranking the games on your list will be shipped to you via first class mail. Generally the selection and availability is very good at more well known game rental companies.

Is it a better deal than my local video game rental store? back to top? Odds are yes, especially if you're like most people and end up paying late fees. If you rent 3 games per month at $6 dollars each you end up paying $18 dollars a month (this doesn't even include late fees), whereas with an online DVD Club you can easily rent 3 games in a month with the 2 Game Plan that costs between $15 - $20 dollars, and never pay any late fees! Plus you can keep your games until you are finished with them!

I'm thinking that maybe @ .10 or .09 I will sell. This will be a 300% gain on $5k. Hopefully the PPS will drop a bit again for consolidation for a new run up.

Do you think it would be difficult to repurchase my shares again during a new consolidation? I understand the MM's own 57% of the shares??? I want the LT gold but are you folks doing any daytrading with PGHI?

Thanks for your opinions.

I might do the same with some of my shares, not all and to by back when the pps is lowered you might have to pay the MM's above the ask. Depends how much price will go down after a ralley, will it be worth it? We'll see.

Do you think it would be difficult to repurchase my shares again during a new consolidation? I understand the MM's own 57% of the shares??? I want the LT gold but are you folks doing any daytrading with PGHI?

Thanks for your opinions.

I don't think i will take a chance and sell any of my shares...I mean Gameznflix and Netflix are the only public companies doing this...It has very little competition on the market itself...And if you noticed, PGHI has increased 3000% in the last two months...If i sell at 10 cents, it may just take off the next day...I see this stock as a gainer on a right scale...It will keep moving once it starts...But that's just my opinion...Good luck if you sell...zo...

I hold 2M shares since 0.008 and I will not be selling one single share until it hits from .50 to 1.00! You weak hands and sell offs do what you want but I'm in for the big gain, I don't pinch pennies like some of you! Cheers and good luck to TRUE longs here!

I got in at 4 cents for 100K and would love to see this puppy go to 9 or 10 cents ..
This is a great stock to double your money on.
As for long turn .. two thumbs down .. no one in the future will be renting anything anyway .. all TV's with direct cable have Movies on Demand .. and pretty soon Video games as well ... so basically all your movies and video games will be billed to your cable bill and all the rental companies will be obsoleteed ... are we there yet nope!! That's why I think this will come up a bit!!

cheers

montreal_diamonds, cable movies work well because of the streaming nature of it. Videogames are different, data is not accessed the same way it is accessed in movies. Furthermore the competitive nature of the different consoles will keep the videogame industry alive. PGHI is going to see $1 before a year from now, mark my words! Good luck to TRUE longs.

Movies on Demand have been a reality for some time now... Of course netflix.com recently became profitable with stock surging from $4 to $60 in less than a few years. Why is that? There will always be markets... and customers. I remember years ago when the vcr first came out... People had worried that nobody would go to movie theaters anymore... that hasn't proven to be correct at all... $$'s is possible from current levels... but let's take it once step at a time. mach
