I guess I will start with the bad news. GWDL has reported losses for the last six years. In fact, their revenue has been declining for the last three years. (1997 - 3 million <> 1998 - 4 million <> 1999 - 3.9 million <> 2000 - 4.3 million <> 2001 - 2.4 million <> 2002 - 1.2 million) During the last 13 weeks the stock is down 64%, 100% for the last 52 weeks. Expenses are up as well, to the tune of approx 25% in 2002. Worse news, sales were down approx 52% for while those expenses rose. There is some more bad news, but mostly its just details that a lot of companies are suffering through as well.

Now, my favorite, THE GOOD NEWS. During those bad years, the company stayed focused and was able to achieve some great things. One of those things include raising their profit margin to approx 88% in 2002. Think of that, for every dollar they sell, almost 90 cents of it is pure profit. In 2001 that profit margin was approx 72%. They have increased their profit margin by almost 16 % in one year. That’s outstanding. Further more, this year appears to have a profit margin over 90%. Compared to the companies they are competing with, they are in 2nd place when it comes to profit margins.

More GOOD NEWS. Although their sales have declined, they still lead their competitors on sales in actual dollars. Furthermore this company’s stock is currently trading at 0.22 times sales. This is at a lower ratio than all three of its competitors comparable companies, which are trading between 0.36 and 75.55 times their annual sales. It should also be mentioned here that most of the companies competitors have also seen a decline in sales.

The GREAT NEWS. Quoting the company “The Company has focused on getting the entire infra-structure in place which now allows us to aggressively start our recruiting campaign. The Company will be offering their business opportunity throughout the nation allowing everyone to join our team. Some features of the campaign have started this week and the entire program will be ongoing throughout the entire 2004 season.”
I think this can be seen in the fact that according to the companies 10QSB sales are up approx $30,000 this year and as mentioned before the profit margin is up to almost 90 cents on the dollar. Also, they have plenty of inventory.

Even MORE GREAT NEWS. The company has decreased expenses by more then 50% so far, to the tune of more then $800,000. That’s really good news. Furthermore, check out the insider trading. Some people in the company-that exists of 10 employees- have really shelled out a lot of dough at some high prices on this stock. This was already mentioned before in this string, so I don’t take credit for that. Hands of to the guy/girl who found it. Look up to see who it was. The BEST NEWS. I called the company and was told that they are really busy this time of year. In fact, He told me that this year is becoming more busy then most. Because of the tone and subject of our conversation I could tell he was not trying to impress me. It was just said in passing as he seemed hurried.
