Thanks for the heads up on this one again. I bought 500,000 today at .0026. As I understand... the negatives are out... 10Q released and this thing never broke .0025. Last time it hit this range... over the next few weeks it moved up a few hundred percent. Seems like a pretty good opportunity. Trading at lower end of Bollinger Band. RSI showing oversold. I tried to buy an additional 500,000 in the last 30 minutes at .0026. I only received 100,000... Somebody was loading up today. MM are lined up at .0024 and .0025. Ask at .003. They are saying, "You can sell if you want to... but you have to pay a premium to buy." They're definitely loading the boat.
I wouldn't be suprised if they drop a PR in the morning. Notice last time on October 1st or around that time. It hit the low... Next day company droped a PR and it surged. These people are smart. Timing is important. When all the negatives are out... including the financials... you can assume that the stock is appropriately priced and trading at it's low. This stock is a turtle walk... but we shall see how things pick up... Hope I'm right... this will be a double bottom... would like to see another 100% plus here... and then a third pullback later for the triple bottom and then breakout. mach

type in GWDL and you will see level two quotes... MM are lined up... collecting changes @ .0025... It's a brick wall... Today's high was .0028 which was .0001 higher than yesterdays... I believe it will begin to trend upward... even if it is a little at a time... we should do ok here. I love the bottom up plays... I got in CYTP yesterday at .0032 and out quickly today @ .0042. I picked BCON for a breakout and told the board about it last Wednesday @ .80. It broke out and today had a high of 1.50. I also mentioned IDGE two days ago at .007 and it rant to .013 yesterday. Yesterday I mentioned CYTP and it ran 30% today. Not bad... That's over 100%+ gains in less than 5 trading days. All we need now is a PR for GWDL. mach

Need to be patient with this one... I tried that at .0026 and did not get a fill because i used the all or nothing option... You have to put an order without that restriction to get the fill... mach

Ridgeland, MS, NOV 20, 2003 (EventX/Knobias.com via COMTEX) -- Merrill Lynch commented that investors should not get distracted by the California strike sideshow in looking to buy medium and long term value among stocks in the Food Retailers industry. They said the strike is not hitting as hard as some imagine, and the long-term market share effects should be very minor and the financial impact somewhat positive (if by taking strikes, food retailers can structurally improve their cost base). The firm continues to recommend KR ($23 price objective), SVU ($28.50) and SWY ($29).
Because Ralphs stores are no longer being picketed and Food 4 Less stores (also Kroger) were never part of the strike if there is any medium market share shifts, they will probably favor Kroger. While the hit to sales in week 1 of the strike may have been in that range, partly due to stocking up the week before, Merrill noted that current run rates are probably only down 10-15% or so in dollar terms for the big Three, collectively, meaning the longer term damage to these dominant players isn’t that bad.
Recent national comp store sales trends (particularly for smaller, more nimble players where results are not being obscured by massive strikes) are beginning to show the effects of recovery and increasing inflation and are also being accompanied by margin stabilization, a very encouraging sign.

All my money is tied up in that damn AFRR stock. I do have almost a million of this though. Hoppiing for a pop. A copple coppers would be great, but half a cent would be nice too. Any one think we could be talking about an actual penny gain here.

I too have confidence in this company. They have real products and seem to be placing their best foot forward. I'm in low and hoping to make some significant gains in the near future. Hopefully GWDL will hit a "hot spot" soon

Ok, I have been doing some more research and I found some interesting things. Some of these things may already be known by some of you. If not, here goes.
I guess I will start with the bad news. GWDL has reported losses for the last six years. In fact, their revenue has been declining for the last three years. (1997 - 3 million <> 1998 - 4 million <> 1999 - 3.9 million <> 2000 - 4.3 million <> 2001 - 2.4 million <> 2002 - 1.2 million) During the last 13 weeks the stock is down 64%, 100% for the last 52 weeks. Expenses are up as well, to the tune of approx 25% in 2002. Worse news, sales were down approx 52% for while those expenses rose. There is some more bad news, but mostly its just details that a lot of companies are suffering through as well.
Now, my favorite, THE GOOD NEWS. During those bad years, the company stayed focused and was able to achieve some great things. One of those things include raising their profit margin to approx 88% in 2002. Think of that, for every dollar they sell, almost 90 cents of it is pure profit. In 2001 that profit margin was approx 72%. They have increased their profit margin by almost 16 % in one year. That’s outstanding. Further more, this year appears to have a profit margin over 90%. Compared to the companies they are competing with, they are in 2nd place when it comes to profit margins.
More GOOD NEWS. Although their sales have declined, they still lead their competitors on sales in actual dollars. Furthermore this company’s stock is currently trading at 0.22 times sales. This is at a lower ratio than all three of its competitors comparable companies, which are trading between 0.36 and 75.55 times their annual sales. It should also be mentioned here that most of the companies competitors have also seen a decline in sales.
The GREAT NEWS. Quoting the company “The Company has focused on getting the entire infra-structure in place which now allows us to aggressively start our recruiting campaign. The Company will be offering their business opportunity throughout the nation allowing everyone to join our team. Some features of the campaign have started this week and the entire program will be ongoing throughout the entire 2004 season.” I think this can be seen in the fact that according to the companies 10QSB sales are up approx $30,000 this year and as mentioned before the profit margin is up to almost 90 cents on the dollar. Also, they have plenty of inventory.
Even MORE GREAT NEWS. The company has decreased expenses by more then 50% so far, to the tune of more then $800,000. That’s really good news. Furthermore, check out the insider trading. Some people in the company-that exists of 10 employees- have really shelled out a lot of dough at some high prices on this stock. This was already mentioned before in this string, so I don’t take credit for that. Hands of to the guy/girl who found it. Look up to see who it was. Sorry, I am in MS Word, not on the bulletin board.
The BEST NEWS. I called the company and was told that they are really busy this time of year. In fact, He told me that this year is becoming more busy then most. Because of the tone and subject of our conversation I could tell he was not trying to impress me. It was just said in passing as he seemed hurried.
The MOST IMPORTANT NEWS. I can not tell you that everything I found here is true. I just got it from searching the web sites and making calls. If you see something inaccurate please feel free, and obligated to point it out. No pumping and dumping here. I myself own almost a million shares and feel like this stock is going to go up, although it might be a long term investment. Do your own DD and let me know what you find out. This one seems like a long term investment. I feel this company went through some growing pains and has finally turned the corner. Maybe even get into the dollar range if their new campaign works out. By the way, their campaign consists of a Mary Kay kind of thing, where people get a certain percentage of everything they sell. It worked for Mary Kay and I think, actually I pray it will happen for them.

I can't see it going past 0.002 like I said before...so if you're averaging down (or up) now is a good time to buy I believe

This is one of those stocks where it pays to be patient. Its alot of up and down tug-o-war type plays and alot of MM playing. IMO this company has released some positive news and also some fair news. The company has products which is a plus and I truely believe in this company. This is all IMO and everybody should do their own DD. I could be totally off but right now would be a good time to buy in.

I agree that this is a holder. If you look at the chart, about a year (December) ago it got up to about 75 cents. It flat lined for a while then jumped to about 25 cents. Now its flat lined again. This comapny has done a lot of work to turn its self aroung, and I agree with the guy/gal that said it has its best foot in front. Its only a matter of time before this baby goes up again. Its just my opinion though.

Hold on MOOSE. Its up 17% and 1:30 pm EST the "lunch time moody blues" will be over and we could POSSIBLY see some more gains. Around 11:30 PM EST is when, historically speaking, stocks tend to break out in a more definitive matter. We could just get a nice gain out of this today.

Seems as tho everytime we run up a bit, then sales start coming through at .0025 for some reason. No idea why somebody would want to play games at .0025 @ 500,000 shares but oh well. Move baby move move move!!
