TONY AND MOOSE; YOU ARE BOTH RIGHT ON ABOUT THIS STOCK.

HOT TICKET ITEM(S) <----- PLURAL UP AND COMING FOR LBTT.

THEY ARE HARD UP FOR MONEY AND HAVE ISSUED MORE STOCK TO RAISE MORE CAPITAL.

NOW WITH SUCH OUTSTANDING SHARES, LONG TERM OUTLOOK IS NOT GOOD IF YOU THINK THIS STOCK WILL SOAR TO THE $5-$25 RANGE WITHOUT A REVERSE SPLIT. TONY IS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT ABOUT THIS.

THE CURRENT PRODUCT(S) <----- PLURAL AGAIN ARE A DEFINITE HIT. MOOSE IS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT ABOUT THIS.

$2.50-$3.50 IS A REASONABLE EXPECTATION FOR THIS STOCK TO GET OUT AT THAT POINT. LOW ENOUGH TO NOT NEED A REVERSE AND NOT SO HIGH THEY HIT THEIR CEILING.

MONDAY (YESTERDAY) WAS A GOOD DAY FOR LBTT BUT I SEE A DECLINE BACK DOWN WHICH IS A GOOD THING FOR THOSE WHO NEED A FEW HUNDRED THOUSAND SHARES FOR $5,000. I THINK WITH THE CE MARK APPLICATION PROCESS, 6+ MONTHS WILL BE THE TIME FRAME. NOT SURE ABOUT HOW LONG THE TIME FRAME IS FOR THE SHOT UP TO $2.50/RANGE AND I'LL TAKE A WAIT AND SEE ATTITUDE ABOUT MY FEELINGS ON THIS ONE.

DO REMEMBER, MOST RECENTLY HEALTHSOUTH (HLSH) SHOT UP FROM .08 TO $3.25 IN LESS THAN 90-DAYS. ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO!

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CORRECT ME IF I'M INCORRECT IN ANY AREA SINCE I LIKE TO BE PROVEN WRONG EXCEPT FOR THE FACT, FACT FACT FACT THIS STOCK WILL SOAR!

THIS IS AS CLOSE TO THE SURE THING AS YOU CAN FIND...

I think them attending two big conferences, one this month and one in march, will get the attention they need to pick up financing from a big company. Not for one second do I think they will sell all their patents and licenses, I believe they will follow through on their products till the end. I strongly believe in this company and what they are doing.

U4---I'm not looking for $5-$25, I'll definitly be happy with $1, and a R/S would most likely be needed to get up to $5+

Also, they are expecting CE mark approval anytime now...they predicted a Late-fall 2003 date.
-----
According to Jonathan Reeves, Vice President of Operations every effort is being made to meet a “mid-fall” deadline for obtaining a CE mark for the Nipple Scope™ and begin introduction of the Nipple Scope™ at several important medical meetings in Europe and the US. Reeves added, “I think the major introduction of this exciting new product will take place at Europe’s major medical meeting in Hamburg, Germany, were Dr. Mokbel will being presenting a clinical paper concerning his experience in using the scope.”

I don't believe we will see a dip down tomorrow at all. I think tomorrow will continue what today started. After 12 noon monday, the stock stayed steady and didn't drop below 0.0125, I think this is the new support.

Taking a look at the charts, it looks pretty good for this breakout to continue. Macd on the rise again, momo is good, and the stochastic is crossing 65, which, in an overbought situtation identifies the price is about to explode.

all IMO on my DD

This should answer some questions...

-----E-mail from LBTT MR. HOLMES

In my previous email, responding to yours dated 11/14/03, I did not address all of your questions. I'll attempt to do so now.

The CE mark filing is on schedule for early this December.

We have not secured financing, though our efforts continue. It seems we have several promising opportunities.

Concerning a reverse-split in the next 12 months. Though we currently do not anticipate a reverse, near term, it is extremely difficult to predict the next twelve months. There are numerous undefined factors that could impact a decision, not the least of which could be the financing terms that may be required once a funding source has been determined.

About the FDA, our First Warning System will require a PreMarkeing Approval (PMA.) However, before we can approach the FDA, we need to complete our clinical trials. We are currently working to reduce the False Positives, an outcome of our Argentinean work. Once we have a satisfactory solution we anticipate proceeding with the clinical trials. The best estimate we have at this time, the clinical trials and their results being submitted to the FDA could take approximately 18 to 24 months to complete. While we feel we will be successful at FDA clearance of our PMA.... there is no guarantee.

Concerning our other two women's cancer products.... The Nipplescope and the O-scope, these products, for the US market require a 510K. We are acquiring a 510K for the Nipplescope. We believe, but have not confirmed, that the O-scope is covered by a predicate device.

The CE we're filing this December covers the Nipplescope for marketing in Europe and in most Asian countries, particularly, China. We're hopeful and it is quite possible we'll be introducing the Nipplescope to the US market sometime in 2004

I hope this information, while much of it tentative, is helpful in addressing your questions.

Best regards and thanks for your interest in Lifeline Biotech.

Jim Holmes, CEO

What do you guys think about this as a long term investment? They actually do have some products worht looking at but they are short on cash. For some reason I think they will still make it big. Maybe not in a few weeks , but down the road.

How do LBTT's products compare to PWRM's? I just received a glossy color promo in the mail for PWRM. Never heard of them before - but they're on the OTC and around $3.00 per share.

They claim they have developed a revolutionary test that could detect breast cancer 6-10 years before any symptoms appear. Isn't LBTT's nipplescope supposed to do the same thing?

Thanks in advance.

PS: Anybody else get the color promo? It's called Boitech Fortunes. I've gotten similar mailing on stocks that were $5 when they printed these things, and $2 or less when I got it in the mail. Pump and Dumps I guess. But the breast cancer - and entire cancer industry - is something I'm VERY interested in......
