Watch this stock its on the move get in while its low.

Posted by babybloo on :

Hope the marketing goes well, and really hoping that the FDA approval goes through. If that happens, this stock will gain 10,000% real fast. .15 to .17 is not out of reach here, come on "FDA APPROVAL"!!!!!!!! Breast cancer is one of the most top 10 researched cancers right now. If this will give Doctors an edge for early detection with out the surgery process, this could very well be in most Doctors offices, hospitals for sure. (RB)

Someone just dumped a lot. Is this a really risky stock?

Posted by usasail on :

I'm actually going to get in once my 800 bucks clears for tomorrow. Sucks now with day trader status I have to wait a day unless my cash is 25k at end of day. But to answer your question all Bio stox seem to be riskier than others. Mainly based on FDA approval news makes these things move. This one is hard to pass up though, because the "What If" factor is makin' me go for this one. Hope that helps a littl.

IT's coming to the end of Breast Cancer month and i havent seen much movement from this stock at all although i still continue to hold i wasn't expecting to be holding for this long sheesh. It goes up 5% then down 5% repeatedly. I expected it to break out of its hole especially with the volume last week.

LIke I said on Oct 09th... get in while it's low.
Up 38.10 percent now, and thats not the hihgest i've seen it today. Finally a bit of a positive look today these last few days with AFRR have been something.

Posted by Marcidius on :

Wow yeah it has taken quite a positive increase, good find and it's too bad I didn't get in on that!

Posted by babybloo on :

Well stupidly i made a big mistake by choosing market order so i got in at .0025 so im happy to see some movement, but nothing to sell about yet. I still don't think this is a bad time to get in. If your intrested maybe you'll see a small dip in costs pershare today.

Good Luck.

its sucks marcidius, doesnt it. ameritrade has been holding my funds for the past 2 weeks due to "complications" and ive missed so many oppurtunities because of those b*sta*ds. im stuck with an account with RBC Canada where commissions are INSANELY unreasonable. i just hope i can access my money and get to trading with ameritrade by monday.

Yeah it really DOES suck, especially when you browse these boards like non-stop and know you can't get in on it right now !

Zo, I think you are smart in doing that, look at the macD I think it's going to keep that trend going for another half a penny.

I finally bit the bullet on IDGE (second time I've gotten burned on that one) and sold for a loss to get over here. Still wish that Ameritrade wouldn't have barred me from trading this Monday-today @ .002-.0021, but I guess with the prospects this company has ahead of it, .0044 is a decent enough entry. This is the first stock that I've researched on the OTCBB that seems to really have its act together.

OH YEH COME BACK AFTER A FEW HOURS OF WORK FOR A 100% GAIN TODAY!!!....now if it can just hold or at least have the MACD keep on the northbound for a few days. That'll verify LBTT as a solid buy...keeping fingers crossed cuz I gots a one count ridin' @ .0021. COMON LBTT!!!! Good Luck To All!!!

Within the past couple of weeks I've been buying LBTT to the point where I have almost 2 mil. shares. I've sold some stocks I really didn't want to get rid of - just to buy this stock. I was so impressed with the "Nipple Scope" (being the breast man I am) that I had to keep buying. I was really impressed with their website. If everything works on this scope like they say it does - I'll be retiring soon. In Dec. they're suppose to get their CE mark from Europe (this is equivalent to FDA approval). Up will sky rocket this stock (imo). They're are also working with China to get approval from them. Up up and away... Then if they get their approval from the FDA my hands will go to the back of my head and never leave there. I've also read that they're working on another scope for Ovarian cancer. I know they've been taking orders for their arthroscopic surgical knive (which drs. are raving about). This co. IMHO is going places fast! This Nipple Scope (if it does work) will be in most drs. office like Babybloo mentioned. Blackice I know we talked on the message board about this stock and I know you said you bought in. I hope your still holding! In a couple of years I can see this stock over a dollar (imo). I've always had a hobbie of inventing things (still on paper only) and I know when I see something good - and I love this invention LBTT has because it's something of importance. Plus I've always been a real lucky bastar-d. So I hope this is my big break in life!

Anyone have advice for LBTT this week. I am looking to invest about $2k on this one. How long can we expect approvals (FDA, CEmark) to take? Let me know your opinions.
It's already to .0051 this morning. I got in around .0022 at 30000 but want to build up considerably. How realistict is .15 to .17? Sorry for all the questions so early in the morning. New at this and looking for veteran info.

LBTT closed out @ .012 today! For the longest time LBTT has been around .0018 to .0021. This past Friday it opened @ .002 and closed @ .0044. This morning (Monday) it open @ .005 and look at it now. For the past few weeks I've been reading about this stock on RB's site and the people over there are going nuts for this stock. They've been saying that by Turkey day it'll be up to a penny. Well its past that point now. A lot are saying by X-mas it'll be a nickel and in the spring a dime up to a quarter when they get their CE mark from Europe. Everyone is holding long and doesn't want to sell one share. Someone had made a good point on RB that compared SIRI (sat. radio) to LBTT. Here is SIRI at over 2 bucks (it was at the time) and what do they have to offer but sat. radio and here is LBTT that has a device to save people from breast cancer and that's trading under a penny. IMHO this stock is way under valued. Another thing I like about this co. is that they have 898 mil. o/s (this is less than ADOT). I know I'm holding long on this one w/over 2.6 mil. shares. at an ave. price of .0042. I still can't believe I've made over 20K from Friday to today. The horseshoe I must have swallowed when I was a kid is positioned just right for this ride!

I want some too--- I did some cursory DD and found that they have been complaining of naked short sellers. They claim to have initiated an investigation on Sep 10. This is good-- if that was what was holding the stock down. I couldn't find how many share are outstanding. I always check this before I buy. Anybody seen it and if so where? Thanx-- I like the technology . I sent them an e-mail just now asking for the info. If they send it to me I will relay it here.

Just wait until that FDA approval comes thru. I think they will get it although they had a few issues with the product giving false positives. They say they have made some minor changes to correct the issues. Lets hope so... Good luck. Not too much movement in the price today. Any opinions?

Posted by Moose on :

well they are waiting for their CE Mark...not sure how long that takes...they have a conferance on Dec 3 (this could pick up the interest of big name companies for funding)

the nipple scope is only the first product in their series... so everything points to big$$$ haha...this company is the next big thing, they will evententually hit a $1 if you hold long enough... but by the year end we should all be very happy

T.U.C. APPROVAL CAN TAKE UP TO A YEAR FROM FILING AND F.D.A. APPROVAL EVEN LONGER BOTH OF THESE CAN MAKE A LOT OF MOVEMENT IN PRICE OR NONE AT ALL DEPENDS HOW IMPORTANT THE MARKET VIEWS IT DEPENDS HOW THE MARKET SEES THE POTENTIAL MY OWN EXPERIENCE WAS A NON PUBLIC TRADED COMPANY WENT FROM .22->$17.00 AFTER GAINING TUV APPROVAL AND WE WERE THEN BOUGHT OUT BY A BIG MULTI NATIONAL BUT I THINK LBTT MIGHT HAVE TO LOSE A FEW SHARES FIRST AS IT MAKES THEM TOO EXPENSIVE i FEEKL THIS IS A GOOD LONG TERM HOLD.
5M LONG and looking to accumalate

When you look at what this co. has accomplished since '02, it seems as though it won't take very long for this stock to rise considerably. They are marketing this device through America and Europe(and China) at the same time. There is certainly a demand for this item. They are also running a business "by the books" and going after the naked shorts. Based on the most recent news realease it looks like early Dec and then again in March will be a very good time for them. These are both large scale medical conventions that they will be attending with this product. I'm in for the long haul. Who knows, could be the next "lottery".

Posted by cunninghamed on :

This is a definate long hold WINNER! If you have funds that can be tied up for awhile....I HIGHLY suggest parking them here. This should be way up over the next several months!! These prices wont last long IMHO. Do your DD (theres plenty of it available).
Good Trading!

Alright....I had my fun with the trading portion of this (in at .0020 out at 1.00). Now Im thinking of a good "longer term" position. What do you guys think? Im thinking of getting back in at around .008 (for the long haul). Does anyone belive it would have a larger retracement?
Any thoughts?

Posted by STAR GAZER on :

There are three things going on with LBTT. As MOOSE says, they are going to be doing a
presentation in Dec, it will be on Dec 3-6 at the San Antonio Breast CAncer Symposium.
That may generate interst in their company.
Second, they are submitting the paper work to
apply for European CE approval, that is similar to our FDA approval. You can not sell
items in Europe without having the CE stamp on your product. It indicates that the product meets European laws with respect to safety, health, environment and consumer pro-
tection. Even though it can take a year to get the approval, if people think that the product will get the approval, then just haveing it being reviewed will tend to drive up a stocks price. Since they are having their arthroscopic instruments being tested in European hospitals with rave reviews by the doctors and also since the study just came out in Europe that said that something must be done to better help detect breast cancer, I would think that it will be perceived as having an excellent chance for getting approval. However, the real biggy is
#3. A representative from China has just met with the company and stated that they are very interested in using their breast cancer detection apparatus. I think that they have two products, one is a series of leads, that look like EKG leads that are attached to the breasts. They can detect newly formed blood vessels. Cancer spreads by growing new blood vessels, and thus these leads can detect tiny
cancers much earlier that the tests that are now available such as mamograms. Breast cancer starts in the milk ducts of the breast
and I think that LBTT is also developing a tiny scope/camera that can be inserted into the milk ducts and look for cancer. The Chinese like these products because they don't subject the woman to X ray radiation or compression of the breasts, detect the cancer earlier than any other system and most
important, are less expensive. The Chinese want their products to be the first choise in
checking women for cancer, and China is a HUGH market. LBTT hasn't said what they expect the sales in China to be, but they have said that if they get the European CE approval, they expect to do $70 million worth
of sales in the first 36 months, and I would think that China would be many times that amount. Also, one thing to think about, who knows how many other products this innovative company is going to come up with over the years. So, just because the price of the stock has come down after a fast powerful run up, don't give up on the stock.
It could be that someone knows something and
that may be why the stock had its run up. And
if it is something big, then when the infor-
mation is made available, the MM'S won't be able to hold the stock down. Hopefully we will have lots of green stuff for our Christ-
mas stockings.

I would be willing to chip in a few dollars for admission fee to the symposium, if we had a member of this forum living in San Antonio Texas and willing to check out the Symposium. Having someone seeing first hand how much interest there really is in their product is like having done some awesome DD. Having this information before Life Line does a PR on how the symposium is the ticket.
Any trader in San Antonio?

I checked the high for today and it said the high was .79 can someone look at the purchases and sell and post them if this is correct?

Thanks,

Greg.

I checked Big Charts and my Ameritrade data and they say the high for today was .79 as well!!! DAMN!!! Now it's down to .0094 as I type this. What gives? Data like this makes me quite hungry for green

Posted by cunninghamed on :

LOL. I wish that was the high of the day! Someone simply entered .79 instead of .0079. I have seen this mistake being made EVERY day. Every time I call to confirm or look at T&S, I realize its just a typo. Sometimes they fix it....sometimes they dont. The only thing I HATE is that is screws the charts all up for analysis.

HOWEVER, IMHO, I truly believe we will see .79 within the next several months. Lifeline (LBTT) is really undervalued currently. With the products they have coming out......this is "almost" a sure thing!!
Good Trading!!

Posted by COOLORANGEFREEZE on :

As I look at the chart for LBTT on Ameritrade it looks like the .79 mark happened right at opening or even before hand? Could be an error? Since I'm far from being a pro in trading perhaps someone can tell me how a stock can run up like that in one straight line. Do the MM's somehow pump it up at extremes (bait?) or choose to open at that price?

Posted by BrianM on :

0.79 was a bad order or the MM's jacking with the High\Low's ( charts ). Thought it would go dwon today. Happy with the 20% up. Next two week could have some good news. Maybe Monday ?? Hope so.

Good luck. GO LBTT

Hey, VN! Yeah SNS looks like a great place to eat and invest in. They are open 24hrs as well. Price has doubled up. $17 a share is too steep for me though.

Up 50% today without any PR....just wait till we here about the results from the breast cancer conference on the 3rd...and then we should hear about CE mark approval (I doubt they won't get it, since they are getting rave reviews)

Posted by Moose on :

CE approval should shoot this up into the dimes...if everything goes as planned, this company will be huge. Heres a list of what to look forward to in the future:

Products and Markets

Lifeline is focused on the development and marketing three proprietary systems designed to assist in the early detection of breast and ovarian cancer. Simultaneously, it will introduce the Arthronet Blackline of arthroscopic shaver blades and hand instruments.

Arthronet™ , Blackline Blades are utilized in arthroscopy. These products will be introduced to the market place in the fall of 2003, with first orders anticipated in October.

Nipple Endoscope™, the first technology to be designed for in-office detection of breast pathologies related to nipple discharge. Under clinical investigation and CE market preparation. Formal introduction in European Market in early 2004.

First Warning™ the first in-office technology to be designed for establishing high risk for breast cancer risk and assisting in breast cancer detection. Under clinical investigation. The system has a previously approved 510-k from the FDA, but still requires additional testing and approval for product claims.

OVA-SCOPE™, the first technology which will allow the in-office visualization and biopsy of the ovary for the detection of ovarian cancer. Under initial clinical investigation.

You only think this will head to the "dime" department? This should be headed towards the paper cash over the next year (IMHO)!!! They have TOO much to offer in a demanding field!!!!!!! This is a true gem!!! $1 ...here we come!!

Posted by Tonyg032001 on :

Just an opinion on LifeLine. I believe the company might sell their patent and license after they get approvals. They don’t have the cash to fully develop the product and bring it to fruition as it should be. I believe they will make a handsome profit for their work and the stock price will reflect this… But I don’t believe this is one for the over the dollar per share. Too many shares also.

We’ll make some good money with this one, however, we’re not going to retire on it.

TONY AND MOOSE; YOU ARE BOTH RIGHT ON ABOUT THIS STOCK.

HOT TICKET ITEM(S) <----- PLURAL UP AND COMING FOR LBTT.

THEY ARE HARD UP FOR MONEY AND HAVE ISSUED MORE STOCK TO RAISE MORE CAPITAL.

NOW WITH SUCH OUTSTANDING SHARES, LONG TERM OUTLOOK IS NOT GOOD IF YOU THINK THIS STOCK WILL SOAR TO THE $5-$25 RANGE WITHOUT A REVERSE SPLIT. TONY IS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT ABOUT THIS.

THE CURRENT PRODUCT(S) <----- PLURAL AGAIN ARE A DEFINITE HIT. MOOSE IS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT ABOUT THIS.

$2.50-$3.50 IS A REASONABLE EXPECTATION FOR THIS STOCK TO GET OUT AT THAT POINT. LOW ENOUGH TO NOT NEED A REVERSE AND NOT SO HIGH THEY HIT THEIR CEILING.

MONDAY (YESTERDAY) WAS A GOOD DAY FOR LBTT BUT I SEE A DECLINE BACK DOWN WHICH IS A GOOD THING FOR THOSE WHO NEED A FEW HUNDRED THOUSAND SHARES FOR $5,000. I THINK WITH THE CE MARK APPLICATION PROCESS, 6+ MONTHS WILL BE THE TIME FRAME. NOT SURE ABOUT HOW LONG THE TIME FRAME IS FOR THE SHOT UP TO $2.50/RANGE AND I'LL TAKE A WAIT AND SEE ATTITUDE ABOUT MY FEELINGS ON THIS ONE.

DO REMEMBER, MOST RECENTLY HEALTHSOUTH (HLSH) SHOT UP FROM .08 TO $3.25 IN LESS THAN 90-DAYS. ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO!

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CORRECT ME IF I'M INCORRECT IN ANY AREA SINCE I LIKE TO BE PROVEN WRONG EXCEPT FOR THE FACT, FACT FACT FACT THIS STOCK WILL SOAR!

THIS IS AS CLOSE TO THE SURE THING AS YOU CAN FIND...

I think them attending two big conferences, one this month and one in march, will get the attention they need to pick up financing from a big company. Not for one second do I think they will sell all their patents and licenses, I believe they will follow through on their products till the end. I strongly believe in this company and what they are doing.

U4---I'm not looking for $5-$25, I'll definitly be happy with $1, and a R/S would most likely be needed to get up to $5+

Also, they are expecting CE mark approval anytime now...they predicted a Late-fall 2003 date.
-----
According to Jonathan Reeves, Vice President of Operations every effort is being made to meet a “mid-fall” deadline for obtaining a CE mark for the Nipple Scope™ and begin introduction of the Nipple Scope™ at several important medical meetings in Europe and the US. Reeves added, “I think the major introduction of this exciting new product will take place at Europe’s major medical meeting in Hamburg, Germany, were Dr. Mokbel will being presenting a clinical paper concerning his experience in using the scope.”

I don't believe we will see a dip down tomorrow at all. I think tomorrow will continue what today started. After 12 noon monday, the stock stayed steady and didn't drop below 0.0125, I think this is the new support.

Taking a look at the charts, it looks pretty good for this breakout to continue. Macd on the rise again, momo is good, and the stochastic is crossing 65, which, in an overbought situtation identifies the price is about to explode.

all IMO on my DD

This should answer some questions...

-----E-mail from LBTT MR. HOLMES

In my previous email, responding to yours dated 11/14/03, I did not address all of your questions. I'll attempt to do so now.

The CE mark filing is on schedule for early this December.

We have not secured financing, though our efforts continue. It seems we have several promising opportunities.

Concerning a reverse-split in the next 12 months. Though we currently do not anticipate a reverse, near term, it is extremely difficult to predict the next twelve months. There are numerous undefined factors that could impact a decision, not the least of which could be the financing terms that may be required once a funding source has been determined.

About the FDA, our First Warning System will require a PreMarkeing Approval (PMA.) However, before we can approach the FDA, we need to complete our clinical trials. We are currently working to reduce the False Positives, an outcome of our Argentinean work. Once we have a satisfactory solution we anticipate proceeding with the clinical trials. The best estimate we have at this time, the clinical trials and their results being submitted to the FDA could take approximately 18 to 24 months to complete. While we feel we will be successful at FDA clearance of our PMA.... there is no guarantee.

Concerning our other two women's cancer products.... The Nipplescope and the O-scope, these products, for the US market require a 510K. We are acquiring a 510K for the Nipplescope. We believe, but have not confirmed, that the O-scope is covered by a predicate device.

The CE we're filing this December covers the Nipplescope for marketing in Europe and in most Asian countries, particularly, China. We're hopeful and it is quite possible we'll be introducing the Nipplescope to the US market sometime in 2004

I hope this information, while much of it tentative, is helpful in addressing your questions.

Best regards and thanks for your interest in Lifeline Biotech.

Jim Holmes, CEO

How do LBTT's products compare to PWRM's? I just received a glossy color promo in the mail for PWRM. Never heard of them before - but they're on the OTC and around $3.00 per share.

They claim they have developed a revolutionary test that could detect breast cancer 6-10 years before any symptoms appear. Isn't LBTT's nipplescope supposed to do the same thing?

Thanks in advance.

PS: Anybody else get the color promo? It's called Boitech Fortunes. I've gotten similar mailing on stocks that were $5 when they printed these things, and $2 or less when I got it in the mail. Pump and Dumps I guess. But the breast cancer - and entire cancer industry - is something I'm VERY interested in......
