.006 Sweet, where do you think resistance is mach? still between .0065 and .007? Does the resistance drop when it stays down for a bit? thanks Would love to see this thing break, but it looks like it'll hold a six for a bit here according to L2

Does anyone have an email address for the company? I would like to ask them if they have any pending PR they are about to release.

mach, dude, you're feeling it as of late. This may sound forward, but I'd love to know exactly what you do to spot stocks. I've been spending all my free time reading books, surfing, trying to learn any way I can, and I figure being able to learn first hand from someone exactly what they do in DD could only benefit us all. I don't want to be a leach for the rest of my investment life, I want to be the guy who spots the big one and can help everyone make some money. Dude, I'd really appreciate a reply. Thanks for everything so far, and I hope I can return the favor in the future.

First... Resistance doesn't change... will be the same... but once it breaks... the surge... It's a balance of where buyers and sellers meet... eventually one or the other wins... in this case... eventually buyers will overpower sellers as there will be less sellers each time it approaches resistance... because new buyers(in the .005's will hold and expect bigger gains) the next big run... could be the one to break resistance...

Some people seem to think trading penny stocks is simply about the news... I tend to disagree ... as you can see for example that there has been no news and CYTP continues to move up strong and MM have a difficult time accumulating shares on any down move...
Believe it or not... Technicals are a super big help... If you learn to read technicals like MACD, RSI, Moving Averages and so forth... and how... the movement of these technicals predict stock movements... then you will gain big time...
Sometimes we can disseminate news forthcoming by looking for volume increases... MACD changes... MA crossovers and so forth....
I do a quick scan of several hundred stocks... look for good technicals and then look at historical news to predict an up and coming stock move..........
I make the most money from looking at the oversold stocks... and looking for technicals that would indicate a change in trend... often when they change from being controled by there bears to the bulls.... you reap that greatest gains...
I also look for stocks... for example that are hot today.... look at their technicals and decide whether they were a pump and dump or if they are really hot! Some of these stocks are pump and dump... Example... Today I see that CESY is up 61%... maybe it will close up 100%... That's great... missed that run... but I look at the technicals on this and see that this is not a pump and dump stock... They look good... but I know that soon..... There needs to be profit taking... People will sell into huge gains... that's ok. and not uncommon... I will look for an entry point on CESY in the middle of next week as I know that it will continue upward from here..............

Mach: That is awesome advice. I'll be printing that out and highlighting all the indicators I need to be aware of. Its perfect timing to hear that those are the indicators you use, because I just got done with a book on indicators like Volume, MA's RSI, etc. Where do you get the stocks your start your DD with, and what software or brokerage do you use????? Thanks again. That info is helping me develop my process of DD. I'm really trying to be able to evaluate as much as I can, and be as effective as I can as to help myself, and the people who I've learned from on this board. I can't thank you enough, talking to someone is a great compliment to the books and other sources. It just kind of sinks thing in better, and gives you more trust that its really working in practical applications. Have a great weekend and go cytp

Here's a visual... Can of soda pop! Shake it hard enough! Crack the top! And soda just surges out everywhere......... That's what will happen with CYTP once it breaks resistance... It may be sometime next week and it will be a fast... dramatic move!
Watch for this .0065Bid/.0065 Ask... Watch what happens when it turns to .0066! Shake the can.... pop!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK guys, this is going to probably sound stupid, but it just felt right. I sold at .0058 because of the big wall at .0059 and .006. I figured with that, and it being friday afternoon, we'd come down a little, that and theres not much support on the bid side. Maybe I just got stir crazy, anyone agree with this move? Probably more importantly, anyone disagree with this move? Thanks

Skat, I understand completely what you did, but I just shy away from selling on Friday unless it's some unique situation. In fact, my original intention had been to hold off and buy CYTP today, but I just couldn't pass it up yesterday when I felt it had reached a bottom, and who's to say it won't retest that. What I've found is, you NEVER know when news comes out, the overall market changes, whatever, and you're sitting on the sidelines watching a stock that has gapped up on Monday. Hopefully things will turn out okay for you. Good luck !

Actually, the buy is still pending, plenty of time for second guessing. I just need BAMM out of my way. I have my order at .0054, so we'll see.

Skatchmo... depends... there are some long term holders here... It is Friday... but I don't see a lot of profit taking...maybe because of all the selling over the past week... good luck...

I'm going to buy back in before close to avoid the idea of it gapping up over the weekend. At the worst it looks like I'll buy back in at even, I'll be out commission fees, but not much more, and I'm ok with that. Hopefully it comes down, I'm set at .0055 now. We'll see.

Glad to see u made some green today on CYTP and LSTA! LSTA will rock Monday without any new news at all... entire float will trade there... That should take it to .03 or more! Wow!

Also... Will Monday be the day CYTP breaks resistance and makes the big move we've been anticipating... We shall see... Moved up strong today and light volume... When the volume picks up... This could very well be it!!!!!!!!! Good luck!!!!!!!!! Be patient! It will happen!

Breakout! Had to reply here regarding your trading account! $85 to trade 400,000 shares! That's crazy! It would be even crazier if you paid it to buy and sell! Wow!
Breakout! Wow! If you made 100 similar trades.. you would spend $8500 vs. Ameritrade $1099 and Etrade $999. I watch cost everywhere! Definitely say close that Schwabb Account! That's crazy! In time that can add up to a lot of money!!!!! Imagine 1000 trades per year! $85000 to trade penny stocks... !!!!!!!!! Vs. 10999 Ameitrade and $9999 Etrade. Big difference! Shocking!

Mac, regarding the commission I pay; I have no choice; it's a restricted account. Believe me, I know how bad I'm getting ripped off; I'm working on opening another account with one of the discount brokers.

Breakout...we are in the process of moving our retirement(restricted) account from e. jones to Ameritrade. It is quite a process but should be well worth it in the end. E. Jones charged us $100 when we sold $4000 in stocks a couple of weeks ago. That was the final straw.
We use freetrade for our trading account at $3.00 per trade and the 1st 20 trades of the month free! That's the account that is fun!! I don't think freetrade handles restricted accounts though. I am very happy with freetrade and ameritrade.
good luck to you, art.for.life

I'm thinking about jumping into lsta this morning, and pulling out of my position in cytp. The only problem with that is if I go in like that, I'll have to wait till thursday to go back into cytp. I have the three day wait thing on Ameritrade. Do you think this will wait that long? I'm hoping so. Thanks in advance for your comments.

In your particular scenario.... I would continue holding CYTP. Nobody knows when CYTP news will be released. But when it is... you will likely be highly rewarded.
I recommend ETRADE as cash is always available next day.

nice mach, thanks for the info. I think I'm going to do as you said. I'm recalling on another principle of yours that big runs usually only last about 2, maybe three days if you're lucky, and lsta had its two on thursday and friday. Just my novice thought.
