Legolas, this is the first step in moving this company that has been stagnant for a while. This quarter should be interesting. If you are looking for a quick run, this is not the stock IMO.

Kev,
Screw those guys man (with Christian love), they just don't know what to do with a Christian from Texas... lol Its been way too long man. I'm the guy that e-mailed you from Tucson. I lived in Dallas for a bit(consider myself from there but they make me call myself a Louisianan). Don't know if you remember but I miss seeing your posts.

Kevin - GREAT to see you post! Come on back buddy! MOST of us miss you - and the heck with the rest!

This stock is doing nothing right now. 32.5K today. And it won't with a 25 % spread.

dont believe in MM signals?

heres proof from our very own UVCL

1-15-04 Thursday at 15:34:43 (market time) a 400 share trade went by at .038. {followed by two .038 trades one at 100,000 at 15:41:25; and the last trade @ 15:48:12 }

400 = Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand

And what happened Friday 1-16-04?

UVCL opened at .039 with a 15,000 share trade. And .039 ruled alot of the day, but not a fraction over. which kept us out of .04anything. Which in some "day range" charts look like high .03 and low .03. Its a poke at our panic-nerve. Anyone going off of a .00 digit chart may bail after today{rookie I know}.Thinking "man there went the .04's". When in reality it basicly was .04 all day. What happens? More cheap shares for MM's. all this is IMHO. BTW 3 trades {in last hour or so of trading} totaled 70,000 shares & all 3 trades were at .036. These were the only .036 shares all day. nothing like a good ole MM hammer on price to mess with you!

If enough holders sell it may bounce off .030 again to satisfy these greedy freaks! If we do , guess what I intend to do? AVERAGE DOWN!!!!!!!! Bring it on MM land!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Math is too cool. and on paper shes primed and ready to GO!!!!!!!!

Capt: Speaking of MMs:

Hey you guys ever read NITE's filings?

Interesting about NITE's last Q10, and some fun thrown in too!

I love this line in their Q's and K's....this from the last 10Q

"Securities sold, not yet purchased, at market value
$2,633,328,385"

Those Shortin' SOBs!!!! Now check out this link. I believe it's Knight and the other MMs trying to figure out how to zing us!

Wed. - Friday TS logs for UVCL 1/28 - 1/30

might help some unravel whats happening lately. Looks like the remaining CD's clearing to me. Collaboration on RB board has determined we are at 87 million current (today) Outstanding Shares (someone there called the TA). With that OS we have added enough shares to have all but eliminated the CD's. Lets hope next week we get back to CD-free trading. Then up!

Id there any particular volume we can look for today to signal what tomorrow will hold?

ie. Volume today being equal or greater than yesterday would lean toward a gap up tomorrow etc......

Guess we are officially UVCLE now - 10K STILL not filed........

I guess all that can be done now is set your GTC to sell at wherever you need to and forgret - I mean forget (gee - forgret like REGRET?) about them.

The trading shell alone is worth a couple of hundred thousand. Don't know how these new reverse merger rules may affect it - haven't read much about them yet. Maybe Sean will still be able to put something together........... in the road tar business or whatever!

hmmm...still waiting for any peep of news on the merger with Daytonabrands. It's been almost 4 months now, and we've been hovering in the low .01s with virtually no volume for weeks now. Hopefully any day now we will either hear about the merger, or the 10K figures.

If you read through this old thread you can see exactly how high this stock might go. But then again, you can also see how it is doing its typical thing...hanging around at a standstill while people wait for news/filings.

In short, there are two scenarios in my opinion: #1) we get news and this turns out to be the greatest investment ever, maybe going as high as .15 or higher, or #2) we get no news, or bad news, and we drift off to subpennyland, never to submerge again, with a lot of angry people cursing themselves for wasting their time and money.

In other words, lots of moneybags or lots of bagholders. I'm just hoping it's the former.
