I wouldn't pay more than .025 - .027 for it - AND BE PREPARED TO SIT ON IT FOR A WHILE, as MMs are doing what they want with it.....

Spread is too big. Could go back down to .01 - or up to .10 - you never know with these OTC.

If I wasn't stuck in it, I'd be buying ADVC, CESY, LBTT, HTDS, IDGE and PGHI. In fact - if UVCL spikes and I get out with enough profit, I'll put $1,000 or so into each of those 6 at my target buy prices.

Good Luck to you

Hey Uncle Milty!

I thought you were out buying RE today with all your IBZT money! ;-) Think it keep soaring - especially when it's on TV at 11:20 tomorrow?

ANYONE have a good read on the UVCL chart? I have NEVER seen a stock act sooooo weird for sooooo long. Gaps in trading today for an hour, 2 hours, and nothing the last 45 minutes. The 20% rise was artificial, imo. To me, by looking at T&S - it looks like TCDM traded 2130 shares to itSELF to get it to .031

Happy New Year All!

What a nice year-end surprise yesterday afternoon!

I'm holding almost 4 months now. MMs all moved up yesterday and it SURGED til close. The MMs at .035 on Ask got eaten up like the turkeys they are! LOL If mkt. had been open another hour - I think we would of been over .07 - .08

I have to be on road most of tomorrow - so I'll only see what happens < 10am and > 3pm

Uncle - if you haven't left for vacation yet - The next 3-4 sessions could FINALLY do it for ou 'weird' little stock, eh?

Kevin - got youe email - enjoy your vacation

IMAGINE if Sean Fulda (CEO) would issue PR letting us know which end is up???? We'd FLY

Take care,
Steve

we finally got some volume. i have almost half a mil shares so i would really like to see this do it's thing again. it certainly is a wierd to the bone play. like a cliff hanger mystery with an occasional chase scene.

i think i need to spend the day at the beach if i can muster enough energy. guess i'm getting too old to play rock and roll till the wee hours.

Hi Everyone!

Hope you all had a GREAT holiday! I'm glad now that I had to be driving Friday - I guess I didn't miss much afterall! Uncle - I thought we were going to FLY Friday, but I guess a + is a +! The way we were going New Year's Eve, I think if the marked had been open another hour we would have hit .08!

According to Theresa in the home office, our new carrier is 02. A friend of mine on RB has a few links posted on that thread if you care to read further. I just hope the PR we've been expecting is this week. Let's hope last Wed.'s momentum comes back today. First full week in 2 weeks! Best of Luck to us all in the New Year and ALL year!

Here's some info on 02:

Darn UVCL is getting more weird by the day - after a heck a vol. run at the close of the year.
I may sell almost 1/2 my UVCL tomorrow morning and see if I can grab some more IBZT if it dips back to .022-.025

Wish I had done it Wednesday morning!

Good night all,
Steve

Hey Guys -

If you have any spare money I'd buy as muh UVCL BEFORE the bell for whatever you can get it for. Right now it's .03 x .035 with no trades for 3 1/2 hours - but that should change at tomorrow's open!!!!

I'll let you know why at 4pm!

Hey guys!

I FINALLY got a response today to an email I wrote to CEO Sean Fulda about a MONTH ago. Did you guys notice 2/3 of all buying was done in the last few minutes? I was lucky to get more @ .031 - yet I had my order in to pay ful price of Ask of .036 - it dropped for a little bit I guess.

Here's his email, and a few others I know got them today too, so keep your eyes open!

"Steve,

We were unable to issue the PR before Christmas and it will be coming out shortly. Please keep watch and you will learn the answers to your questions from our upcoming releases.

Sean"

Notice he wrote "Upcoming Releases" with an S on releases??!!??

Just Playin - I emailed you personally earlier. Check your mail...

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

UniverCell Signs Agreement With O2 as Primary Provider of GSM Services
via COMTEX

January 8, 2004

BALTIMORE, Jan 08, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ --

UniverCell Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UVCL), a leading international cellular phone rental company, announced today that it has signed a GSM service agreement with O2, a leading provider of GSM services, based in the UK.

Sean Y. Fulda, CEO of UniverCell Holdings, commented, 'This switch to O2 will provide us with an upgrade in the quality and pricing of our GSM service and will help us to maintain our superior standards for our clients' communications needs.'O2 provides GSM services together with their roaming partners in over 130 countries. O2 will replace Orange as UniverCell's primary provider of GSM services. Multiple factors led management to replace Orange as the company's primary GSM provider.

O2 was chosen based on their ability to provide top-notch GSM service, with exceptional service levels, that UniverCell requires for its clients. Additionally, O2 offers a superior level of customer service that will benefit our customers with quicker response times and a dedicated team of experts available 24 hours a day. We will be offering our customers a choice of the Nokia 6310i bluetooth capable phones and the Motorola V66, with the O2 service in countries around the world.

This new agreement signed with O2 brings with it a host of benefits to UniverCell. The agreement will allow UniverCell to increase its profitability exponentially as we increase our sales revenue. Lower costs of service provided by O2, as compared to Orange, will decrease our average cost of goods while increasing our average gross profit per revenue dollar.

UniverCell intends to create a new marketing program with specials offering the new service on the O2 network. We will be instituting a travel agent co-marketing program offering the first week of rental complimentary to customers flying overseas.

Good Morning All! I think EVERYONE on this thread feels a LOT better now. ALSO, if Sean comes out with another PR on WHAT they have been doing to expand the income source to put them where we had thought they were headed - even better. MOst of us already understand that a poor Q4 shouldn't have made they pps drop anymore than where we already are. If it's DECENT now because of debt restructuring - SUPER!

I wanted to sell my IBZT to buy more UVCL, but it was dropping too fast. I didn't REALLY want to sell it- I wanted to 'borrow it' for a few hours @ .06 or so, double or triple it up here today, and go back into IBZT cheaper, as I'm sure, imo, after the PRs about CES success, that could be another IDNW. I was lucky to get a little more UVCL at .031, and my young son got some at .032 -- By the way, I think, imo, for any of you who have some extra cash, that IBZT at UNDER a nickel and more UVCL under 4 cents will look like STEALS next week.

UNCLE - you must REALLY be loving these rides and the possibilites of TODAY/next week on BOTH IBZT & UVCL!!!! I'm sure all of us here envy your ability to keep gathering up more free shares. You must sleep VERY well at night!!!! You could wake up a zillionaire - but you'll never wake up broke! I'm trying to do like you - but it's TOUGH, and hope to be doing well that way by summertime.

MOST of the picks I posted here on New Year's Eve for Anthony (Cugini99) have SOARED. My problem is - I can SURE pick 'em and research them, but have this bad habit of not knowing when to lock in profits. I guess I got trigger-SHY after watching NEOM go from .01-.43 in 5 days, AGIS from .01-.73 in a day and 1/2, and UVCL from .01-.17 in 4 days. The only time they CONTINUE to go up is RIGHT AFTER I SELL THEM!!!!! After holding IDNW for 6 weeks, I walked at .158 with 340%+ profit. The NEXT morning it went to .24 -but it TOO (now GLBT by the way) has rolled up and down even hitting .10 the other day and bouncing right back to .17

I LOVE a bunch of those .002 - .008 sub-pennies. WELLLLLL - the 3 .002's I picked are all .003 and over now. CESY shot up to .0045 right after open yesterday, and closed at .0029..........Go Figure. I KNOW we'd all like to have just 1 SONS or ARGY or even better - but was CRAZY; MTOH. Hoping and trying to do the right research to pick the "NEXT NEOM" will eventually pay off for many of us. And even with a NEOM, it shot up to .43, but closed about .27 that FRIDAY. And was back in teens to single digits within a month.

By the way - I've seen LOTS of pennies SURGE during lunch on FRIDAY's! I'm GLAD today is FRIDAY!!!! Get ready for what should hopefully be a nice ride again!

Best to all,
Steve

Kevin, your discussion of stocks was a great way to make us all think of ALL aspects and your dialog is missed. People bashing your point of view stinks as well as bashing you personally is totally unacceptable. Wish you would post more, I like your insight, even if I don't agree with it.
