Thats what I am looking for , and FAZ came up 2 bucks with the market coming down just 50 points to 180..So that one might jump back up EOD or in the morning

Well I had today all ass backwards today,,gonna have to hold all .I am all in with FAZ and MSFT .So gotta wait for a reversal , there should be a selloff EOD I would think with all the profit taking that will be going on today with the market up 350 today..rott

Well Morpheus did you get out of anything or are you going to hold?I am kinda stuck holding FAZ , I though it would re-trace with profit taking EOD but still heading down on me,, I am going to hold for another red day to get out..

yeah..i sold off half my shorts toward the end but still took a beating..not cool..i did buy 1000 shares of MSFT at 19.95..so if tommorrow is up this will go up too...my hedges did not cover my losses which were brutal..ouch..

Morning all. looks like DOW will re-trace a little this morning, futures down over 100 so far..shorts are up , which is what I need because I was on the wrong side of the market yesterday.My Fault should have folowed what was happening not what I THOUGHT would happen..One of these days I would think I would learn something. [Big Grin]

I sold off MSFT yesterday a little over 20 to cover margin while I wait for FAZ to recover a little of my losses..So playing catch up today..

Just to show you how backwards yesterday was MS had 2 BILLION of rev LOSS yesterday and traded UP on that news..Now coming down pre market,
MS opened yesteday at 14 ran to over 17 with those losses posted..Now down to 14.60 , And the people on the news are saying that people playing ETFs are pulling the market down by playing the market short..Man do they have it backwards...Just my ramblelings his morning waiting for the opening bell,,,,

shoulda got out at 2:00 but thought the news yesterday would drive it up not down and by the time I saw it it was 40 so I held for a normal EOD down run to get out , that did not happen ..

Yeah, I am not going to be playing it that hard. Wish I could hold it long enough until your break even point, I would make $500. I will get out of FAZ and BGZ if I am up $50 or so on each. I have to be pretty careful right now, because I am most likely going to be taking all of my Scottrade funds to buy another car this week or next, and I don't want to jeopardize (sp?) my ability to purchase the car.

Regarding MS and GS, I just can't understand things either. Both of them missed expectations by quite a bit from what I read, and both of them traded up ??? Maybe I was mislead somewhere.

I dont know SoAngel , this market has really got me stumped, I was in FAZ because the fed fin numbers where that low and it ran like crazy yesterday and killed me..I am trying to figure out where to run but the market is doing totaly opposite of what you would think.. So I need to set back and calm down and watch my assets today and see how many losses I can get covered the rest of the week..

I dont know if you are watching CNBC now but they are talking about MS now . Yesterday open at 14 came out with news of 4Q losses of 2.29 billion and still trading 1.25 higher than yesterdays open in pre market...This is one of the reasons this market cant be figured out..Where do you go with it..
