I couldn't understand why MDII wasn't reacting better to today's double PR. I had a suspicion though and did some checking after market today.
This is what I found: This prospectus relates to the public offering, from time to time, of up to an aggregate of 5,094,723 shares of common stock, par value $.01 per share, of MDI, Inc., by selling stockholders or their pledgees, transferees or other successors in interest. The 5,094,723 shares of common stock consist of 3,376,620 shares of our common stock currently held by the selling stockholders and 1,718,103 shares of our common stock issuable to the selling stockholders upon the exercise of warrants. We will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of these shares of common stock.
