you know, whenever i see someone mention MMs, it makes me think of how it used to be like in the african bush: when someone in a village would get sick, their family would go looking for the evil witch who put a spell on them.. soooo effective as a cure, omg.

i guess what i'm saying is that it doesn't matter about MMs.. if they are indeed trying to move the market against you, what can you do? stand there like that guy at tiananmen square? what for? and if there aren't any MMs in play, the market's doing what it is doing.. unless you're swinging a real big line, you can't make it move your way.

i think at our level of the game, it's more like surfing than like tug-of-war.. [Smile]

SDRG (.76 this morning) ran up to .90 on volume -- quick up in the morning, strong finish in the late afternoon.

i think it may be a good play for tomorrow.

Bernanke testified before congress. he says we are in for slowdown. some of the congreessional reps were pretty angry.
CISCO was the big story, they say that orders from financial institutions are down and that means the housing/mortgage problems MAY be beginning to affect the braoder market in significant way. Ford posted pretty good numbers considering.....

SWVC .. if it was going to break .028 (which it doesn't look like it will at the moment) we'd be in for a nice ride, probably to around .32 or so.
looks to me like it's gonna test .23 again instead..
