i've got a couple stocks that look like they're in the right position for a little bullshi .. um, bullishness, i mean.
the recent running favourite LUM .. it's been pushing up the 2.0 mark for a while .. they paid off their credit line, but have a class-action suit against them.. so the fundamentals are oh so clear i won't even consider them... the chart looks like it's making a congestion zone right around two dollars.. if that becomes volatile to the upside, the large gap from early august could get filled. well, let's leave the prognostication to the fortune tellers, and keenly observe what happens instead.
the second candidate would be ECPN.. based around .40 for a couple months or so, recently spiked to test resistance at .75 .. it corrected since, but on dropping volume, and now it's congested around .60 again. once more, this isn't a "jump in now" situation; let's watch this sucker until it makes a move. if it breaks .75 with gusto, another .20 shouldn't be a problem.

ICBM moving on news, but a few months ago they announced a share buyback and then jacked up the a/s. Be careful.
