my ideal situation?

during the day, tickers and some solid hint of movement is fine. If it's GOING fast? ticker alone is a great hedzup...

please follow-up, though.

If it's a news or PR play? please supply the "nut-graf"... ie, your "cut n paste" take on the kernel of the release.

*If you are found to be fudging/lying, etc? VERY SERIOUS ramifications...*

After hours? post as you will, but don't spam--ie, if a post needs to be long...so be it. But don't then return and return and return. Da players here are expected to be quick...

DO realize this: the best plays here develop in 5 minutes, sometimes 15-to-30 minutes. The hold-time might be longer than that, but the buy window is usually minuscule compared to swing-trader parameters.

During trading I might post only the ticker, as it's ramping up...

Hit 52 weeks low. Any positive news from the florida lawsuit brings this from 3.75 back up to 5. Might do that anyway due to the analyst upgrade just cuz the stock is so low!

Danger though, that if there's bad news on the lawsuit (over the purifiers), it could go lower.
