Well..we know that the merger is still on...and the hopes of going to the AMEX is still there... But they have extended the time from the end of March to June... whereby we amended the date Cryobanks was required to close the Merger by from March 31, 2007, to June 30, 2007. All other terms of the Merger Agreement remained the same as originally signed.
So it is still the same stock with the same goal....just delayed...

thanks for the feedback. I guess I am just looking for some opinions and you guys raise very good points. I too am still around, just dont want us to get the short end of the stick. I would like nothing more than all of us to make some great coin.
i leave for out of the country sunday, so will miss a whole week of the board and the stock, i will hope for the best.

BioStem, Inc. Reports Merger Process Progressing to Its Final Stages Audited Financials to Be Released BioStem, Inc. (OTCBB: BTEM) announced today that their planned acquisition of Cryobanks International, Inc. (CII) is progressing to its final stages as anticipated. Audited financials are scheduled to be completed the week of March 26, 2007, and will be released immediately thereafter.
Verbal confirmations received by Cryobanks International, Inc. from the private investment fund group, indicate that the $9.0M capital infusion remains on course and will be executed within its initially forecasted time frame. If funding from the private investment group is completed, Cryobanks will satisfy the last item needed to complete its merger into BioStem, Inc.
The Merger, which is contingent upon Cryobanks raising at least $10,000,000 pursuant to a private placement, has been extended to March 31, 2007. If the financing successfully closes, this will put Cryobanks substantially over the $10,000,000 financing condition, and BioStem and Cryobanks will immediately proceed to close the merger.

Right sherri...you should be able to buy back in for less than what you sold for...and then make the $ back...Or at least that would be the hope...

Well, looks like today's another sucky day, i think your selling was actually a good move. I want to sell too but if i sell i lose money, which has come to be the norm for me. If i got out, as soon as i did it would skyrocket. So the bad news for you guys today is, i'm hanging on to my shares! haha!

I lost on it too, but I was already used to it in my account...was hoping it dipped low so I could buy back more shares for the same price and ride it up again. It is almost back where I sold at....*#$%

Moving back up...rather easily... I would hope that it can clear the 2.20 by early next week...and then depending on the financials...who knows... Today's dip and PR made it a little more interesting...
