I dont know, i didnt expect to see any forms for selling, given that most of my experience with these financing deal stocks is that you are aware of the amount, but dont know when they will be sold...

Jo, that's a great idea. I'd imagine that they will be selling in small chunks like that for a while, in order to not cause a panic so the warrants are worth something. Obviously they wouldn't want to have the price start crashing down.

I know, but the warrant holders aren't going to allow the stock drop under $3 and have their warrants become worthless (unless of course, they short the stock).

the warrants are good for 5 years plus:
from the 8K 1-31-07:
The Warrants which are exercisable for a five year period commencing on the sixth month anniversary of the Closing Date, contain cashless exercise provisions, which apply in certain circumstances, and full ratchet anti-dilution provisions.

for the long haul....at least till June, these jogs in PPS are to be expected. These inside sells happen frequently in every market. % wise they are not enough to jump up and down about.

Exactly. Look at FRPT. Pulled back from $24 to $16, led by insider sales.. now almost back to $20.
Just represents buying opps. As long as the fundamentals don't change, PATIENCE is the key.
