Not to mention dilution on 191,000 share day. I dont think so!

volume has been too low to dilute, trump vodka has been selling tremendously everywhere I ask. Probably just slow days as people wait for numbers.

What would you expect for the stock price of say GM or Ford if the CEO were to publically say "i would never drive a chevy or ford car, are you crazy, im only running GM because i just want a piece of the money in the market out there".

Welcome to donald trump.

He demotes his own product. He says he has not and will not drink it, and he is whoring out his name.

Im suprised its risen this much.. Lucky to all of you that have/are making money on it.

Soon enough it will lose the cliche factor, afterall, why would you drink trump vodka if trump doesnt drink it?

*shrug*

**
This was from a december 2005 article.

"This morning on Don Imus's syndicated radio show, which is simulcast on MSNBC, Trump said he doesn't drink vodka, has never and will never taste the stuff that bears his name, and has had second thoughts about it given that he knows several alcoholics, including his late brother. "I know it's like tobacco companies making cigarettes and then advertising 'don't smoke,' which I think is ridiculous." he also said, "But it's a legal product and if I don't sell it someone else will..."

Just My Lonesome Opinion... Not exactly a good way to promote your product.

Sorry repo, not pickin on you..

Im sure theres alot of people that see this product that is designed to be a cliche factor, a celebrity name, but then the celebrity has no affiliation with the product..

What would Air Jordan shoes be worth if Jordan never wore em? not a whole lot..

Ill shove it where the sun dont shine when the stocks doubles though.. [Razz]

Would love to agree with you, but unfortunately that is a horrible arguement. The vodka itself is made in Holland and of great quality. Trump is having Trump Vodka parties, holding the bottle in his hand etc. He is promoting it. He does not drink any type of vodka, but that does not mean his product isn't good. In case you havent noticed, sales have been great. Ive looked around locally and the product is flying off the shelves. Bars are serving it, there are free wine tastings, one hotel in new york has trump vodka in its specialty drink. The bottle looks and is designed nicely. Trump may be arrogant, but he is all over the press. You'll be amazed at the stock price at the end of the year. I even know college students here that are buying it just based on the fact its the "new cool" thing and its from Trump.

Keep bashing though, it wont do you any good. Drinks America has top notch management, prior VP of seagrams, Founder of Sobe, prior CEO and chairman of Bloomingdales. They know how to run a company. Wait until Rheingold Beer (New Yorkers love this) expands nationally, and Newmans Sparkling Juice is rolled out nationally.

Trump Vodka hasnt even hit all 50 states yet, wait until it hits internationally. Wait until you see Trump Vodka on the Apprentince...and you probably will. Take a look at this

Sounds like a link to the Apprentice...

This needs some more DD...

I came across this article/**** tonight that I found interesting. It seems to suggest that Donald Trump on his radio show "Weekly Wisdom" talks about what team loses a task but doesn't say who is going to be fired and an episode talked about a Trump Vodka task. Read this and see what you think:

Trump's Weekly Wisdom, "Creative Balance," is not only nonsensical, but only tells us in retrospect which team will lose, and not who will be fired. He explains that only a "great" businessperson can "decide between practicality and creativity," and we get a clip of a marketing pitch where the poster shows a picture of Trump Vodka with the bottle projected up the building. "That's a very smart ad," says Trump, but what he means is, "My buildings are very tall and erect and yooge and girthy and powerful, and will **** you into submission. My vodka should be no less virile, and I thank you for demonstrating that, even though Absolut has done this same campaign eleven times, starting ten years ago, and even has done holiday variations on the theme. Good work." He explains that you "have to be able to strike a balance -- if you don't strike a balance it's not going to work." See, it's practical because it shows the bottle, and because boys think liquor = sex, but it's creative because Trump is ****ing gross, and that's the balance. He thanks them again for their presentation, and then they leave so Miss Universe can tie him up and make him vacuum his office naked.

http://www.televisionwithoutpity.com...8/index-4.html

Bottom line is Trump is in the game to beat his buddy, the founder of Grey Goose. Anything he endorses he wants to succeed and this will. I've tasted the stuff, and it is much better than absolut and midgrade vodkas. Have you seen the amount of press out for Trump Vodka. Full page ads in some newspapers already. Stocked in Albertsons and many other places. Estimates of 150,000 cases sold this year....that's laughable. They should and will do much more in my opinion.

Look at Jones Soda, no one even drinks that stuff. You never hear about it either. its a double digit nasdaq stock.

These are horrible comparisons. Trump doesn't have to drink the vodka for people to drink it and enjoy it. The vodka is great quality and if it tastes good, people will buy it, just knowing they are also buying a "celebrity" status drink. He doesnt have to drink it. This is an outrageous arguement. Also to bad your article from 2005 is so outdated...we have made leaps and bounds since then

Tim, as I responded to someone else, do you REALLY think celebrities who endorse products actually use them in most cases? That's naive at best.

Oh i agree completely. Its one thing not to use them.. But its another thing to publically say you "will never" use them.

But i should've been more clear, DKAM is more than just trumps drink, and my comments were only directed towards the trumpster.. DKAM is still good in my book and all of yours im sure.

Hello Gang..

A total noob, been watching these posts for the better part of 6 months now. Trying to listen and not speak whilst I learn, although trying to learn everything on investing is like mastering Golf.

Anyway doing some digging I am noticing New York and Playboy magazine slam this Vodka. Both give it 2.5 out of 5 stars. (or bunnies, depending on the source) Playboy called it "Too Tasteless" (?)which leads me to believe there are a lot or people that would love this thing to fail just because it's trump.

As for Rheingold beer, it sucked then, and it sucked when they tried to bring it back 10 years ago. Does anyone remember that?.. people lost on Rheingold not too long ago...
I know beer. Bartended. Even made my own. Kids dont drift off Bud, Miller, and Coors b/c they want to be cool. Girls who dont like beer drink Corona. Those who like real beer drink the crafts like Sam Adams. (Goooo SAM!) But this stuff is neither.
Rhiengold brings back memories of old degenerate alcoholics who bould buy a 6 pack every night at a deli I worked at long ago- When bud sold for 5 bucks a 6 pack this stuff was 2.75... it's 25 day aged bear whizz. It's part of by gone era that should be forgotten, and DKAM will lose money on this 'malt liquor for the aged' and abandon it in 2 years just like whoever bled on it a decade ago.
Tell me you drank Rheingold and liked it.. please...
