Very good day IMO. WWAT followed the DOW movement all day, which is good to know that was why it dropped and not some unknown reason.

But WWAT is an OTC? I'm not trying to argue more to just understand and learn something maybe. Are you saying the typical investor of WWAT is "big board" minded, in that they think WWAT being listed on a big board is a not a question of "if" but "when"? Just getting in early, etc...

Basically I am just saying in my opinion that the reason for the decline late day was due to the overall market. This speculation only allows me to think that there is not another huge reason (such as insider selling, RS, etc) as to why it went down. Just giving me more confidence.

Here are the two charts to compare intraday. You can see they both had a somewhat steady climb and started to fall around the same time and jumped back up EOD.

This stock has been following the overall market to a "t" When it went down to 1.185 the market was correcting hard at the same time. i would expect it to be listed on the NASDAQ if anything

What i saw today was a big buyer not the small guys was buying. He was using GSCO(gelbaum?) Once he left the stock did not have the strengh it had all day. So the profit taking took it down to 1.75 on nothing. The volume to bring up to 1.995 compared to what it came down on is a joke. Smart money is buying this at all levels

Look at the history of Gelbaums purchases. He increased the number of shares he bought at the higher levels. My calculations has him with about a .97 average on just under 22 million shares

Yes, but consider the possibility that people who swing that sort of a line may have a different time frame in mind. This stock may get big, but it could take a couple of years to get there.

Excellent observations otherwise. You must be watching the it trade during the day.. do you look at level 2's?

WorldWater & Solar Technologies Receives Order to Provide 10 Mobile MaxPure(TM) Solar Units for Darfur, Africa
Each Portable Solar Unit Can Deliver 30,000 Gallons of Clean Drinking Water Per Day

WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (OTC BB:WWAT.OB), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, today announced that the company has received an order to produce 10 Mobile MaxPure™ units for use in Darfur, Sudan. The proprietary portable solar driven water pumping and purifying units, purchased for an aggregate of $775,000, will provide approximately 30,000 gallons of safe drinking water daily at each of 10 sites across the ravaged desert region.

Thousands are dying each month in Darfur, mainly women and children, and the WorldWater Mobile Max systems will supply fresh water for approximately 60,000 persons per day. Deliveries are scheduled for late September/October with installation in October/November.

“We are honored to build these state-of-the-art water pumping and purification units that can operate anywhere, starting in less than a half-hour after arrival at site,” said Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO of WorldWater. “The units are built in tough, sturdy 7-foot cubes which unfold automatically to deliver some 3.5 Kilowatts of electrical power. They can produce water from wells or surface sources 24 hours per day, directly from the sun during the day and from a bank of batteries at night. We expect Mobile Max to save many lives in Darfur,” stated Mr. Kelly.

The Mobile MaxPure™ is a portable, solar-powered pumping and water purification system. A self-contained, stand-alone unit, the Mobile MaxPure™ is also equipped with a satellite based communications system and a 3KW inverter with battery bank for emergency power needs. Compact and rugged, easy to operate and maintain, the Mobile MaxPure™ harnesses the power of the sun to bring water and electricity to those in need. It can be powered by solar power alone or in combination with an optional back-up generator. The Mobile MaxPure™ water purification system incorporates a multi-stage micro filtration process and ultraviolet light treatment to sanitize water contaminated by dirt, silt, bacteria, cysts, worms, parasites, viruses and other pathogens.

Any stock that is not performing one way or another on its own will follow the market... it has nothing else to do.

The fact that an OTC is following the market doesnt mean it belongs on the big boards, just means that nothing spectacular is going on with it.. its just riding nuetral... waiting for news or rumors to make it stray from the market.

PENNINGTON, N.J., Aug 29, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (WWAT.OB) (formerly WorldWater & Power Corp.), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, announced today it will build a photovoltaic system up to 1.2 Megawatts to provide electricity and water pumping power for the Valley Center Municipal Water District (VCMWD) of Valley Center, California. The system will be owned by Solar Power Partners of Mill Valley, California, which will operate it for VCMWD under a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The actual size of the system will be determined by the results of environmental and site engineering work.

The system will use WorldWater's proprietary AquaMax(TM) drives to provide pumping power for drinking water and irrigation. VCMWD is the second largest water provider in San Diego County behind the City of San Diego.

Gary Arant, General Manager of VCMWD, commented, "Our Board's vote for this project was enthusiastic and unanimous. Throughout the process, all involved recognized the importance of securing clean, reliable, cost effective electric energy to meet our commitment to our customers and community. With this in mind, WorldWater, VCMWD's staff and Solar Partners worked very hard to bring this project to this point in the process. We are very excited and anxious to keep the project moving forward and bring it on-line as soon as possible."

In 2006, WorldWater worked with VCMWD's Board of Directors on a project feasibility study and later procured rebates on their behalf from the California Public Utility Commission through the California Solar Initiative Program. WorldWater will engineer, supply and construct the system, and will maintain it for Solar Power Partners. The planned site is near VCMWD's Betsworth pumping station in Valley Center. Pending environmental study approvals and final engineering, construction will start this year with completion scheduled for May 2008.

Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO of WorldWater, said, "We were selected largely because of our patented AquaMax(TM) technology which has proven itself highly effective in water utility operation. It's the only system that seamlessly switches back and forth from solar power to the grid or uses solar power alone for the multifaceted and critical pumping needs of a water district when the grid goes down."

Craig Hunt, Co-Founder and CEO of Solar Power Partners, said, "SPP is greatly pleased to have the Valley Center Municipal Water District as our PPA customer, and to be working closely with WorldWater to develop this exciting project."

Aquamax(TM) is the unique solar technology capable of powering electric pumps up to 1,000 horsepower and operates automatically in combination with grid, battery and diesel power. The system operates unattended and protects customers from paying peak grid rates during sunny periods. WorldWater is designated as a preferred solar supplier by the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA).

Solar Power Partners, Inc. (SPP(TM)) is a developer, owner, and manager of mid-size commercial solar energy facilities, built and operated to provide solar-generated electric power for commercial, educational, public sector, industrial and agricultural customers. SPP(TM) provides an innovative turnkey service that bundles development, financing and on-going operations tailored to meet customers' specific needs, though the use of Power Purchase Agreement financing.

California's State Legislature authorized the Valley Central Municipal Water District in 1911. The District serves residential, commercial and agricultural customers in northern San Diego County and covers over a 100 square mile with nearly 300 miles of water lines.

PENNINGTON, N.J., Sep 11, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (WWAT.OB), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems announced today that it has signed an agreement with Prime Solar Senergy, S.L. of Barcelona and Madrid to be WorldWater's exclusive representative in Spain.

Prime Solar Senergy (Prime) will act as WorldWater's marketing and logistics partner to acquire and fast-track large scale photovoltaic installations throughout Spain, such as the multi-megawatt, 5-year project announced by WorldWater with a Letter of Intent in July with M&G Promociones de Vivienda Urbana, S.A. An executive mission from WorldWater's U.S. headquarters will depart next week for Spain to meet with Prime and M&G in Madrid to negotiate final contracts with M&G to build three 10-MegaWatt (MW) farms over the next three years (10MW each year) and two additionally planned 50MW farms in the fourth and fifth years in Lorca (Murcia Province) Spain. If final contracts are successfully negotiated construction is expected to start in 2008 for the M&G project.
