I do not have the abilities to check the charts, but it looks like someone just sold 150,000 shares of eglf.

Can someone check if this is true?

This is pretty rock solid at the .19 & .195 pps. For the past three months, it has never closed lower than .18.

I'm thinking this support should hold right up until the PGA show later this week.

Be sure to pull up a 2-year chart for EGLF and see what happenned to the price during the PGA show last year in January 2006. This year could be even more dramatic because they'll have the additional interest from their "golf shot" video.

With the unseasonably warm winter in the East, Golf stocks are hot. Look at what Callaway (ELY) has done over the past week.

As a follow up to the E21 -- PGMC distribution agreement, which provides for the sale of E21 shafts through PGMC's long established dealer network ( http://www.accragolf.com/deal-usa.html), PGMC hosted a E21 special golfing event for its top 80 dealers.
PGMC hosted a special E21 dealer introduction event prior to the Orlando PGA Show 2007. PGMC conducted a product knowledge seminar to demonstrate the many features and benefits of E21's shafts. These include the shaft's spineless and symmetrical properties, low torque, ShockBlok(TM) reflective energy and vibration conductivity restraint system, and Contact Signature Tuned(TM) -- CST(TM) features. "The event was a real success! It showcased the technology and performance advantages of E21 shafts. The best way to experience the E21 difference is in play, and that is exactly what the top 80 dealers with proven expertise in club fitting and building did today. The response was overwhelmingly positive", said Michael McDevitt (E21 V.P. Sales North America), who together with Bill Dey (E21 COO) attended the event.
The introduction of the E21 shafts through PGMC' s network will also give E21 shafts exposure on Tour. In the last 18 months PGMC's ACCRA shafts have been used on Tour by more that 100 PGA Tour players. "The combination of the extensive dealer network and the existing relationships on Tour, will give E21 shafts the exposure we have been looking for," said Bill Dey, E21's Chief Operating Officer.

All,

There's been several of us playing this for months. There's been a lot of good PR for this company lately. The financials up to this point have been bad but looking up.

Can someone take a look at the financials with the possibility that they will make a profit due to the above distributorship.

I'm trying to decide whether or not to invest further.

EGLF0.19, -0.01, -3.0% ) (FRANKFURT: BJQ), a manufacturer of advanced Scandium Alloy golf equipment, introduced its new line of Emc(2) clubs at the PGA Golf Show's Demo Day held in Orlando, Florida.
Introduced at the Demo Day for the first time to hundreds of US and International retailers and distributors were Emc(2) irons, wedges, hybrids and golf bags. Also unveiled was the prototype 460cc Emc(2) Scandium/composite driver. Thousands of balls were hit with tremendous feedback on all products. One club pro was quoted as saying, "The combination of improved distance and accuracy and the remarkable feel of your Emc(2) irons are very impressive." Other comments included; "Your shafts feel like butter," "I have never hit my irons so straight" and "Your ShockBlok(TM) feature is certainly as advertised. While I have bad tendonitis I've been hitting balls for close to an hour and feel no pain whatsoever."
"The reaction to our Emc(2) products at the Demo Day and subsequently at our booth and hitting center at the show has been extremely positive," commented Mr. Bill Dey, e21's Chief Operating Officer. "We are very pleased to offer consumers clubs that can lower their handicaps by providing increased distance, improved accuracy and consistency. We have spent considerable time and resources designing the Emc(2) line. Our designer Mark Myrhum has done a tremendous job improving the performance, playability and look of all our golf products."
Also launched at the PGA Show was the new "space-inspired" look of the company with its crisp orange and black logo stating simply e21, on a clean white background. The aggressive coloring is a reflection of the cutting-edge technology e21 has brought the golf industry, and can be seen on the cover of Golf Today, a special-edition which was circulated exclusively at the PGA Show.
The Emc(2) two-piece construction irons (2-LW) are progressively offset to maximize trajectory. The wide sole makes it easy to get proper launch angles from all lies and the hollow design provides an increased Moment of Inertia (MOI) for greater accuracy on off-center hits. Emc(2) iron heads are made with an ultra high strength steel face plate for increased ball speed while saving weight for optimizing Center of Gravity (CG).
Emc(2) hybrids (18 degrees, 20 degrees, 23 degrees, and 26 degrees) are also Progressively Offset and made with an ultra high strength steel face plate. Weight is strategically placed in the head for low CG and ease of launch while the CNC milled scrorelines control width and depth and are the maximum allowed by the USGA.
Each iron and hybrid is Contact Signature Tuned (CST(TM)) to e21's Scandium shafts for true contact with the ball. All new products continue to feature e21's game improving Scandium Alloy Eagle One shafts.

The award was presented to e21 CEO Nataliya Hearn at a ceremony held during The 2007 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Florida on Friday, January 26th. This was the 14th year for the ING Industry Honors. Created to recognize outstanding achievement in various business categories within golf and industry-wide, they are considered to be the "Oscars" of the golf industry. CBS Golf commentator Mary Bryan was the master of ceremonies for the event and states "My hat is off to e21 for their efforts to bring golf to outer space and back. The worldwide attention they have created for both e21 Scandium and golf in general is remarkable."
ING is a non-profit, media-based networking organization whose mission is to bring golf media together with representatives from all walks of the golf industry to discuss issues, exchange information and improve communication. Its Honors program recognizes outstanding achievement in 12 business-related categories, such as product ingenuity, TV commercials, PR campaigns, business achievement, player development, print advertising, golf course design and tournament service.
The nomination process takes place throughout the golf season. Nominations may be submitted by anyone in the golf industry and through sub-committee voting, nominees are narrowed down to three per category, then winners are determined by vote of ING members.
E21 is happy to add this award to their growing collection since the inception of the company, including an award for "Most Forgiving Game Improvement Irons" for e21 Eagle One Irons, sharing the first place with Callaway Golf and "Best Feel" for e21 Hybrids from Golfing Magazine.
"The Golf Shot Around The World was a huge endeavor for us and we are very honored to be recognized by our peers in the golf industry like this," said Bill Dey, COO of Element 21 Golf. "The ING Industry Honors Awards only recognize the innovators and leaders in the industry and we're proud to be considered one of them."

EGLF0.16, +0.01, +3.2%) (FRANKFURT: BJQ), a manufacturer of advanced Scandium Alloy golf equipment, provided an update today on its recent sales initiatives prior to and during the PGA Golf Show held January 25-27, 2007 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
During the past month e21 has met with several of the top off-course golf retail chains in the US and Canada. These companies account for a large percentage of golf sales in the US. Management is finalizing programs with several of these companies and expects to be shipping product to them beginning March 1, 2007. "We have been very pleased with the reception we have been receiving from the leading retail chains," stated Bill Dey, e21's Chief Operating Officer.
In order to effectively handle US sales e21 has retained 10 experienced US Territory Mangers covering much of the US. Territories now covered include Colorado / Utah, Mississippi / Arkansas / Louisiana, Illinois, New England, New Jersey / Eastern Pennsylvania / Central New York, Ohio, Nebraska / Missouri / Iowa / Kansas, Los Angeles & Orange County - California, Arizona / New Mexico and South Texas. "These new Territory Managers represent some of top sales people in the US golf industry," said Michael McDevitt, e21's Vice President, Sales North America. "We expect to have additional Territory Mangers in place this month covering off most of North America.
E21 is also pleased to report that is now finalizing contracts with an additional 6 international golf distributors, covering a number of countries including Korea, the UK, The Netherlands, China. European distributor Golf Professional Services GMBH (GPS), based in Hamburg, Germany is now finalizing an order for approximately 500-1000 sets of Emc2 clubs. GPS sells to over 1,200 retailers in Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal. "Following our promotional campaign in space we have been overwhelmed by the number of high quality international distributors wanting to sell our products overseas," sated Bill Dey. "International sales will certainly play a major role in the success of our Emc2 products."

EGLF0.17, +0.01, +4.4%) (FRANKFURT: BJQ), a manufacturer of advanced Scandium Alloy golf equipment, reported today that the introduction of its revolutionary new Emc2 Driver received great reviews at the PGA Merchandise show in Orlando, Florida. The deliveries of the driver to retailers will commence in April - May of 2007.
The new Emc2 driver utilizes a proprietary Multi-Material, Scandium Cup Face (MMSCF) technology, which capitalizes on the unique properties of e21's Scandium Alloy and maximizes the drivers Moment of Inertia (MOI). The driver proved to be easier to manufacture, and corrected designs of the 2006 limited edition driver. At the center of the driver is a forged, Scandium Cup Face, designed to maximize energy transfer with the largest sweet spot and extreme low angle of dispersion, maximizes distance on drives from all areas of the driver face. In addition, the Scandium Cup Face has by design "softer" hitting surface, resulting in unprecedented, industry-low spin rates on center and off center drives. The result is what e21 believes to be the most accurate driver in golf by far.
The crown of the driver is a carbon composite and in turn, the light-weight aspect of this material allows e21 designers to strategically place more perimeter weight in order to increase club head stability. This has resulted in not only added distance but straighter drives. The sole of the multi-material driver is stainless steel, which adds weight where it is needed and provides exceptional wear resistance.
"I was simply amazed at how forgiving and accurate this club is," stated a top PGA Teaching Professional who tested the Emc2 driver at the PGA Merchandise Show. "I purposely hit drives on different parts of the club face and was very surprised and impressed to see the exceptionally low spin rates recorded on the launch monitor. This is an extremely accurate driver, with such a 'soft feel!'"
"We have spent considerable resources and time with mechanical engineers and our designers designing a driver that best optimizes the unique properties of our e21 Scandium alloy," stated Mr. Bill Dey, e21's Chief Operating officer. "Like our other clubs, the response to our new driver from recreational golfers with high handicaps to PGA Pro's with low handicaps was consistent. Great feel, more distance and superior accuracy was the resounding feedback from the players as well as the launch monitor at our booth. We have a very hot and very accurate driver that fully conforms to all rules of golf."

EGLF0.18, 0.00, -2.8% ) (FRANKFURT: BJQ), the manufacturer of advanced Scandium Alloy golf equipment, provided an update today on the use of its Eagle One Scandium Alloy shafts on the PGA Tour.
Two notable Tour Players put the Eagle One Scandium Alloy shafts into play this past weekend at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-AM held in Monterey, CA. One of the players, a 3-time US Ryder Cup Team Member and former US Ryder Cup Team Captain, tied for 1st in Greens in Regulation at the event with an impressive 79.1% rating. The other, an 11-time winner on the PGA Tour, has 97 career Top 10 Finishes to his credit and is considered one of the best ball strikers on the Tour. Both placed their confidence in the e21 Scandium Alloy shafts this past weekend and it paid off.
"The accuracy our Scandium Eagle One shafts provide continues to amaze me," stated Andy Harris, e21's Director of Tour Operations, "and they're really starting to turn some heads out here on the Tour. Right now I'm working with some of the top players out here, and I'm hoping that we may have as many as 5 players using our products in the weeks to come. Our Tour Van will be at a majority of the events this year and our goal is to capture at least 1 Tour Victory and have several more players using our equipment in 2007. This hopefully will include our hot new Emc^2 driver which I will be getting into the hands of several Tour players very soon."
"Through the efforts of Andy Harris and our new relationship with Premium Golf Management Co. (PGMC) we anticipate having at least 20 Tour players playing our Eagle One shafts this year," commented Bill Dey, e21's Chief Operating Officer. "This will include players on the PGA Tour, Champions Tour, LPGA Tour, Nationwide and Futures Tours."
E21's Scandium Alloy shafts are manufactured using a proprietary 25-step production process to create a seamless, extruded shaft. Variable wall thickness and the alloy's high tensile strength results in a vibration dampening system called ShockBlok(TM) with 270% better shock annenuation than steel shafts that protects golfer's bodies, bones and joints. Each E21 shaft is made from a single piece of Scandium Alloy resulting in unmatched consistency from club to club as well as unprecedented accuracy and an industry-leading torque of as low as 1.4%.

Maybe he didn't want them using his name as publicity.

Who was the other guy?

So, that ball in space is STILL going? http://www.e21.ca/golf_ball_tracking/

When will we see some commericials from this? I'm wondering if their camera didn't work. You'd think that they'd have put something out much more quickly. So maybe they only have the NASA footage which isn't very clear.

Still, hanging in there with this one though.

EGLF0.18, +0.01, +2.9% ) (FRANKFURT: BJQ), the manufacturer of advanced Scandium Alloy golf equipment, reports that its new Emc2 Product Line is scheduled to be featured in the US Airways/America West In-Flight magazine this March.
Element 21's much anticipated line of golf equipment is set for a March release to retail, so the feature could not come at a better time, and will be part of an extensive, yet very targeted advertising campaign they have planned. With the recent merger of US Airways and America West, it has become the 5th largest domestic airline, and operates approximately 3,800 flights per day and serves more than 230 communities in the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America.
The In-Flight magazine is in the backseat of every airplane US Airways/America West flies, and they estimate their readership at approximately 2 million. The exposure this feature will give Element 21's line of Emc2 golf equipment is incredible, and will continue to create buzz around the cutting-edge technology this company has to offer.
Element 21's COO states, "The opportunity to have our company featured in this publication is phenomenal and we continue to be pleased yet not surprised at the interest our Scandium Alloy technology generates. We look forward to the article's release in March and hope we can work with US Airways again."

With 8 locations nationwide, this incredible company truly offers a unique and interactive shopping experience to consumers. In the same vein, Golfers' Warehouse, based in Hartford, CT, is one of the best in the business, and boasts 6 locations nationwide. Their incredible sales staff and commitment to providing customers with superior product reinforces their infamous tag line "Your Game Just Got Better!"
e21 Vice-President of Sales Michael McDevitt states, "We are extremely proud to have our product featured in these retail locations, and look forward to announcing many more in the upcoming weeks. It will be exciting to watch e21 grow, as more and more people tune into the Scandium technology we have to offer. We are very confident they will feel an astounding difference when using our clubs."
All locations of both PGA Tour Superstore and Golfers' Warehouse will have e21 product on hand for shoppers to try before making their purchase. Having exceptional retailers on board to place the Emc2 product line in consumers' hands is truly the final piece of the puzzle when it comes to providing "Distance You Can See." E21 looks forward to a successful debut this coming March.

N-Vest_R

I've been following this stock for quite sometime. Jo and I have both been with it from the start(October)

It didn't look so well then, but now its got to move. These guys are doing very well with the PR and marketing. I'm currently in for 15,000 shares.

I hope others finally take notice.

EGLF0.18, +0.00, +1.7% ) (FRANKFURT: BJQ), the manufacturer of advanced Scandium Alloy golf equipment, reported today that it will be instituting a Product Seeding Program, which will selectively place its highly anticipated line of Emc2 Scandium golf equipment in over 500 off course golf retail specialty stores and green grass pro shops beginning March 1st of this year.
In order to create a trial and awareness program for its recently introduced Emc2 product line, e21 will seed 500 Trial Equipment Sets consisting of 3 - PW Emc2 Irons, 20 and 23 Degree Emc2 Hybrids, and an e21 Stand Bag. All Emc2 Iron and Hybrid club heads feature Contact Signature Tuned technology. This technology, along with the Eagle One Scandium Alloy shafts, provides optimum feel at impact with the golf ball. The Trial Equipment sets will be strategically placed with authorized e21 retailers nationwide. Consumers will be able to demo the full line of e21 clubs, and experience the revolutionary properties and advantages of Scandium technology that e21's Emc2 Irons and Hybrids have to offer.
With Scandium Technology being completely new, it essentially comes down to allowing the consumer to feel the difference for themselves, and with an incredible product line to offer, e21 is confident that when its full line of Emc2 clubs are tested, retail sales will follow. With over $1.3 Million of equipment being invested in this initiative, e21 is standing firmly behind their "Scandium Driven" technology, and making the greatest of efforts to educate both retailers and consumers on their Emc2 products.
Michael McDevitt, Vice President of Sales for e21, states, "We really look forward to supporting retail locations with this initiative. The conversion to e21 Scandium Driven equipment can only happen through trial, that's how unique and different this technology is. We are confident that golfers will feel an astounding difference which is why we're instituting this program."
A list of all stores where consumers can test and buy e21 golf products will be featured on www.e21golf.com in the coming weeks.

EGLF0.17, 0.00, -2.4% ) (FRANKFURT: BJQ), the manufacturer of advanced Scandium Alloy golf equipment, announced today that in recent "Hands-On" player testing administered nationally by Golfing Magazine, their new Emc2 Irons were awarded a "Players' Choice" Award, for the Highest Reader's Rating in the "Best Feel" category.
In this program, iron sets were submitted by manufacturers and tested by amateur golfers all over the country under the supervision of a PGA Professional. The testing was administered to golfers of varied skill levels in order to give a better representation of how all golfers, not just the pros, hit with these clubs. Each iron set is then ranked in several categories: Appearance, Playability, Feel, Distance, and Value and then given an Overall Performance Rating based on these cumulative scores. The Emc2 Irons ranked #1 in Feel against 15 other iron sets that were tested, including Taylor Made R7 Irons, Nike CCi Cast Irons, Mizuno MX-25 Irons and the Callaway X-20 Irons, just to name a few.
In addition to winning the Players' Choice Award for "Best Feel," with an 8.5 Readers Rating, the Emc2 Irons finished with extremely high ratings in every other category, and received an Overall Performance Rating of 8.1, which placed it ahead of almost every other iron set tested.
Comments made about the Emc2 Irons from Golfing Magazine Play Testers included; "Never felt anything like this, the feeling is so solid." Other play testers commented, "Extremely soft at impact, even on mis-hits," and "Everything felt great with these irons."
