RushNet, Inc. Renegotiates for Control of Apple Rush

BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN - News) announced that it has renegotiated for 51% ownership of the new Apple Rush(TM) Company. After further deliberation, feedback and consideration of the benefit to shareholders, RushNet, Inc., and its shareholders, will now have control over the new Apple Rush(TM) Company with a 51% ownership of the brand, rather than the previously announced dividend and warrant options. Plans are still progressing to make the Apple Rush Company a public company.
The Apple Rush(TM) Company, a separate Nevada Corporation, will become an operating subsidiary of RushNet, Inc. As part of its investment and ownership stake, RushNet has funded current initial expenditures and will continue to handle all sales & marketing aspects of the Apple Rush(TM) line. To date, the Apple Rush Company and RushNet have contracted enough Apple Juice and other organic juice concentrates to produce over 50,000 cases of finished product.

Robert Corr President of RushNet noted: "We have sought further counsel from financial advisers, and listened to our stock holders. Worth reading...................

Here is some info for you all from San francisco Fancy food Show.
1.Japan deal. Testing is completed and they are waiting for final approval from the Health Ministry. Stewart is working full speed on Japan and using his old contacts. Importer he is dealing with for years has a client who may do distribution for them. Also waiting for the artwork to be completed. Will distribute to Japanese 7-11 stores.
2.Bob: " Caribbean is coming alive for us". Puerto Rico, Trinidad, Jamaica will be huge.
3. Garden deal is getting final signatures and will be closed within a month. Will get us 500 health clubs and over 100 natural food stores.
4. AppleRush will issue a dividend directly to RushNet shareholders on the record of 29 , December 2006 within 6 months.
5. Japan and Caribbean only will net around half mil by the end of this year.
6. Stewart is also working on Mexico, South and North California, Oregon and Washington. Also looking into some very good opportunity in Hawaii.
7. I took pictures but have to wait for my daughter to help me with it as I never used this camera before.
I left the show with very good impression about personal and their doing. Also with free case of E-Water which I finally tested together with AppleRush (VERY IMPRESSED).
I got tired of trying all this fancy food but may go back tomorrow.
This is all for now, sorry if not well organized it for you.

7-11s in Japan will be huge if it happens .....?
Founded in 1927 in Dallas, Texas, 7-Eleven stores started out as a true-blue American invention. But a Japanese company led by a visionary took the concept and radically improved it. In the early 1970s, Toshifumi Suzuki, a young executive at Ito-Yokado, Japan's largest retailing conglomerate, ventured to the U.S. to inquire about franchising Denny's restaurants in Japan. While there, however, he was more impressed by the 7-Elevens he encountered, so he returned to Japan and brokered a licensing deal that allowed Ito-Yokado to open a chain of convenience stores under the 7-Eleven name. Today, he is Ito-Yokado's chairman and still runs 7-Eleven.

Fancy Food Show Success, E-Water's $10,000 Shot and Puerto Rico.

Held in San Francisco's Moscone Center, the show was attended by over 14,000 buyers and key executives from the Gourmet Foods, Supermarket, Convenience Store, Natural Foods and Restaurant channels plus other Food Industry professionals.
RushNet, Inc. used this platform to introduce their attractive new design for the Organic Apple Rush 100% Juice line which has grown to six flavors, all in 4-Paks; Apple, Raspberry Apple, Pomegranate Apple, Black Cherry Apple, Cranberry Apple and Strawberry Apple. The company plans its first full production of all these items at the end of February.

It turned out to be a fun night for all at the well-attended event. I know you guys havent seen me for ages on here, but that doesnt mean i do not still follow this stock.
I have been trying to contact Corr a few times today, he actually just called me to my surprise, here are a few of the things he stated when i questioned him.

He is not selling shares onto the market
The Garden deal IS going forward and they have put up 500M shares in ESCROW to secure it.
He told me that for future sales related pr's he would put a $ revenue amount(not profit etc.) but just total sale for that transaction.
He also stated that each container he sells/delivers is anywhere from $18k-$23k.

If i get anymore information, or think of anything else he said, i will let you guys know.

Apple Rush(TM) Line On Schedule, e-water(TM) Japanese Label Submitted

(Pink Sheets:RSHN) announces that it is on schedule with its new expanded and redesigned Apple Rush(TM) line ( www.applerush.com) and has scheduled the first production run for Feb. 26. The design work for all the packaging elements was completed earlier this month, as was the purchase of the organic juice concentrates and flavors. The 4-paks have shipped, the bottle labels are printing this Friday, with the shipping cartons to follow next week. To date RushNet has secured enough raw material ingredients to produce over 30,000 cases, with over 20,000 cases more still pending under contract. Revenues from the sales of all these cases would be approximately $800,000.
The pilot production run on Feb. 26 will allow the company to have all six flavors ready for introduction to the natural food channel at EXPO West March 9 - 11, in Anaheim, CA. www.expowest.com. The USDA Organic and Blue Ribbon Kosher Certifications are underway, and are scheduled to conclude within the next few weeks.

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Mar 09, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RSHN) announced today RushNet recently completed the pilot run for its Apple Rush(TM) line of Sparkling 100% juice blends.

Apple Rush Finds Juicy Success at ExpoWest

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Mar 21, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RSHN) is pleased to inform it's stockholders that the Organic 100% Juice Apple Rush line was a sparkling success at the Expo West in Anaheim, CA. Attendance at the Expo, the world's largest natural food show, was up 10% to over 47,000 trade personnel. Their response to the six flavor line was overwhelming; Buyers from Distributors and Retail Chains immediately authorized the line.
Attendees widely praised the company's Organic 100% Juice beverages. Many people who sampled them stated that the Original Apple was better than Martenelli's(R), and taste testers were openly smitten with both the Pomegranate Apple and Strawberry Apple flavors, in addition to the appealing look of the products. Frequently heard was the comment that IZZE(R) and Knudsens(R) do not hold any comparison to the taste of the Apple Rush line.
A Company spokesman stated, "We're bottling 5 truckloads of the 6 Apple Rush beverages soon, and have great expectations for the line. The company has orders from coast to coast as well as Canada and Puerto Rico, and we firmly believe it is because of three basic yet important things; our product is Organic, has broad consumer appeal due to superior packaging, and tastes great, better than the competition."

RushNet, Inc Buys Chicago Beverage Distributor

(Pink Sheets:RSHN) is pleased to announce that the company has signed a contract to acquire the assets of Garden Beverage, Inc., a Metro-Chicago beverage distributor. Garden Beverage will become a subsidiary of RushNet, Inc in an acquisition that was financed entirely by RushNet. The very capable Garden Beverage management team will continue to operate this growing distributorship through the transition period, and they will also play an integral role in the future direction and operation of the three year old company.
Garden Beverage hit its 2006 sales projection with revenues in excess of $5 million, and sales during Q1 of 2007 exceeded those for the same period in 2006. RushNet is implementing an aggressive growth strategy for Garden in 2007 that includes both an expanded distribution territory and deeper penetration into their existing territory for the fine, high-performing brands they handle. Additionally, two new divisions are being created that will focus on health-orientated Specialty Beverages and On-Premise sales. To support all of the above RushNet intends to add additional personnel and trucks to meet the anticipated demand in the 2007 summer beverage season.
