It's a shame that you weren't smart enough to colelct a boatload of RSHN at 0.0003. And, it's also clear that you can't see the value at 0.0035+/-, although the PPS was recently at 0.011.

Perhaps, when RSHN is at $0.035, you'll finally get a grip, but then again - maybe not. In the meantime, try a Rush Cola, you might like it..!!!

Soft-Drink Makers Changing Recipes After FDA Tests Find Benzene

May 20 (Bloomberg) -- Soft-drink makers including Safeway Inc. are reformulating soda recipes after U.S. regulators said amounts of the cancer-causing chemical benzene found in five of 89 beverages tested exceeded allowable levels for drinking water.


Levels as high as 79.2 parts per billion were found in some of the sodas tested by the Food and Drug Administration in the past month, compared with federal rules specifying less than 5 parts per billion in drinking water. There is no legal limit on benzene in beverages other than water.

While the levels ``are low and not a health risk, they are avoidable,'' said Laura Tarantino, director of FDA's Office of Food Additive Safety, in a conference call with reporters late yesterday. ``We insist that everyone should be doing everything they can to avoid the formation of benzene.''

Animal testing has found that repeated exposures to benzene levels above 80 parts per million -- 1,000 times higher than the highest level the FDA found -- causes rapid destruction of bone marrow and various blood diseases. Public health would be best protected by keeping benzene levels below 0.15 part per billion, according to a scientific paper published by the state of California in 2001.

``It's 15 years too late,'' said Richard Wiles, senior vice president of the Environmental Working Group, a Washington-based advocacy organization that recently pressured the FDA to eliminate benzene from drinks. Testing in 1990 first revealed that some diet soft drinks may contain benzene.

The testing and recipe changes are ``a good start,'' he said.

Vitamin C Reaction

Benzene can form in drinks when vitamin C or a similar acid reacts with benzoates, chemicals that are used as preservatives and are naturally present in cranberry juice, the FDA said on its Web site.

Makers of the drinks are changing their recipes after the FDA contacted them about the benzene levels, Tarantino said. The reformulated drinks are Pineapple Crush, Safeway Select Diet Orange, Giant Light Cranberry Juice Cocktail, Crystal Light Sunrise Classic Orange and AquaCal Strawberry Flavored Water Beverage, she said.

Safeway changed its recipe in April, prior to the FDA contacting the company, spokeswoman Teena Massingill said. ``It's been a concern within the beverage industry, so we evaluated all of our soft drinks and found that we needed to reformulate that one,'' she said in a telephone interview yesterday.

Attempts to contact Kraft Foods Inc., maker of Crystal Light; Cadbury Schweppes Plc, maker of Crush; and Meridian Beverage Co., maker of AquaCal, after business hours were unsuccessful.

Detectable Levels

Most of the drinks tested, 54 of 84, had at least some detectable benzene. Tarantino said that even when the highest levels were found, such as the 79.2 parts per billion found in the Safeway Select Diet Orange drink, there was no health threat, as it was unlikely that people would drink very much of it.

A wide range of benzene concentrations was found in different lots and batches of the same drink. That might be the result of different amounts of heat exposure, Tarantino said.

``It should be that even under abuse conditions you shouldn't get elevated levels of benzene,'' Tarantino said. She said the agency is working with trade organizations to ensure that drink makers change their recipes to eliminate the chance of benzene creation.

The reports says the benzene forms in the presense of Vitamin C (or similar acids) and benzoates. I know Rush has no Vitamin C, and I don't believe it has any benzoates either. I am on the road this week and don't have a frontal lobotomy, er, bottle in front of me to verify.

In any case, I know vitamin C is not in the ingredient list, so benzene shouldn't form in Ginseng Rush or Ginseng Rush XXX (my personal favorite). I am unfamiliar with the composition of Rush's other drinks and therefore can't comment.

Nice to get home and see such huge news. Our patented E-water does have electrolyte therapy and to be "medically" endorsed. Wow. People go to the hospital for electrolyte therapy. Talk about a money saver = 500 ambulance and 150 Dr fees with huge hospital supply fees for the saline and bed.

In case anyone lives near Chattanooga... The Greenlife Grocery store on 319 is carrying Ginseng Rush in the cold drink and dry aisles. I bought a four-pack for 5.39. I'm going to try it after it gets nice and chilled. I'll report with the taste test later.

OBTW: Bob Corr just got one of the new refreshment counter "..eWater Coolers.." in, and it really looks slick..!!!

I believe they will start ordering them in bulk now for distribution to all of the convenience stores and health clubs that will be selling our eWater product.

Remember, when you see the word "..we..", that includes you - if you have one share or more of RSHN..!!! This is both management's and OUR company, so do what you can to help get the word out - and Report / TOS any bashers or Board trashers on any System that you happen to notice mucking about or continually harassing other Longs around the place....

PLEASE NOTE: Several of us are doing our level best to have Bob include a "..CEO's Journal.." Page on the new RushNet website that will hopefully be up soon.

It is our contention that stockholders really enjoy knowing about upcoming and ongoing business trips, presentations, events, interesting new items that don't quite rise to the 'issue a PR' level, etc.

The CEO's Journal Page (..with all the typical SEC safe harbor disclaimer verbiage referred to..) will give Bob a place to share scheduling, travel, anecdotes, etc., that may save stockholders a lot of phone calls and him a lot of time.

Paraphrasing a dead politician, "..Ask not what your company can do for you, ...ask what you can do for your company.."!!! A considerable number of your co-owners have made siginificant inroads for RSHN with major retailers. Each marketing accomplishment and ever battle won moves us all closer to the ultimate success we desire.

I'm seeing a real potential for a solid syngergy between RSHN and Health Sciences Group, Inc. (HESG).

RushNet (RSHN) could enhance their existing line of cane sugar sweetened Ginseng beverages with a complementary line of Shugr-sweetened, low-cal, diebetic-friendly complimentary products for the health conscious marketplace. The company has a product, so did QBID. We all no that dillution from QBID's CEO caused its death.

The company is out of Nevada. I normally try to avoid investing in companies that are based in Nevada or Florida. I was excited at first of RSHN's hype. They still may be a possible succes if they do a R/S to reduce the O/S IMO.

The "..Spare Bash Alias.."; You can easily determine that a bogus poster is using a Spare Bash Alias by looking at his RB or Alltoscks profile. http://www.ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/memalias.cgi?member=ogravity When these profiles are a number of years old, and only have a limited number of posts (..compared to a NORMAL poster..) you may be assured that it is a "..Spare Bash Alias.."!!! Whenever RB finally gets enough TOS Reports on these yayhoos, they will lose that alias and have to go retrieve another dormant one for their next Bash Campaign.... Kind of like being a Peaser04, 03, 02 or 01 instead of their originally 'crap-canned' Peaser alais....

So, when will RSHN put out the company financials? That's what all shareholder's want to know! When will PLNI? It's been a year now since they said that they would. That's right the CFO was on vacation last year when they said that the Financials were done, they were just waiting for the CFO to get back from his unexpected vacation.

The way I understand it, there are a number of items that could possibly be reported..........

1) The brewery closing was tentatively scheduled for this week.
2) The Michael Lynch Private Placement for RSHN 144 stock was tentatively scheduled for closure this week.
3) The labels and packaging for the Mexican export products are obviously complete.
4) Perhaps the labels and packaging for the Japanese export products are complete.
5) Perhaps the labels and packaging for the Chinese export products are complete.
6) Perhaps the export labels and packaging to break through the "..Great Wall of Canada.." are now complete.
7) Perhaps there could be other acquisitions in the works that could be discussed.

NEWS OF MEXICAN DISTRIBUTION FUELS RUSHNET STOCK
Company stock spikes after larger than anticipated order is placed

BLUE ISLAND, ILL (June 29, 2006) – One might say that the ginseng-fueled beverages they distribute made for an energetic day after news of a larger order than anticipated from a Mexican distributor caused RushNet, Inc. (OTC: RHSN) shares to spike Tuesday. The shares spiked Tuesday with a 27 percent surge and a $0.0028 finish, with about 82 million shares traded. The spike is attributed to news that the company inked an initial purchase order with Mexican distributor Super Mayoreo Naturista Co. for 4,000 cases of its products, which include Ginseng Rush, Ginseng Rush XXX and Rush Ginseng Cola. The order is expected to be shipped by next week.

RushNet CEO Robert Corr said an order had been expected after speaking with the Mexican company’s principals at Expo West in Anaheim, Calif., but the size of the order surprised them. "While they are the largest distributor of Ginseng products in Mexico we were expecting only a one container order total for our three products. To my surprise they ordered 4,000 cases, three times as much,” Corr said in a press release. “This is a great opportunity for RushNet's licensed products in a country with a significant consumption of ginseng products. We expect Ginseng Rush XXX to be the best seller and when that happens we will bring Rush Cola XXX to market in Mexico as well."

RushNet is also hoping to export the product line – which contains American Ginseng – even farther after an appearance at the Natural Products Expo in Tokyo in September. More than 15,000 are expected to attend the convention. "Sale of raw American Ginseng Root has been heavy into Asia since the 1700's, and we expect a dynamic response to existing beverages and our new 8.4 ounce energy drink, as well as our other Ginseng products at Expo Japan," Corr said. These conventions and expos seem to be a gold mine for Corr’s company. In October, RushNet will also have a booth at the National Convenience Store Convention in early October, in Las Vegas.

"Over 23,000 buyers will be at the Expo," Corr said, "and this is another tier of market penetration RushNet is looking forward to exploiting, and we'll be ready for it. Our expanded ginseng product line, featuring the two capsule packets of American Ginseng Capsules in an attractive counter-top display box, will be introduced at this show and Expo East 2006 in Baltimore the weekend before." The company is also the brand owner of e-water, and recently unveiled the new Organic Apple Rush. “People loved the taste and we have retailers and distributors ready to order the product for this summer," Corr said of the new product.

Last month, RushNet announced an advertising agreement with Plasma Advertising Systems (PAS) for production of video-on-demand spots for the e-water brand. The spot was first broadcast by Comcast Cable in the Chicago area, and can also be viewed at http://www.enjoytherush.com/ewater.htm. "PAS will create multiple info-tainment spots to showcase the benefits of e-water(TM) and other RushNet products, and create awareness about the product at retail," PAS founder Terry Souza explained in a press release. "

RushNet also plans on showing the five minute spot at select gyms in Los Angeles and Chicago. Buyers at those clubs will also receive a simultaneous direct mailing. "We will build e-water's presence in LA and Chicago with our new merchandising tools; decorated counter-top coolers, ice bins and display racks to retail stores, clubs and restaurants," Corr said. The company also recently expanded to larger offices and hired additional sales staff, including Bill Daker as brand manager. "Adding Bill Daker as brand manager for e-water gives us an experienced professional to drive sales of the brand,” Corr said. “Bill is in the process of appointing more distributors for e-water throughout the U.S."

rushlong spoke to Tom at HQ today. He said Brewery deal is being held up on Brewery's end but will happen. He also said that Mr. Corr was at the large 2006 Kehe Show in McCormick Place, Chicago. It was July 30th and 31st. Kehe is a huge distributer which Rush recently signed a contract with. Kehe provides specialty items to more then 9,000 grocery stores in 35 states and Mexico, including Albertson's, Kroger and H.E.B. HEB is H.E.Butt(really) Grocery Co, the largest private co in Texas and the largest food retailer in south and central Texas. This could lead to big things.

What is the OS of this stock? They dont file either since its a pink stock. Do they have any revenue at all?

Honestly , how many people actually buy a ginseng drink? I never would.

Bravo is having a hell of a time getting going and they got major deals.

I doubt very much this stock will ever make it since Bravos product line is 100x better and they are sinking slowly.

Beer aficionado Pete Kroll is getting his wish, but he's also patiently waiting.

Brew pubs - businesses that combine beer production with a restaurant - are on the rise, though owners say keeping them viable is a constant challenge. By the end of the year, three more will open their taps, giving Dane County eight brew pubs.

Two are being built near malls, while the other will open in Verona, one of the fastest- growing cities in Wisconsin.

But Kroll, 59, of Sun Prairie, another of the state's fastest- growing cities, is hoping that his city of about 25,000 people will be next in line for a brew pub.

Kroll owns a business called Glasses, Mugs & Steins and sells glassware. He's also an avid beer drinker looking for unique flavors.

"I don't think we have too many," Kroll said of the area's brew pubs. "I'd be happy to see more because I like to try different things."

According to the Brewers Association in Boulder, Colo., 42 brew pubs opened in 2005 to bring the number nationwide to 979.

But the better news, according to the association, was that fewer brew pubs closed - 58 last year, compared with 83 in 2004. Brew pubs also increased their production, producing 651,623 barrels of beer in 2005, almost a 3 percent increase from the year before.

Association Director Paul Gatza believes the restaurant industry has finally recovered from the effects of the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. And he notes that many of the new brew pubs are being opened by already established brew pub companies.

"Things have turned around the last two years, but before that, it was a very difficult time for brew pubs," Gatza said.

In December, Great Dane Pub & Brewing Co. will open another location near Hilldale Shopping Center. In 2005, the company's Downtown brew pub ranked 10th in the country in beer production for brew pubs.

Granite City Food & Brewery, a Minneapolis-based company, has 13 locations, all in the Midwest, and is building five more, including one at West Towne Mall. The company brews its beer a bit differently than most. It starts the process at a wort house in central Iowa, where malted barley is mashed and hops are added. The wort mixture is then shipped to the brew pubs, where yeast is added and fermentation begins.

"When you get into a chain atmosphere, consistency is key," wort house brewmaster Larry Chase told the Brewers Association publication The New Brewer. "The wort house allows us to better control our consistency in the beer, but it reduces up-front and ongoing costs of having a brewery on- site. You have to sell a lot of beer to keep up a brewery in a restaurant."

In Verona, Gray's Brewing Co. of Janesville will open its first brew pub this fall to help mark its 150th anniversary. The brew pub, part of the Vincenzo Plaza development at Highway PB and Whalen Road, will feature an outdoor fire pit and wood-fired pizza ovens. The brewery operation also will help test Gray's products, which include sodas.

"This is an entity that has its own taste, smell and feel. This will really represent who we are," said Fred Gray, a fifth- generation brewer. "I think there's definitely more room (for brew pubs) because each one is a different entity."

Held at Tokyo's Big Sight Convention Center, Japan's premier trade show facility, the 12,000 attendees at Expo Japan were Buyers and key personnel from Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, and Wholesale Distributors from throughout the Pacific Rim. BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Oct 27, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN) is pleased to announce the following developments:
1) RushNet's relationship with its Japanese importer has gained momentum as RushNet prepares for first Japanese purchase order of e-water(TM). The importer, representing a significant portion of the Japanese beverage market, is seeking exclusive rights to sell e-water(TM) in Japan. An agreement, favorable to both Company and importer, is being fashioned so that consumers throughout Japan can enjoy e-water(TM), a wholly owned RushNet, Inc. product.
2) RushNet is coordinating special holiday promotions for its carbonated products with regional U.S. distributors. Company reports increasing order-flow and strong demand.
3) RushNet is applying for "USDA Organic" seal for its acclaimed Organic Apple RUSH(TM) line. The Minnesota plant packing Organic Apple RUSH(TM) is also applying for "USDA Organic" certification for said facility. Following USDA approval, RushNet, Inc. would become an "Organic Trading Agent."
4) Organic Rush Cola(TM) will be rolled out next summer in bottles and cans throughout the USA and in Canada by early 2007
5) In two weeks, Company will inaugurate a new website featuring corporate updates.
6) The Non Objecting Beneficial Owner (NOBO) list, under intense review by RushNet, counts 4,231 individual shareholders, constituting a significant fraction of total shareholder base.
To obtain the most accurate outstanding share count, Company has further requested ADP provide an exact number of RushNet, Inc. common shares classified as "OBO," i.e., belonging to Objecting Beneficial Owners. Studies show "OBO" share totals generally exceed "NOBO" totals. RushNet expects to publish an outstanding share count and revised official issued-and-outstanding share count in November.

I just got an email from Tom Swan that was a forwarded email convo between him and a Tom Sullivan explaining a lot of the deals in the works. Tom Sullivan asked for permission to post on IHUB and Swan granted it.

I'll gladly post Swan's part:

Hi Tom - You can call Bob next week. I understand that if the Brewery deal happens its not likely to include Lynch.
Garden Beverage is progressing well and has secured its financing with additional investors involved. RushNet will
own a portion of it with the outside investors, and RushNet will manage the whole operation.
Apple Rush is attracting its own group of investors who want to set it up as a separate Co. with RushNet
retaining the marketing rights. The attraction is more capital to work with to bring more products out and drive
them deeper into the market. We have an opportunity in 2007 with no other lines (IZZE, Knudsen etc) being Organic
and in 12oz bottles, the dominant package, to carve out shelf space and market share that won't be as easy in 2008.
The Organic food market is growing 20% a year, and for a while now. Its projected to 32-35 billion by 2009, doubling from
this year. We have 4 new Apple Rush products in development, with 4-Paks for all of them, for introduction in January.
We do want to get off the Pink Sheets at some future point.

ADVERTISEMENT


1) formally registered Apple Rush Company, Inc. as a Nevada corporation;

2) secured world-wide-web domain rights to OrganicAppleRush.com, AppleRush.com, AppleRush.net, AppleRush.org, AppleRush.biz, AppleRush.us and AppleRush.info;

3) initiated transfer of all Apple Rush trademark applications to Apple Rush Company, Inc.

RushNet also disclosed an overview of a previously announced plan to spin-off free-trading shares of Apple Rush Company, Inc. as a dividend to stockholders.

According to Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc, the Company plans to declare a special dividend of one unit of Apple Rush Company, Inc. per a fixed number of RushNet, Inc. shares. The unit will consist of one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc., an OTC bulletin board company, and two attached warrants.

The first warrant will give the unit holder the right to buy one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc. at 66 2/3% of the closing price averaged over the first five days of public trading of said company. This warrant will expire in 45 days from commencement of trading in the underlying security.

The second warrant will also give the unit holder the right to buy one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc. The second warrant will be exercisable until 29 June 2007 at a price equal to twice the closing price averaged over the first five days of public trading of Apple Rush Company, Inc.

Corr said complete specifics of the dividend transaction would be forthcoming.

While RushNet, Inc. expects to complete, before 90 days elapses, the spin-off of its subsidiary Apple Rush Company, Inc. to the OTC bulletin board, the timetables of all transactions of this type are ultimately governed by rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Why even have 2 Rush stocks.
Seems to me they need to first and FOREMOST get one off the groud before they launch, or attempt to launch another stock offering.
So if apple Rush becomes a bigger hit than the other Rush company drinks, do qwe as holders of Rush co 1, receive benifits. IOW are we a holding co?

Yes as RSHN is still the marketing agent for apple rush. Just like how it is now. But with the new company, us RSHN shareholders will get free shares into the new company apple rush. If apple rush sells big, RSHN gets it share as well.

An initial order for a full 40' container of all of RushNet's products has been received from The Natural Food Center (NFC) of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Their order has just been produced and will be shipped the week of December 18. RushNet sees NFC, a well- established company that has earned an excellent reputation within Puerto Rico's burgeoning natural foods industry, as a great fit with RushNet.

NEW YORK - A Stifel Nicolaus analyst on Wednesday said Hansen Natural Corp., maker of the popular "Monster" energy drink, appears ready to prosper in what he described as an underdeveloped category.

In a note to investors on Wednesday, analyst Mark Swartzberg said Hansen, and its Monster energy drink, which accounts for 80 percent of Hansen sales, has grown its share of the energy-drink category to an estimated 25 percent this year and should see that grow to 30 percent in two years. Red Bull is the category leader, with a 38.5 percent shares as of the end of 2005.

The category has "significantly" outpaced the growth in the carbonated beverage category recently, a trend Swartzberg believes will continue. Symbol HANS......

I think that we can all FINALLY agree that Bob has some serious management / control issues and appears to be on the 500 year plan. He expects all RSHN investors to be patient, but the problem is that the human life expectancy isn't that nearly that long. Over 25 years in the making and we're still sub-penny. Wouldn't it be nice if Bob would just sell out and let someone else actually do something with this? [Razz]

After further deliberation, feedback and consideration of the benefit to shareholders, RushNet, Inc., and its shareholders, will now have control over the new Apple Rush(TM) Company with a 51% ownership of the brand, rather than the previously announced dividend and warrant options. Plans are still progressing to make the Apple Rush Company a public company.

Here is some info for you all from San francisco Fancy food Show.
1.Japan deal. Testing is completed and they are waiting for final approval from the Health Ministry. Stewart is working full speed on Japan and using his old contacts. Importer he is dealing with for years has a client who may do distribution for them. Also waiting for the artwork to be completed. Will distribute to Japanese 7-11 stores.
2.Bob: " Caribbean is coming alive for us". Puerto Rico, Trinidad, Jamaica will be huge.
3. Garden deal is getting final signatures and will be closed within a month. Will get us 500 health clubs and over 100 natural food stores.
4. AppleRush will issue a dividend directly to RushNet shareholders on the record of 29 , December 2006 within 6 months.
5. Japan and Caribbean only will net around half mil by the end of this year.
6. Stewart is also working on Mexico, South and North California, Oregon and Washington. Also looking into some very good opportunity in Hawaii.
7. I took pictures but have to wait for my daughter to help me with it as I never used this camera before.
I left the show with very good impression about personal and their doing. Also with free case of E-Water which I finally tested together with AppleRush (VERY IMPRESSED).
I got tired of trying all this fancy food but may go back tomorrow.

7-11s in Japan will be huge if it happens .....?
Founded in 1927 in Dallas, Texas, 7-Eleven stores started out as a true-blue American invention. But a Japanese company led by a visionary took the concept and radically improved it. In the early 1970s, Toshifumi Suzuki, a young executive at Ito-Yokado, Japan's largest retailing conglomerate, ventured to the U.S. to inquire about franchising Denny's restaurants in Japan. While there, however, he was more impressed by the 7-Elevens he encountered, so he returned to Japan and brokered a licensing deal that allowed Ito-Yokado to open a chain of convenience stores under the 7-Eleven name. e-water recently sponsored the $10,000 Half Court Money Shot at a benefit for the South Cook County Firemen's Fund on January 27. It turned out to be a fun night for all at the well-attended event. I know you guys havent seen me for ages on here, but that doesnt mean i do not still follow this stock.
I have been trying to contact Corr a few times today, he actually just called me to my surprise, here are a few of the things he stated when i questioned him.

He is not selling shares onto the market
The Garden deal IS going forward and they have put up 500M shares in ESCROW to secure it.
He told me that for future sales related pr's he would put a $ revenue amount(not profit etc.) but just total sale for that transaction.
He also stated that each container he sells/delivers is anywhere from $18k-$23k.

If i get anymore information, or think of anything else he said, i will let you guys know.

Apple Rush(TM) Line On Schedule, e-water(TM) Japanese Label Submitted

The design work for all the packaging elements was completed earlier this month, as was the purchase of the organic juice concentrates and flavors. The 4-paks have shipped, the bottle labels are printing this Friday, with the shipping cartons to follow next week. To date RushNet has secured enough raw material ingredients to produce over 30,000 cases, with over 20,000 cases more still pending under contract. Revenues from the sales of all these cases would be approximately $800,000.
The pilot production run on Feb. 26 will allow the company to have all six flavors ready for introduction to the natural food channel at EXPO West March 9 - 11, in Anaheim, CA. www.expowest.com. The USDA Organic and Blue Ribbon Kosher Certifications are underway, and are scheduled to conclude within the next few weeks.

(April 17, 2007) – A can of coke has 140 calories; a 15 minute, six mile-an-hour run on the treadmill will take care of that, but consumer trends are beginning to point toward more health-conscious options such as bottled water or tea or diet drinks. So it’s not too much of a surprise that Coke Zero and other noncarbonated drinks helped drive Coca Cola Co. (NYSE: KO) first-quarter profits up 14 percent.

The world’s largest beverage maker reported net income increased $1.26 billion, or 54 cents a share from $1.11 billion, or 47 cents a share. Sparkling beverages volumes were up 5 percent and Coca-Cola reported gains in Dasani bottled water sales which rose 21 percent, Powerade sports drinks sales climbing 7 percent and Minute Maid juice, rising above 10 percent.

The rollout for Coca-Cola Zero to 20 additional markets coupled with strong international sales resulted in the highest quarterly volume growth rate since 2002. Foreign market gains in China and Japan helped offset a decline in North American sales which fell 3 percent.

“We know what we need to do in North America and are carefully addressing the issues,” said Chief Operating Officer Muhtar Kent in a conference call. “It will take some time to achieve the results we desire in this key market, but we expect sequential improvement.”

According to Beverage-Digest, Coca-Cola’s rival PepsiCo. can attribute liquid refreshment beverage growth to its Gatorade, Aquafina and Lipton tea drinks. Support and continual gains from noncarbonated drinks may give inkling as to where the beverage industry is headed.

“With Coca-Cola turning in better earnings numbers, this could show improved operating margins for the beverage industry on aggregate. Smaller companies in the space should not expect that this will affect their bottom lines, but it is a possibility,” said Micros Report Analyst Mike Willingham.

Apple Rush Earns Organic & Kosher Certs., ATO Show Highlights.

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., May 15, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc's (RSHN.PK) Apple Rush division last week passed both its Organic and Kosher Certification inspections, allowing all its pre-sold orders to be released.
Apple Rush Company personnel recently sampled Apple Rush at the All Things Organic (ATO) Trade Show in Chicago May 6-8. The heavily attended show was running concurrent with Grocery industry's FMI and United Produce Shows, as well as the Spring Fancy Food Show, where buyers from all channels crowded the booth and showed major interest in both the bottle and the forthcoming can line. With Apple Rush Company's beverages now fully credentialed, all doors are open to the expanding product line. The company's personnel saw that full potential at the ATO Show with buyers from large and smaller regional grocery, natural and specialty food chains agreeing to take the line on now. The company also received unexpected interest from foodservice buyers, both in the U.S. and overseas.
There was much foreign interest in the Organic Apple Rush line. A South Korean foodservice company, who servers one million meals a day, said they wanted the line as well as a major Japanese beverage distributor is looking to make a commitment to import the line. A key distributor with strong ties to a major food & beverage company who covers all the Caribbean and Central America was clearly interested developing its Organic program with Apple Rush as its centerpiece. There was also a serious inquiry from a high ranking U.S. Military Procurement Officer for developing a worldwide distribution program for the Organic Apple Rush line.

Garden Beverage will handle a good amount of the distribution for those chains that authorize the Organic Apple Rush line.

Gen 2 is now the exclusive Sales Agent for Apple Rush in Asia and all the Islands in between. Gen 2 was already under contract with RushNet to sell and market its e-water brand, and other licensed Rush Beverages, in Japan.
Gen 2 International is a full service importer and exporter of foodservice products and other retail item, as well as apparel. Their services include securing approvals from Government Ministries for new product imports, strategic marketing, HQ new product presentations, loading distribution channels, managing trade show exhibits, and building and maintaining buyer relationships. RushNet Makes Offer for East Coast Bottled Water Plant

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Jun 25, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RSHN) announced today that it has agreed to form a joint venture to purchase a bottled water plant in Northern Georgia. What makes this plant unique is that it lies directly over the largest deep-water aquifer in the Eastern part of the United States, called the Crystalline Aquifer. The plant will manufacture RushNet's e-water(R) brand for the Eastern United States and the Midwest.
The Georgia plant has been operating for over 5 years at this location and its direct access to the unlimited supply from this Aquifer allows for continual expansion at the same site. The water is accessed by a single shaft drilled directly into the Aquifer at over 650 feet deep. The plant can presently access over 300 gallons per minute directly into the bottling plant from the current flow. The quality of the water has been tested by the RushNet technical support team and those results have confirmed that the water is perfect for its e-water(R) brand. With 90 ppm of total dissolved solids (trace minerals) and a great smooth taste, this Artesian water is ideal for use with the e-water(R) formula of 70+ electrolytes and natural fulvic acid.
RushNet will participate in the management and marketing of the plant's products besides its e-water(R) brand, as well as pledge restricted securities during the buy out period for its position in the purchase. Capital expenditures needed for the purchase of additional equipment such as blending tanks and filtration systems will be financed with capital raised from private investment partners.

Well, they kinda screwed up the list- they have Alaska listed as AR, FWIW.

Also, I know for a fact that several of the stores on the list in Arkansas do NOT have them in their stores; rather, they can order them upon request through their distributor. Since it would have cost me the same as mail order, I didn;t bother.

I went to store number 29 and 31 and called no. 32.

(sorry about being late. I was helping my Grandma buy groceries. Sounds cheesy but true, lol)

Allright alopex63 allowed me to utilize his pass to the tradeshow so I went over there yesterday to check out the Booth for Rush and AppleRush and ask Mr. Corr some questions.

Questions for the Show

1. There’s been rumor that shareholders may still receive a dividend of some sort from AppleRush Inc. although it was believed that these plans were scrapped. Is this true?

Yes. The dividend plan is ongoing and the paperwork concerning it is near completion. All RSHN shareholders will be receiving shares in AppleRush when it is IPO'd. He didn't specify whether or not the dividend would be performed along the same ratio as the previous dividend announcement had stated.


2. Are there any thoughts of merging Applerush and Rush into one company and/or uplisting to the OTC:BB stock exchange?

Absolutely! His major goal is to have both companies operating under the same roof and eventually move into the major stock exchanges. He's already in talks with major companies with stocks trading on the Nasdaq and NYSE in efforts to form partnerships or merge with some sort of shell or OTC:BB traded company to slowly climb the ladder.


3. I know that the transfer agent covering RSHN is First American Stock Transfer, Inc. but they tell us to go to company officials for the proper share count. Can you please tell me what the current numbers are for the outstanding shares and the current authorized share count? How many shares are held by the company itself? I know you're asked this a lot but there's still a lot of speculation going on about that.

4. A lot of investors have been under the impression that the number of outstanding shares was much greater than that. Does this mean you've been doing a silent buyback or retirement? If not do you plan to make positive adjustments to the share structure in the near future by way of buybacks and/or retirement of shares?

Corr said that he has not been buying back shares as of yet, but he does plan to do so when there's more revenue coming through as a means of rewarding current share holders.


5. How’s the plan to purchase the bottled water plant in Northern Georgia coming along?

It's coming along nicely. The main thing that is slowing down the acquisition is that the plant needs a blending tank for the production of the e-water. RushNet is budgeting to purchase the plant along with needed equipment and the equipment costing is being done now.


6. Since you decided not to go through with the purchase of Gray’s brewery, do you have your eyes set on any other brewery and or breweries?

No, he isn't looking into brewery purchases for the time being.


7. How did the Deep Ocean E-water version do at the tradeshow in Japan?

The design for the new e-water label gained a lot of attention from consumers but that was all that was displayed at the show in Japan by way of the new e-water bottles. In other words it was just a showcasing of the concept for the bottle design. There will be a production run for the new e-water bottles next month.


8. Has AppleRush made a presentation for the Restaurant Chain that showed interest in the Apple Rush line at its home office in Minnesota?

No, but they will be going to in the very near future. The reasoning for their not presenting as of yet is because the chain wanted them to have an l.e.d (neon) sign that would be put out in the front of all 450 locations showing that they had the AppleRush products (sounds like it's pretty much decided already. The signs have already gone into production).


9. What’s up with the whole approval in Japan process?

The reasoning for it taking so long was that they were having trouble finding a bottler that would be able to take all of the ozone out of the e-water. We're gonna be in Japan strong though. Gen 2 international who we all know (well most anyway) has Japanese 7-11's under it's belt is doing big things for Rush. Speculating on whether or not 7-11 Japan might want Rush products is over, because Mr. Corr has been contacted by 7-11 Japan and they want e-water in their stores.

(RSHN) has increased its authorized shares this week by 6 Billion in order to complete its purchase of Garden Beverage as well as the upcoming joint venture investment in Amicalola Water Co. Both will require a substantial pledge of RushNet, Inc. securities as part of the company's participation. The additional authorized shares encompass a large amount of restricted shares to be held in escrow, pending the completion of both investments.

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Oct 15, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN) recently participated in the Expo East and National Beer Wholesalers Assoc. (NBWA) tradeshows. Both continued to echo the success and accolades that it has consistently received from previous tradeshows for Apple Rush(TM) and e-water(R)

The Expo East show in Baltimore extended the company's outreach to the Natural Foods channel for all the RushNet products and found heavy export interest. A large Distributor from Aruba, who also serves Venezuela and the Antilles, was impressed enough with Organic Apple Rush(TM), e-water(R) and Ginseng Rush XXX(TM) that he flew to Chicago after the show to develop the marketing plan for distributing the beverages in his territory. Strong interest in Apple Rush(TM) came as well from a large Organic Costa Rican Distributor who plans to order for delivery by the start of the tourist season there. A large Specialty Food Distributor that services the whole state of Wisconsin was convinced Apple Rush(TM) would do well for them too.

RushNet's participation at the NBWA Show in Las Vegas was a resounding success in terms of garnering new Distributors for Apple Rush(TM). This show, which is only held every two years, proved to come at an opportune time for the company. RushNet, Inc. Announces Public Initiative for Apple Rush Company, Inc.

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Oct 29, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (RSHN) the beverage marketing firm, announced today that it has successfully moved a joint-venture company, Apple Rush Company, Inc. (Apple Rush), into the public arena. Apple Rush's 15c211 filing process with FINRA has been completed and approved. Apple Rush will soon be trading on the Pink Sheets under the symbol APRU.
Until very recently, Apple Rush was a joint venture between RushNet, Inc. and Rush Beverage Company. Apple Rush operated as a division within RushNet, which holds the largest minority interest in Apple Rush. RushNet originally held 51% of the total shares before the company went public. After the public transaction was completed, RushNet's share ownership of Apple Rush decreased to 45% because there was dilution from the original shareholders of the public shell.
Apple Rush is a producer of 100% Organic Juice beverages. Located in the suburbs of Chicago, IL, it has over 30 distributors that currently market and sell its juices to retail outlets throughout the U.S. and foreign countries.

Apple Rush Announces Shareholder Structure

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Nov 02, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Apple Rush Company, Inc. (Pinksheets: APRU) the producer of Organic 100% Juice beverages, today is announcing their capital structure and corporate history.
Apple Rush existed as a brand for roughly 5 years in the mid-1970s with marginal success; a lack of sufficient sales caused the product line to eventually fall out of the market. In 1980 Robert Corr purchased the trademark of the then defunct company for eventual use by his privately-owned natural beverage company, Rush Beverage Company.
In 2006, the Apple Rush product line was revived as a joint venture between RushNet, Inc. (RSHN.PK) and Rush Beverage Company (of which Robert Corr is the majority shareholder), and a test run of two flavors was produced. Re-packaged and expanded to six flavors the Organic Apple Rush line had its first production run in the spring of 2007. The product has been well-received by the market due to its quality and attractive look, and as a result of RushNet's sales program. Apple Rush Company, Inc. was founded in Nevada in 2006 as a privately-held corporation ("Apple Rush NV"), of which, RushNet held 51% of the total shares and Rush Beverage held 49%. In an effort to attract further funding and increase Apple Rush production to meet the growing demand, the owners of Apple Rush decided to bring Apple Rush NV public through a reverse merger with a Texas Corporation named D-Bar Manufacturing, Inc. ("D-Bar"). The result of the reverse merger was that RushNet received 45% of the total outstanding shares of D-Bar, Rush Beverage received 43% of the shares, and the remaining 12% of the shares stayed with the original D-Bar shareholders. D-Bar was a peculiar and attractive vehicle to the Apple Rush team because it was born out of the bankruptcy of another company, but had no significant operating history of its own, and thus is free of worries about past liabilities, which is a common problem with reverse mergers. D-Bar has never traded on public markets, but was endowed by the bankruptcy court with a shareholder base that left it in a position that it could be brought public. After the merger, D-Bar changed its name to Apple Rush Company, Inc., a Texas Corporation ("Apple Rush"). Apple Rush has filed the necessary paperwork with FINRA and has acquired a symbol under which it will soon trade on the Pink Sheets.

RushNet & Hat Trick Beverages Complete Deal at NACS Show in Atlanta

RushNet and Hat Trick consummated their marketing agreement at the NACS (National Convenience Store Show) last week in Atlanta. The Marketing Plan includes Hat Trick's PUMPED Fitness Water, and Vitamin-Packed ROADKILL Beverages, two new and unique products that have already shown great promise in the Northeast and West Coast markets. This new Agreement significantly expands RushNet's portfolio of beverage products that it represents, and moves it swiftly into two dynamic beverage categories it has not been active in. RushNet, Inc. Announces Apple Rush Advances

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Nov 16, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pinksheets:RSHN) today announced several developments with regard to Apple Rush Company, Inc. (Pinksheets:APRU), the former subsidiary of RushNet, which recently went public on the pinksheets.
Apple Rush will begin actively trading on the pinksheets in the very near future. According to Robert Corr, CEO of Apple Rush, "We're all very excited that we will soon begin trading. Apple Rush Company Announces 3Q 2007 Financials, Public Trading This Week

(Pink sheets: APRU) the producer of Organic 100% Juice beverages, today is announcing that their third quarter (3Q) 2007 financial results will be posted this week. These figures will reflect Apple Rush launching its sales effort in late May 2007 and the acquisition of Garden Beverage on September 6. Therefore, the third quarter results reflect approximately 24 days of consolidated financial results.
