MILLER PLACE, N.Y., Sept. 6, 2006, Sep 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Rockelle Corporation (RKLC, Trade), a franchiser, developer, owner and operator of quick service specialty food restaurants and other food related concepts, is pleased to announce it has passed inspection and the grand opening of another Stewart's Original Root Beer Restaurant will be Friday September 8th, its first in the State of Florida.
As previously announced, Rockelle Corp. entered into a business agreement to initially open ten Stewart's Original Root Beer Restaurants in select Wal-Mart stores across five states. The grand opening of Rockelle's first Florida store, located in the Live Oak Wal-Mart, is another milestone on Rockelle's path to success. It is Rockelle's intention to establish a "footprint" on the East Coast and leverage these initial locations into franchise sales opportunities.
Gerard A. Stephan, CEO and President of Rockelle Corp., said, "We are very excited about the grand opening of our first Florida Stewart's franchise. The Live Oak location now gives us two revenue generating Stewart's franchises, with more on the way. We currently have four (4) locations under construction and we anticipate announcing more grand openings in the weeks and months ahead."
Mr. Stephan went on to say, "As a result of the Stewart's franchise agreement and other licensing arrangements with Chock full O'Nuts and Kahala Corp, we believe we are building a strong foundation for growth in 2007."

There was a help wanted ad in our paper for employees for the Blimpies that is opening at the Walmart here. The guy's email address is Kahala Corp. There's no way to know if this one is one of RKLC's blimpies or not, I guess. But it's opening should be very soon.

Getting real close to the 52 week low of 6 cents with more news of Stewart/ Blimpie openings in Walmarts on the way, revenue starting to trickle in, and Chock Full O Nuts still to ramp up. I'd hold for a big move to the upside. Longer term this could be huge!

I'm still in. I've been averaging down every chance I get. I agree with Geno. Been following this for quite a while made some decent money during the last run and intend to stick around for this run. THe action here is very similar to the last run. This sure seems to be bottom. Still a very loe floater and it will move fast.

It's a bit hard to tell. If we settle in this area without a run today and consolidate. Then get news tommorrow, I think .35 is possible and maybe even a second AM of buying pressure will push it into the meid to high 40's. I'm just going off of the last run which saw .51 before retracing. Float on this is very low under 10 Million. This is Just My Opinion nothing more.

Nice strong close. I still think this has a long way to go. Moved today from .075 to .139 on only 204K shares traded. Without any news. It won't take much volume to get this into the 30's and above. Still something to watch.

Just about to cross the 50 DMA, and has been ridiculously oversold or quite some time. I have been adding to my position in the .06X to .08 at every available opportunity. Recent MM activity is similar to the set-up prior to that great July run. Difference is, now there is significantly more attention (i.e. volume) during this retace.
Also, keep in mind that an SB-2 filed on 9/19 registered about 10 million shares. Not a big deal at this PPS and with a float this small, but something to be aware of when preparing your exit strategy.
Poised for a good, potentially GREAT run, but as always, protect your capital!

Bid and Ask are being jockeyed about today. Ostensibly, it seems like it is an effort to shake loose some more shares. Would not be surprised to see bid or ask droop below .10 today or in the next couple days. It might be a possible buying opportunity.
The most curious thing about RKLC is the tremendous gaps on the ask. Even during the July run, there was always big gaps on the bid and ask Level 2's. Right now (1310 EST 9/26) have DOMS at .105, followed by UBSS at .129 and MAXM and NITE at .20. To me, this disparity is a possible indication of an imbalance in MM inventories and/or a lack of interest in running this up at the current PPS. Either scenario bodes well for a nice run.
It looks like the table is being set, but it could get rocky. Sorta the nature of the beast on these low float stocks.
Anyway, I remain optimistic, but do your own risk assessment and good luck!
