Gordo............made a lucid pps prediction of .05-.08 by Memorial Day!
Currently they have 1M subs, at $5/mo thats $60M/yr. If they only make 25% profit from that after paying the carriers, fees, taxes, employees, etc..., thats $15M/yr Profit, of which BKMP gets 20%, or $3M/yr. Divide that over the 2.5B shares, and you have earnings of .0012 currently. To be extremely cautious, I will only use a P/E of say, 10, and that should make their current PPS .012.
The key is the carriers in the US. I think they can easily ad 4-6M subs by May in the U.S, remember Fox Soccer Channel alone has 20M subscribers in the U.S, and they launched January 7 2004, and are competing against GolTV, as well as ESPNDeportes who compose another 17M subscribers. Furthermore, you cant discount those numbers as being the "Latino Factor", because the big matches from South America, as well as Italy, are televised on UGN, RAI, and Telemundo. These are mostly die-hard fans, who are willing to shell out money to see the international games, just like NFL network, but with a slight handycap since its harder to find the smaller matches televised. On New Years eve, when the majority of the target Demographi, including myself 18-35 year old males were out getting hammered, both UFC and TNA wrestling had a .8 Nielsen rating for their time slots. Thats a total of 1,763,200 viewers on NEW YEARS, while the Times Square Ball drop had 20M viewers. (A single ratings point represents 1%, or 1102000 households for the 2005-06 season, talk about HOT CONTENT...) When the Fight Network comes to the U.S, if it can gain only 4M subscribers, then these numbers will be 5x higher!! (1+4=5, 1x5=5, and .012 x 5= .06) And now for the even better news. . . . the 20% ownership of The Fight Network is the maximum allowable under Canadian law. Now that they are incorporated in Wyoming, and have opened a NY office that will serve as the U.S counterpart to their Toronto HQ (remember, 50% of the Fortune 500 are incorporated in Delaware, but less than .1% have any physical offices there, incorporation is on paper) BKMP will undoubtedly have a greater stake in TFN, with Garrow being brought in with Winnick as the big owners. If BKMP was just some scam company that bought a chunk of this network, Garrows would never tarnish his name by bringing him on board, and stating that they will be working to make their partnership even closer. (If Gordon Gekko bought out your company, and you knew he was gonna be run to the ground, wouldnt you want to distance yourself as much as possible from his name) On top of ALL this, is the HUGE ammount of advertising revenue that this channel will bring in. They already have Xyience on their website, but just imagine the potential revenue for a Network that will be catering right to the 18-35 yo demographic??? Do your own DD, and come to your own conclusions, but I have tried to provide as much info as possible if you have questions.

ATTENTION Fellow BKMPers. Just spoke with Sandy--
Apologized that it has taken him some time to get back w/me, and that he knew the question I had for him has been on the minds of many. In one word, "DILUTION."
We spoke about the TA handling transactions involving liquidation of shares in lieu of cash-payment toward the Convertible Note.
Whatever shares are generated as a result of these trxs. IS NOT HAPPENING NOW because of a TWO YEAR HOLDING PERIOD prohibiting them being traded on the open-market. That is, shares liquidated in lieu of cash paymnent toward the CD cannot be excercised until Fall, 2007.
Sandy's guess is that the supression of share price is likely being caused through those holders seeking instant returns on investment, a.k.a. flippers.
He commented that the problem for BKMP is that it is viewed by those typically trading pinkies as another typical pinkie and thus is heavily traded through flipping.
He went onto comment that even though many choose to flip BKMP that they only have about 45-days left to do so for it to remain profitable.
News releases will start to roll out at that time that will, in his words, "Blow Your Socks Off," basically anihilating the current environment that makes flipping worthwhile.
Asked if he could elude or drop a hint regarding these "earth-shattering" releases, he responded that if he did tell me he would have to kill me. Told him no-thanks, I want to stick around so that I can reap the benefits of BKMP. He laughed and I thanked him for answering the question on the minds of many.
Another observation. I had asked him why he doesn't put out a release to this effect. He told me that up until about a month ago he had time to focus on these types of issues, but that today the demands of this burgeoning company pretty much limits his time to issue these types of PR's. He says that he believes that the share price of BKMP will benefit much more from the effort being put into what is soon coming to fruition. He concluded by reiterating, "Give it about 45 days."

Ready for all fights, all the time? Fight Network starts swinging New TV network's got the fight idea Taking the fight to the fans
Mike Garrow was like a proud papa, watching legends like Bret Hart, Jimmy "Mouth of the South" Hart, George Chuvalo, Chuck Lidell and Larry Holmes parade to the ring Friday night at a Toronto nightclub.
It was a night of celebration ... the official launch of The Fight Network, situated on Rogers Cable channel 427.
A great moment, for sure, for Garrow, who spent so much of his life in Gloucester, just outside Ottawa, developing a passion for wrestling that extended into the family home basement where he would take on all comers -- friends, his brother Todd and cousin James Cybulski of The Score.
Now, the son of proud parents Bob and Betty-Anne, who still call Gloucester home, is co-founder of The Fight Network.
And he couldn't be happier.
"We're all passionate about certain things and I was able to turn that passion into something I do for a career," said the 33-year-old Garrow. "Chasing a dream is difficult, but it happened for me."
Several TNA stars were on hand at Friday's launch, including Jeff Jarrett, Petey Williams, Chris Sabin, Rhino and Sabu.
Garrow points to his Fight Network crew as a great supporting cast. Guys like co-founder Sandy Winick. Brian Sobie. Brad "The Crippler" Sagman. Chad Midgley. And Andrea McCarthy.
"That's the band," said Garrow. "I had a passion to get this done ... and in a lot of cases, I didn't go looking for them, they approached me. In order to have anything grow, you need a core nucleus. Everybody comes up with ideas. These people are hungry to do this."
The Fight Network dishes up a wide variety of contact sports. Stuff like kickboxing, boxing, various wrestling shows and movies.
"It's been great so far," said Garrow. "But if you like it now, wait until you see what's ahead.
Garrow is hoping to extend The Fight Network across the country, including a deal with Bell ExpressVu. But right now, he'll just sit back and enjoy what he's got. And remember that first day when the switch was turned on and The Fight Network hit the airwaves.
"It's very surreal," he said. "Even when we went live on Sept. 22, I sat there and just kept staring at it."

I was hoping for some kind of push on this. I am selling at .00036 all week. Still trying to fill the last of my orders. I am going to dump it and try to get in *.00021 or so. LOL! I had orders coming in at 50,000 shares at .00036 (a whoping $18.00 sold). Then they started to come in in the 1-2mil range. I still have about 8 mil to get rid of.

I have a pick that I think you will like and if you do your DD from the links above you will agree the potential for share price appreciation from these levels can be huge.. This issue is very much undervalued and I expect in the very near future of great NEWS that the fight network will be available in America near you on your cable channel. Of course this is my opinion, but these programs are hot and would make a tremendous addition to any cable channel lineup.
Now I can give a target but in pennyland these targets are never based on fundamentals and difficult to assess.. What I will say is that this issue and if you look at the likes of USXP, GZFX, PLNI, and others, this issue, give or take about the same O/S and less in the float than the above.. At the current price of .0005 with their business model, you must agree that a price higher then where it is now is easily obtainable.
This is now a whole new company with a great business model and in my opinion and I'm sure many of you will agree, this is a very hot trend.
BKMP has the www.fightnetwork.com and is ready to come to America..The company is already and has been airing in Canada since Sept 2005..Fightnetwork debut in Canada Sept. 22, 2005..
