This stock could really break out soon. With the PPV on March 17th broadcasted around North America, means more publicity for the company. It wouldn't surprise me to see this stock be worth .001 by the end of March.

Andy Holloway Canadian Business Online, February 17, 2006
The digital gold rush hardly has traditional media companies shaking in their boots. After all, most of the big players, such as CHUM, Astral Communications and even the CBC, have invested a few million or so into digital (what the CRTC calls "Category 2") television or satellite radio stations. And why not? Despite initial skepticism that sub-dividing consumers into ever-narrower niches would ever pay off, it's becoming clear that there is not only an audience willing to pay a few extra bucks to get more of whatever their current audio obsession is, but also an advertising community that sees the value of knowing pretty much who's watching.
Take the Fight Network. In the pre-digital era, dominated by a handful of networks and a few specialty cable channels, a television station with the tagline "All fights all the time" wouldn't have made a lot of sense. High start-up costs combined with a limited viewing audience would have kayoed anyone foolhardy enough to do it. But in the on-demand digital universe, with entire stations dedicated to horror, books and pets, it's a wonder no one launched something like Fight Network before last October, when the fledgling station hit the air. Fighting fans are rabid about their chosen sport — be it boxing, wrestling or mixed martial arts (a catch-all that includes everything from Thai kickboxing to "ultimate" fighting). And they're a pretty homogeneous bunch of guys — although Mike Garrow, the Gloucester Ont.-born entrepreneur behind the station, says it might surprise people how many women are into the sports as well.
Fight may not have the rights to major events such as World Wrestling Entertainment (commonly known as the WWE) or heavyweight boxing championships, but it does boast a fairly impressive lineup, including Pride Fighting Championship, K1 kickboxing and Showtime Championship Boxing — three properties Garrow believes are the fight world's equivalent of having the NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball. "We're the source for everything to do with combatant sports," says Garrow. "We're not a digital retread. We're showing programs that haven't been seen before in Canada."
Advertisers seem to like it, too, says Garrow. Sure, the station's main corporate fans are specialty product companies like Xyience (energy supplements), Fairtex (fighting apparel) and Cobra Energy Drink, but Molson Coors Brewing Co. and Sony Pictures are also on board. Part of the appeal is knowing who's watching. In this case, viewers are primarily 18-to-44-year-old males — a pretty lucrative demographic for any media outlet to lay claim to. But Garrow says digital channels are less restricted in what else they can offer aside from the standard 30-second spot. For example, Xyience sponsors the Knockout of the week, Fairtex has a calendar listing that is integrated with the Fight Network's web site, and quick Cobra ads pop up into regular programming — something that might offend regular television viewers. The trick for stations such as Fight, says Garrow, is "you have to offer compelling content to keep viewers interested and then come up with creative ways to help the advertisers."
But Fight isn't a one-punch platform. It also has a talk radio show called Live Audio Wrestling: No Holds Barred!, which is syndicated across the country through Broadcast News. And, like most media, Fight uses its web site to cross-promote its programs and offer related information and clips, but it also has three premium web service that costs subscribers $5 to get a look at behind the scenes interviews, profile reports, online chats and interactive games. So far 3,000 people have signed up for the premium web content.
The company won't divulge current subscriber numbers for the network, but chairman Sandy Winick believes Fight could capture 20% of the digital market in five years. If it had that level of penetration today, Fight would have roughly one million viewers, given that nearly 5 million people are now hooked into either digital cable or satellite offerings. "There are a lot of different revenue options available to us," says Winick. "We're not just stuck with the linear television model."
That's probably a good thing. While Fight has built-in options to show roughly 80% of its content in the United States, it wouldn't be a surprise if someone with bigger pockets came along and tried to emulate the station's business model. Armed with the content and a deal with Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. that gives them access to all cable, satellite and telco providers throughout North America, Garrow has plans to take Fight south before that happens.
Imagine that? A Canadian media company fighting the good fight in the south. It could happen, but only because the technology allows it to. by...analyethis

For those that don’t see it, the hand writing is on the wall, IMO! Think about it, with the overwhelming broad based demand and now coverage in Canada, I can not find one reason to believe we will not have similar broad base coverage/appeal in the United States, and then in turn branching out to other parts of the World.
I still feel a few years from now the subscription coverage will be in the 30M+ range, add on advertising and PPV and the gross revenues would be hard for “most” to imagine today, but I clearly see it, and someone will have it, IMO!
OUR company CEO and other executives needs to layout the detail of what BKMP’s take of all this will be, our eventual profitability. He also needs to take us to the next level, to become fully reporting either through audited submissions or reversing into someone who already is and finally detail the share structure for shareholders and potential investors.
The foundation for the longer range vision must be set in motion today asking “where will we be in 24 months”, how do we get there? IS a plan in place and what is it? Unfortunately today I don’t know but can I see no reason why we can not be on the AMEX some day, I sincerely hope he understands this and is addressing it, aggressively.
THE emerging market is clearly here now for the taking, building a power house team with only the “best” professionals in the industry, become fully reporting, buying back the 1B+ shares and then reducing the AS once again to something realistic is the only true path!
IF we want to play with the best in the industry we must act like it first…we must gain our acceptance into the arena of the elite......Then we truly walk the talk, then we will be recognized professionals in our field that others will try to emulate!
Just imagine that!
Good Luck All,

MACD is ready to make a center crossover, Stochastic indicators are now starting to indicate being 'oversold', and of course Accumulation is high!
Really even for pinks...the charts could be the opposite and we would be sitting on a dead cat here.
But as it looks right now....we are ready to reverse. Yes it maybe a bumpy 30 days or so..but we are definately positioned to grow! MACD crossed the center line last December and I think BKMP raked in about $300,000.00. We are approaching that again with the MACD. The MACD refuses to die!

TFN...your last sentence says it ALL!!!! People can shout dilution til hell freezes over and that is NOT why this has not moved. YES, there has been some dilution. The TWN deal involved dilution but not NEARLY enough to make a difference or explain our sideways movement.
There is one reason we are frozen. FLIPPERS!!!!! What is truly hysterical is that it is the flippers, or at least some of them, that are wondering why this won't move.
I read 8 or 10 posts just tonight from people talking about having their offer on the bid and they aren't getting fills. Well gee whizz I wonder why???
THIS WON'T MOVE WHILE EVERYONE KEEPS TRYING TO BUY THIS AT THE BID!!!!!!! Do you guys get it???? It just will not happen.
If the people flipping this had just made their buy at the ask and left it alone they would be MUCH farther ahead than they are on all their flips combined.
It is CLEAR the MM's want/need shares. When they gobble up your shares on a sell at the ask this confirms it. But what we have are a TON of genius (sarcasm HEAVILY noted) traders that think these little flips are productive and that they can flip a few shares and still enjoy a nice pop. NO WAY, not gonna happen.
There is WAY TOO MUCH pressure on the bid and there has been for going on two months now at least.
Even with no news if there wasn't the kind of bid pressure that we have this stock would be out of triple zero's EASILY!!!!! I mean EASILY!!!!! If you have hundreds of millions of shares traded and it's at the ask, this WILL go up. Folks, we own the MAJORITY of the float. If the ask gets hammered and I mean hammered hard this will move up quickly. We've already seen it happen, but the flipping FAR OUT WEIGHS the buying at the ask.
So everyone might as well quit wasting space here saying this isn't moving because of dilution because that is just flat out bull ****!!!!! This isn't moving because of the CONSTANT bid pressure followed by flippers that then turn around and sell after they get a tick or two profit.
Nobody can tell me that isn't the case, the story tells itself if you watch L2 all day. It's doesn't get any clearer.
Despite all the flippers we have there will be news that will move this and hopefully leave these flippers out and chasing. I don't know when that PR is coming but I would guess it will be in the very near future, and I don't mean months from now. I'm not gonna leave myself open to a bunch of "I told you so's" by trying to pin point it any closer than that but common sense tells me that it won't be much longer. Right now it is all that SW is working on. The news PR I'm talking about will be about a US carrier. He wants it as bad as any of us do thats FOR SURE.
But for right now people are flipping the **** out of this and making peanuts, so don't blame Sandy, don't blame the MM's, don't blame NSS.....it is ONE THING right now that's holding us back, and that is people sitting HARD on the bid ALL DAY LONG, DAY AFTER DAY, until they get a fill and then flipping it when they make one or two ticks.
What I'm saying can be proven, it's simple, if everyone that is adding to their position, or starting a new one puts their order in at the ask this WILL go up. BUT it won't go up if only one or two guys or gals do it, it has to be done by everyone.
I am able to sit and watch this trade literally tick by tick because I don't have to work and I see it happening.
So get over wondering why this isn't moving and coming up with all these possible scenarios. Right now the frozen or stalled movement is caused by one thing.....FLIPPERS!!!!
Oh yeah....in my opinion of course.

Interesting read about MM tactics. Posted on another board.
More and more investors are winning the game nowadays despite all bashers that float through the Internet that has become part of the game. Floor traders of market makers often watch CNBC, news wires and bulletin boards in order to follow the market during trading session. OTC BB market makers (MMs) don't use fundamental and technical analysis. However, what they do realize is a lot of dumb money does use this newest niche charting or TA (Technical Analysis) to run a stock either up or down. To the MMs this is like taking candy from a baby. Simply they will paint the tape and use whatever tactic to affect the charting bands. Thus the public and dumb money they will have eating out of their hands. Effectively the MMs can show a strong stock growing weak by manipulating the close price in order to generate selling volume, delaying trading time to manipulate trading activities, or even stalling the ask without honoring orders to hold a stock price.
MMs follow a simple code of business when making a market in a stock especially an OTC BB / PS. That is the level that stocks will seek that yields the most volume. Now this is very important because they make money on the volume buying at the bid and selling at the ask. In other words, by making the market they are buying low and selling high. Now smart money adheres to that rule, so do all the market makers. They could careless whether the stock is at $22 or at $0.0002. All they care about is the action thus being able to sell stock at the offer (The high) and buy stock at the bid (The low). To increase their profitability, they make the spread as great as possible on as many shares as they can especially if the volume falls off.
When they have mostly all "buy" orders, that's not the price that's going to yield the most volume. They need both buy and sells to get the maximum action. Remember, MMs play the volume. If the volume decreases and there are mostly Buys that become a one way volume, Buy volume. So what they do is let the stock run up to a price where it runs out of steam. They fill all the buy orders there that they can and then comes the pullback one way or another naturally or induced. During the pull back they can buy tons of shares and flip them to those averaging down or trying to catch the bounce. At some price, the stock will be relatively stable and yield the most volume. Now that is the average price you will see
The average price is the point where a stock seeks a level where MMs can profit on the most volume. So during the day that is the price that MMs and momentum/day traders want to see the stock at. Why? Because they know the public and dumb money was chasing the price thing up. Most of the time, the MMs love a flurry of Market Orders which is a dead sign of an artificial run or momentum. Merely it is money in the bank for them. Most get hung in a momentum or day trade or by the tactics of Market makers, who are in the business to screw the public every chance they get. They are merely making the market liquid is their reasoning.
The market makers have created an added complication to the OTCBB's /PS chaos of the already volatile intra-day price movements created by dumb money, momentum and day-traders. MMs can not relate to long-term holders in the OTC BB / PS. That makes absolutely no sense what so ever. They feel a large percentage of trades in the OTC BB / PS market consist of short-term or day-trades, MMs merely view the barrage of buy and sell orders as relatively neutral to the market. How they figure it is when the average dumb money buys shares in a company, the MMs feel or rather know with some certainty it is very likely that dumb money will want to sell back those shares relatively quick on the slightest drop.
Now somewhat comfortable with this logic the MMs merely short sells into the buying and attempts to take the stock down in an effort to "shake out" the weak. Since it is tough to know for sure whether a move is the beginning of a trend, or a routine shake out, this type of deception works quite well for the MMs. What the long-termers do to a stock is surprise the MMs because instead of falling, the shorting has no effect and the price goes up. Now that puts the MM at selling low through shorting and thus having to buy high in order to cover.
Boy, when this happens, the MMs are not very happy campers. The investors and traders aren't supposed to be doing that to them. Now it becomes time to pull out every trick and tactic in the book in order to attempt to get a Bear Raid at every dollar/cent mark or percent from where the stock started. Could be a fraction of a penny in smaller priced securities. What MMs do is give you a chance to make a small amount of money for your momentum and day trading style by shorting it at these levels and trying to get a bear raid each time. Each failure is compounding the MMs short position so they let it go to the next level. Now come more deliberate tactics MMs use to coerce Bear Raid or panic selling.
Once the MM is caught short and the strength of the buy is overpowering the MM will want to cover his short position. So the MMs call up one of his friendly MMs and says some like "the weather is sure rough today." The MM along with the other "friendly MM initiates a down tick about the same time. Now this can also be done with a certain amount of shares such as an infamous 100 shares flag. This down tick gives the illusion of weakness designed to hopefully begin the bear raid of selling. The fickle, fearful, day trader, momentum and short term begin to sell out allowing the MM to cover his short position at lower prices. They will move it down quickly to get it to a price of least financial damage. Problem they have is long-term investors in the OTC BB / PS. They start accumulating and buying comes flying in when they take it too far thus the MMs took it to the point of volume again and not only investors the other MMs step in the make money on the spread.
Alas the poor MM does not get to cover. Now comes various tactics like stalling, boxing, or even locking the Bid and Ask for a while.
Of course, MMs aggressively deny any sort of collusion designed to fix quotes or spreads.
MMs have a vast resource of tactics and it would take probably more than a lifetime to figure them all out.
So how do investors somehow manage to overcome the obvious deception in OTCBB arena? One answer is indirection trading style by going long which the MMs do not expect. In the war between investors and public companies on the OTC BB / PS vs the MMs, if the MMs have all the advantages due to position or other factors, direct confrontation such as momentum or day trading hitting the stock is a definite death sentence.
However, an indirect approach tends to weaken the path of least resistance before slowly overcoming it. The most effective way is long-term investors slowly accumulating and holding thus drawing the MMs out of its defenses making them as naked as their short position. This is war so this slow accumulation and holding for the long term easily achieves the desired effect to force MMs to cover and knock off the tactics or bury themselves deeper.
The MMs when caught will especially use every trick and tactic in the book to get a Bear Raid thus playing on the individual fear of most people. The MMs feel they have information and position advantages over the investors as long as the holding of the stock is in weak hands or short term holders. Since they are OTC BB MMs who believe all OTCBB companies are not worth investing and management is ineffective regardless what is happening within the company. Furthermore, MMs know they are in the position to impose a great deal of influence in OTC BB stocks trading when it suits their needs.
This inherent power of position enables the MMs to move the markets at any time up or down. As a result, the only way to draw them out of their favorable position is going long. Now this does not mean just any company but to effectively nail the MMs, Longs must find the great company on the floor and accumulate long before the MM tactics and games begin.
This requires extensive research to find such a rare stock, but once you have found it, you are one up on the MMs so be prepared for every tactic in the book.
Have we found that company? ;-)
