Don't you own it?
if you don't own it, you attempt to buy as low as you can. but you have to move your price according to buys going thru and volume.

if your going to sell, sell. dont' rebuy. to nice for the brokerages.
I think the stock will begin an upward trend here. But, flipping in and out of a stock like that will lose you money. especially in a penny stock that you bought at .18 and was now .17 thats not much of a hit. They can move much faster than that.
Good luck thogh
AZGS should open .165 x .17 with nite on the bid.
2x1

If you dont quite get what's goin on, it's best to papertrade it, to get the feel for how stocks move. The low floater ones will move on low volume...but will often be dormant for a while cause no one knows about them, or no one is playin' them at the moment.
All stocks fluctuate...like Keithsan said, they dont go straight up, there's always pullbacks.
If you ever get into daytrading, you should get Level II quotes.
A nice little program is Medved Quotetracker...you can trade through it -- though I havent done that --I can get free Nasdaq Level 2 quotes through it (no pinks or pennies), but it's not that great. (doesnt show the Market Makers and sometimes I have to refresh it)

Just got an email from Aztec... Did not get any real answers... I don't know WHY in the world would they try and hide their Pa. property percentage??? It really must be LOW minority to not let people know. 1%? who knows? What is the big deal? i think it would be nice to know their % since they are PR'ing the hech out of it. They show their interests in their other properties... No timeframe for getting the LA wells online either... told me to reread the 10-KSB again but I have already done that... GLTA
The minority interest position in Pa. has not been disclosed to my knowledge, other than to say it is a small minority position. I think a number of the small minority positions have been disclosed to date, nor the corresponding investment in equity...
Would encourage you to read the recent 10-KSB in its entirety; it is the most recent disclosure from the co.
The 10_Q restatements that will come should be soon and in any event should/will vet to the financial information in the above-referenced 10-KSB.

Strike, you are assuming a lot of things, all of them negative. Thats cool, but no one here is saying its going to be the next KWK.
When a company with a low float and valid business oppurtunites hits a 52 week low without dillution its a good buy, thats all.
I'm holding and will till this uptrend stalls.
Here's something from them:
In addition to the Pennsylvania program, in late 2004, Aztec Oil & Gas acquired a 31.283% interest in Z2, LLC. Z2, LLC owns 100% of the working interest in the 7,200+ acre Big Foot oil field in Texas. The field was first discovered by Shell Oil in 1949, developed in the 1950's, and has yielded over 22 million barrels over the past five decades. Aztec also acquired a minority interest in two Deep Lake well prospects in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. Both wells are currently in the process of being connected to pipeline. Aztec is also participating in drilling in the Barnett Shale play areas located in Cooke, Wise and Montague Counties, Texas; in addition Aztec is participating in two drilling projects in Wharton County, Texas, plus a number of other drilling projects in Oklahoma and Louisiana.

I/we all have to assume if they won't tell you what their share is. Everyone in astec nows know the deal below but why are they hidding things? That is one thing I want to know and everyone invested in this should want to know and know what they are hidding? and now that you brought it up, I will try their TA and see if they are diluting... 2 assumptions: negative, they must be hiding something bad.
Positive: they are loading up on shares hiding something good.
I personally think both are wrong. this is an "ok" company with some good deals out there I'm looking for it to leave oversold land and bank me 80% or so.
