will there most likely be a holding period before you can sell the spin-off shares? or does that not matter - we holding long?

This is the kind of company Peter Leeds might endorce..
If the stock stays over .15 for awhile, he just might post it...Ya never know.
He does pick solid OTCBB'S under .50 once in awhile..If he says it's going to .50? put your seatbelts on! LOL
PS my theory is a loooongshot...
i'm better than leads! this is one of those GEMS that you hold some free shares for, one of the few pennies that has a chance to make it.
------------------------------------------------ Now your talking keithsan! Wow, nothing better than honestly expressing your confidence!!
Skeptics should pay attention to your post...I don't see a LOL in there, and for me that is a very good sign...
Again, I state: The quality of a company can be determined by the quality of the shareholders..

Hold as long as you like, Cruz, you know what your doing, IMO this is a penny stock that can make it. They rarely do so watch for filings etc. but they have a good share structure some good contracts and they will have a spinoff company.
the spinoff shares: they havent made a decision or put out an exdate. In a pr, they hinted that they would only give to shareholders from last april/may. There has been a lot of selling since then and would have to go find people who used to own shares to give them out....I find this unlikely but we won't know until they file.

keithsan, am with you on the divvies: as we know, "they" seem to be able to get away with anything, but it would be highly unusual to set an ex-date in the past...

The Company is authorized to issue 50,000,000 shares of common stock at $0.001 par value. As at September 30, 2005, 49,915,159 shares were issued and outstanding.
There are no warrants or options outstanding to issue any additional shares of common stock.
It appears to me that float is approx. 23-24 million.
