This one has great potential and soon, I'm thinking 100%/200% easy.(then again i hate predicting)
Float is 16 million. It is currently moving off its bottom.
The last Quarterly report announced the acquisition of a company, also announcing the shares would be spun off to shareholders. None of this has been written about in the news. Most people are too lazy to read the reports.
The next quarter should also show this company is profitable. (not many pennies can say that)
When the announcement does come, with this float, the stock will fly. We all know how everyone loves spinoffs, aquisitions and profits.
Who bought the 2300 at .048? Hmmmm, somebody cheap!LOL

LOL was wondering what happened, sometimes the orders to big and the ask will leave. so i was watching.
if you look at the chart, yesterdays down day was 25k in buys at .048 and a 5k sell at .043. I call that price manipulation!

forgive me guys. im trying to dd this situation and make sure i understand. reverse merger between OSK and telicom (telicom was acquired by UAMA) happened back in Mar - May 05. now OSK shareholders have a majority owned stake in UAMA.
UAMA shareholders are going to get spin-off shares of OSK (so OSK is now going to trade on its own)?
maybe i need some coffee to wake up on this or am i making this too difficult.

Hold as long as you like, Cruz, you know what your doing, IMO this is a penny stock that can make it. They rarely do so watch for filings etc. but they have a good share structure some good contracts and they will have a spinoff company.
the spinoff shares: they havent made a decision or put out an exdate. In a pr, they hinted that they would only give to shareholders from last april/may. There has been a lot of selling since then and would have to go find people who used to own shares to give them out....I find this unlikely but we won't know until they file.
