I wish I knew why the stock was falling so far behind. I just saw thier quartely report. It is interesting how Nord Oil is now a Florida based company. I wish they would give their shareholders some real news. Something with substance. They are back at the those sub penny shares, luckily for the split they can say they are not. I should have sold when it hit .04 a while back. Could have at least made some cash. These guys need to get thier act in order. They go from being a news media company to a bio-tracking company to an oil company? Seriously, what type of business model is this? I hope someone from Nord reads these posts and realizes that the shareholders want some real news, something that will satisify us.

2create, i also had a problem with your worldlingo.com link. The problem is that all the crap after the .com/ refers to the cache on your computer (or theirs but only visible from your computer) so it resets to worldlingo.com.
From there, people interested should goto the translate website feature and then enter the top-audit link you included.

2Create, we can only dream that this news is true. For Nord to go on the TSE would be a true blessing and a good sign for some great growth. For this stock to be a fully traded stock on the open market would be AMAZING. Lets all hope that Mr. Makarov is on the right track and that this stock does get into the dollars. There is a link to some other stuff some of the Nord directors are doing.....It shows a picture of their face with info on getting companies to higher exchanges.........I am greatly encouraged by this info along with the 3Q reports just released.........2006 is NORD's year. Nord will be on a higher exchange in 2006 and we will be well over $1 per share by summer 2006.......long n strong here! P.S. - a guy by the name of Lochan from another board has been chatting with a Nord official and the word is that they are getting some major investors involved soon, so the PPS may take a dip back to .11 from a little temporary dilution by issuing shares to these invesotrs, but the over all effect will drive the price up further.....that is rumor.....not gospel truth, just trying to listen to what's ahead for NORD........

The PPS will depend on how much oil they produce each year...the $2.06 USD per share isn't going to all be produced in one year. Also, the additional investors may dilute the shares, but they may also acquire aditional wells/oil reserves. We'll just have to wait and see. GLTA.

Good news keeps on pouring in. I hope this visit with the NOI helps out the stock. Nord seems to be on track to grow into a legit oil producer. This is some great positive news. Once they start pumping oil, this stock will go crazy. Hold onto your chairs everyone. This stock is ready to sky rocket.

On a side note to most posters. Please do not post the entire message from Nord Oil when they are released. Simply cut and place a hyperlink to it. It is annoying sifting through a half page post that you could have seen on Yahoo finance.

Nord Oil management is currently negotiating terms of a potential cooperation agreement with the National Oil Institute, which would provide Nord Oil with the necessary partnership to start production of its oil reserves and acquire additional producing entities with a min. of 500,000 barrels per year.
If they get this backing, this will be the straw that breaks the camel's back.....then they will start aquiring other little oil companies who are producing 500k b.o.o. a year and will be updating the equipement.....Nord will truelly be a major oil player in Russia if this deal goes thru.........there may be some dilution when this deal goes thru, but I bet they will couple it with going to another exchange, which will offset any significant drop in the PPS......and if this deal goes thru, IMO, I would not sell because while there might be a drop in PPS temporarily, if they get that backing, there will be so many PRs coming out of oil producing aquisitions and production news, that it will drive this baby up fast.....especially if they get on the hamburg exchange, which makes sense because Germany is so close by and Russia sells alot of oil to germany, more than any other nation........I think this is packed with some dynomite......the fuse may be long, but when it blows, it's gonna blow! I'm sure since, the Nord directors are pro's at getting listed on exchanges, there's gonna be some fire in the works with that.......that;s just my speculation, but these guys are smart.......they know getting on other exchanges will drive this baby up strong.

I could only hope your right Weatherbill. This stock is dropping faster than a rock in the ocean. It has lost over 60% of its value since the RS. Not sure if the investors are just setting themselves up with lots of shares but something needs to turn this stock around. At the current value it is the lowest it has been since the Nord Oil Purchase and Name Change. Something's got to give here. This stock is extremely undervalued. Probably one of the most undervalued stocks that I have ever seen. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that the Nord Brass is setting this puppy up to be a real steam roller. Only time will tell.

I was reading on another board that the National Oil Institute deal will be signed. It sounds like a sure thing. I also heard that by Jan 2006 that NORD will be trading either on the FrankFurt or the Toronto exchange. They are also pushing for the AMEX. The AMEX though is picky about Sarbanes-Oxley so it is a long shot but watch out in 2006. This stock will be moving on up. It won't be the next Exxon but it will get up into the $5 -10 range once the investors start to buy into it. This is a hot stock to keep on your radar.

If the deal with Nation Oil Institute goes thru, this could be the very thing that drives this out of penny land because with that kind of money behind it, it will attract INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS and that is how penny's escape penny land, as the institutional investors eat up the float

I agree again. Patience will be awarded with this stock. Nord is being very safe with any news it delivers. They will wait for something to pan out next before they tells us anything. Once the news gets out it will be amazing. Don't expect much until '06. Same time next year you will be kicking yourself if you sold this stock off.

We must also remember that this is still a pink and can be shorted to death.......I think maybe the MM's are keeping it down , so OTC listing will help keep the ******* MM's in check some.

You are right Thorn. This stock is not for the short term. You might see a nice return if you wait a bit, but you really need to give this stock a chance. Mark my words. Once Nord starts pumping oil and gets off of the pinks this stock will move. Especially now with the potential backing of NOI, this stock will have huge gains. Patience will be rewarded. It will not be until at least this spring before they start turning that black into green.

OT: The AURC did not "Drop like a rock" EXCEPT for the one day after it misteriously rose almost 500%!!
It is currently trading at or near the same PPS when I first mentioned it. It is the MM HDSN who is holding it back for now during this transition phase until the actaul closing to take place on 12-23-05. The Resrves are PROVEN and the VALUATION is REAL an AUDITED by the RSM Top Audit firm in Russia!...READ the PR for yourself The VALUE is HUGE and I STILL say this is a significant opportunity for 2006 that is greatly undervalued at these PPS's! AND as far as the 68 million shares being issued, they are held in escrow and will be restricted upon the closing of the transaction! Obviously, chose your entry point with ratioanalle, but to say that it's NOT Worth significantly MORE than what's it's currently priced at is rediculous...Use common sense, that's all This is a great find as you will come to see! Seems oil monger is very short with NORD.......and a little schitzy
Well, someone I know was on the phone with Nord's legal affairs guy and he said they are going to have a deal finished sometime in between Xmas and Jan 1st 2006 on an aquisition and alos in the near future a frankfurt exchange listing, maybe both at once......we'll have to see how that plays out.........I'm sure next Q-10 relelase, Nord will be right on their mark with their 2005 projections listed on their web site.........I think it was 18 million.......anyways, they are selling oil and making some money.

People like you pump up a stock on message boards to bring up its value then you sell it all and the stock drops like a rock, you collect your profits then you buy back a whole bunch more shares at a ridiculously low price and then you pump it up later on and the whole cycle continues. It is capitalism at its best, or maybe worst.

Weatherbill, I have been invested with this company way back when it was CXIN. I am not short at all. If you do the math of the price. The stock was at .02 before the RS then went to .24. It is now at .10. That means the value is at .008 compared to the pre-RS price. Trading at what is less than one penny per share is not that encouraging.

...LISTEN, look at the chart!...ONLY 500 SHARES traded at $1.01 ! AND it wasn't ME that sold that 500 shares!....It was simply MM manipulation at work here by HDSN who by itself was the one responsible for increasing the Bid near EOD on that one trading day for 'whatever' reason...GEESH! You sure are bitter...AND SO WRONG with your accusations towards ME, who has done MORE DD on this company and the people behind the scenes then perhaps anyone here, no offence to others, of course ...please remove your head form you know where...Good day sir I just hope you are still aroung 10 to 12 months from now...so YOU can SEE how truly wrong you were about these companies and myself. right now, this is trading at $1.44 per barrel
and that's just counting the 15 million in proven reserves, not the 33 million in probable
15 m barrels X $1.44 per barrel = 216 million shares outstanding
40 m barrels X $20 per barrel ( a more realistic price) = $800 M divided by 216 M shares =$3.70 per share
ok, 15 M X $20 per barrel = $300 M / 216 m shares =$1.39 per share Do not sell your oil at $1.44 per barrel........late 2006 will tell the tale......long n strong!
