Zenith. Is there a way I can private message you? I really don't want to post my email to everyone on this forum. I might get some more bad stock tips emailed to me.

Can we be lucky enough to have Mobile or Chevron buy this company out and give us some of those shares. This stock is Hot and a good Report and getting off of the Pink Sheets will turn this into a dollar stock in no time. Buy it while you can.

That was back in the day Joelga when I had faith in this stock. But losing a penny a day without any recourse is not what I wished for. If I could tell the future I would be rich and retired by now. You win some , you lose some. In this case it's a loss. Even if tomorrow a good news PR comes out this stock will not get past 10 cents. This stock will be hard pressed to ever get up to the RS price of .24 cents.
I don't try to pump stocks, I just tried to have optimism with them and this one ran dry of that. They had a little momentum leading up to the RS but then fizzled since then. When I wrote what I did I was blinded by the possibility that this stock might have a chance. Just like all of you did. Now I see the light and there seems to be no oil in sight, or at least until a PR ever gets released by NORD maybe sometime in July. yeah right. Like I said before. if they had good news we would of heard by now. Silence means that they have nothing good to tell us so why bother giving out bad news. I am holding on for some freak chance that this stock does move. People win the lotto every day. Maybe I can as well.
Good luck my fellow Oilers and hopefully you all make some cash.

Me, I don't have that problem. Me, I always tell the truth--even when I lie. So say goodnight to the bad guy. Come on; the last time you gonna see a bad guy like this, let me tell ya. Come on, make way for the bad guy. There's a bad guy comin' through; you better get outta his way!

Well, not much we can do but hold, and if we sell, we loose

On a lghter note, I emailed Mr Parkin and he emailed me back within an hour. I asked him when he expected Nord to file their next Quarterly and this is the the responce in the cut n paste email he sent back to me.....

Next Week. There were extensive holidays in Russia for New Year because they follow the Gregorian calendar--they celebrate Jan 2-Jan 6. On the 15th of January everything is back to normal.

Subject: Whne can we expect the next Quarterly filing of Nord Oil????

We investors want to know when about, could we expect the next Quartely Filing for Nord Oil????

I bought some shares of Nord today under .05 (like a fool) hoping maybe I can average down some. Hopefully, with a Quarterly coming out, it will give this a pop and I can tunr a profit on the shares I picked up today......would'nt that be something....lol......a profit on Nord shares??? Get outta here!
Yep beleive it folks, It could happen....lol

Think of this, someone new to Nord, doing their DD, could see this as an incredible bargain, if they haven't been tainted by the drop like us.....

Very true Weatherbill. You hit it right on the nose. You have a lot less to lose buying this stock today then when we all did.

Well everyone in Nord holding, we've all taken a hit, but be encouraged. The next Quarterly filing soon out will show 18-20 million in sales on Nord product and that will be encouraging and we should see the PPS go up on that.........also, Mr Parkin, VP of legal affairs told me in an email that they are pursuing getting listed on the Frankfurt exchange, which for this stock should be a given, since the oil is over in those neck of the woods and that listing should eat up a whole lotta float, driving the price back up over .20-.30 or more........it's gonna take a 2-4 months probably, but be encouraged.......it's just taking alot longer than we expected and I beleive if you're willing to hold thru summer 2006 into fall, this stock will be doing really well...... I beleive with the frankfurt listing, we will see one of those big spikes you see on some stock charts and I encourage you to sell in incrments on the way up and not wait for the top because it could drop like a rock a little after that frankfurt listing does happen.
Man, I just wished I could have bought all my shars at this price.....if I did, I would be a very rich man come fall 2006.

weather, this is a glimmer of hope for me. I would be very happy if we just got the pps back to wherre it was! I agree that one would loose out big time if they sold right now. Many firms have been encouraging investors to get oil into their portfolios recently. I believe that we are in before the big is going to hit, and it will probably be sometime at the end of 2006. I am going to pick up another 10000 shares of NDOL when I see some sort of stablization in the pps. And Im not selling until the train leaves the station. Im sure that NDOL has learned a lesson to keep investors informed. Its for their benifit too. So I Expect a great year from this stock! G/L

Through all of my negativity, I still hope that the glimmer of light still exists. It is hard to take knowing that i have 12 times less stock options at the price that I originally bought at. I bought this pre-reverse split at close to 4 cents a long time ago. Now it is 4 cents but 12 times less shares. It kind of sucks, but all we need is for NORD to make a move this week or next and help fuel our optimism a bit. We need some sort of positive boost this week.

dumb question from me. If Nord moves to the frankfurt exchange will I still be able to use a tool like E-Trade or Scottrade to purchase and sell NORD shares?

I contacted Fidelity and they said if the stock moved to the Frankfurt Exchange, and DID NOT delist with the domestic exchange, it would/could be traded the same as it is now. If it does delist from the domestic exchange, it would have to be traded via their (Fidelity) International Exchange Trading Desk; my guess is at a higher commission.

looks like a good day for Nord, moving up on no news.......

if this moves to Frankfurt exchange, it will still trade on Pinks or Otc the same.
